General Information and Rules
- Check in from 3pm until 00am - Please always inform us about your arrival time
- Check out until 11am
Breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.30am. Breakfast is included in some rates, if not you may purchase the breakfast at check-in and/ or in the day.
(Please notice it is not possible to use the shared kitchen while the breakfast is ongoing)
City tax not included:
- 2,50€ per person, per night from May to October, 1,20€ from November to April
- VAT taxes included
- No curfew
- Non-smoking
- Towels are not included in our dorms, you may rent them at the reception per a fee
- Luggage room deposit after check-out 6.4€ per day
- It's not allowed to bring or drink any outside alcoholic drinks in our unit
- Contact the reception if you would like to schedule a transfer
- The hotel only accepts a maximum of 14 nights reservation
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation after this period, early departure or no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged (100%).

Reservation Policy for Minors
For individual bookings:
- Reservations from guests under 16 years old who stay alone in our units are not accepted, even with authorization from their legal guardian.
- Adults accompanied by minors must present authorization signed by the minor's legal guardian, if they are not the father or mother.
For group bookings:
- Groups in which the participants are minors, the person responsible for the group must sign a declaration, under oath, guaranteeing that they have authorization from the legal guardians of all minors in the group to stay in our unit.
- It is not mandatory to have adults in the rooms, but minors cannot book rooms/dorms without a private bathroom.
- The use of shared bathrooms by minors is not recommended.
Group Reservations
- Reservations of 10 beds or more may imply different conditions and additional costs. We cannot guarantee that all guests will be accommodated in the same dormitory.
Rules:
* Infant and toddler (0 to 5 years old) - Accepted in double room and dormitory (only if exclusive for the family).
* Child (6 to 12 years old) - Accepted in double room and dormitory (only if exclusive for the family).
* Teenager (13 to 17 years old) - Access to dormitories accompanied by an adult. Rated as standard bed.
Pet Friendly
- This is a Pet Friendly property!
Daily rate per animal:
- 15€
- Pets accepted: Domestic dogs and cats.
- Permitted in flats, private rooms, and shared rooms reserved for the same group.
- Maximum limit: 2 pets per room.
- The animal must always be accompanied by the guest or in a suitable carrier.
- Leashes are mandatory in common areas, and pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, and swimming pools.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- In the event of excessive noise or aggressive behaviour, the unit reserves the right to request the removal of the animal.
- The use of towels from the unit by animals is expressly prohibited.
- It is expressly forbidden to bathe animals in the bathtubs or showers in the rooms.
- Animals are not permitted in the swimming pools.
- Animals are not permitted to be left alone in the room/house overnight.
Complimentary items available under request and availability at the reception:
- Bed or mat for the animal
- Waste bag
- Portable water dispenser
Deposits and damages:
- Security deposit/damages: €100 to be returned at the end of your stay if no damage has been caused.
- In the event of material damage caused by the animal, the cost of repair/replacement will be charged.
- Additional costs for deep cleaning (e.g. persistent odours) will be charged to guests.
