Ericeira is an elongated city on the coast. The WoT is central, next to all city amenities/services and close to major roadways. Staff is very welcoming. À few minor items in the room needed fixing which is indication of poor maintenance, but I say again minor things.

Trés déçu par cet hôtel qui est proposé sur le site Hotels.com avec QUATRE ETOILES alors qu'il n'en possède que DEUX,pour le prix digne d'un **** 133,34€ la nuit! C'est un bon hôtel DEUX** mais MAUVAIS QUATRE**** Pas d'ascenseur,pas de parking, pas de verre à dents. Accueil très moyen, petit déjeuner très moyen. Nous avons réservé 7 hôtels dans diverses villes pour notre séjour au Portugal,que des QUATRE ETOILES ,et c'est ce DEUX ETOILES LE PLUS CHER !!!!!!! D'ou notre déception!

The Hotel was just average.A broken step to trip on. I would book else where. I would book elsewhere if I came again. I also stayed at the Wot lodge a few times The first time it was ok the last time very run down depressing and a staff member hit on me.I was traveling alone and it made me uncomfortable and my room key opened other room doors which it shouldn't have.

Nice hotel but serious issues with service. The location is great and the rooms are a good size, but that’s where the positives end. We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves. WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room. Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service. Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes. The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

We stayed for 10 days and our room was clean only on the first 2 day, after that was clean. We had to ask reception a few times for towels and said the wasn't cleaned again. We even ask the house keeping once that was cleaning the room next to ours to do our room and nothing, they didn't do it. I spoke with reception again and one of staff almost doubt it because he had in the system that the room was cleaned until I showed the picture of our dusty the room was. Asked him to give us some new towels too, which he ignored us, we had to go back to reception to get the towels and another lady was nice and gave is the towels and even made herself available to clean the dust and empty the bins of the room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was ok. When i went for breakfast the fruit was rotten in the fruit basket, that put me off breakfast for the rest of my stay. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

Based on the excellent reviews, was surprised how shabby this establishment was. Very basic, although clean in certain aspects. The wardrobe space had mould on the wall, was apprehensive of leaving suitcase there incase of everything smelling if damp. Wi-Fi appauling, on a positive breakfast was good. All in all this was just not for me

What a great hotel...rooms and linen were clean and soft. The check in ladies(Young women were sweet and accomodating. Breakfast was one of the best we had in portugal!

Arrivé ,réception impecable là chambre impecable,mais avec l'avancée dès jours le ménage s'est détérioré serviettes pas changé lit très mal fait, je pense quelques problèmes avec le choix des dames de ménage,réclamation faite à là réception tout a été remis en ordre. Mais sinon tout à été bien, les réceptionniste impeccable, très bien situé simple mais jolie

Hotel com decoração descontraida, instalações simples porém estavam bem limpas e organizadas. Atendimento cordial, café da manhã com poucas opções, mas de boa qualidade. Quarto padrao tamanho razoável, porem no meu caso a cama de casal era composta de 2 colçhões um com a qualidade melhor que o outro. Localização excelente!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Allerdings ist alles sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden Schritt der Gäste in den Zimmer neben und über einem hören. Mittags hatte man ständig Baulärm. Das Frühstück war klein und ehrlich gesagt auch nicht gut. Für die Unterkunft spricht meiner Meinung nach nur die gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand und auch schnell zum Essen in irgendeinem Restaurant. Ich habe rund 125 Euro (Anfang September 2024) gezahlt.

Only stayed here for a night and wish I stayed longer. Booked the premium corner room and it had the most beautiful view of the sunset out two sides. Decor was super cute, comfortable and all the ladies working at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Wonderful vibe and experience amazing value for money!

Generally good service throughout our stay. Clean comfortable room with adequate breakfast provided. Only downside was the severe early morning noise ( 5am ) from the towns refuse collection lorries emptying large containers in the nearby square.

We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves. WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room. Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service. Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes. The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Ericeira is an elongated city on the coast. The WoT is central, next to all city amenities/services and close to major roadways. Staff is very welcoming. À few minor items in the room needed fixing which is indication of poor maintenance, but I say again minor things.

A very nice stay made all the better for the front reception staff Nadia. She was amazing and so helpful to these tired old travellers who had just cycled 52 km. Thank you so much Nadia! The room was clean and all we needed for one night. The location was great and close to everything. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Brødet var lunt. Fortyndet juice. WIFI: virkede fint. Sengene: OK Plads: Det var svært at få plads til to kufferter. Andet: Vi kunne ikke få lov til at bruge hotellets håndklæder på stranden, og måtte købe disse. Generelt: Hotellet var for dyrt i forhold til det man fik for pengene.

Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival. The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed. Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight. It took a lot of stress away when we landed into Lisbon at midnight.

Política de Reservas para Menores
Para reservas individuales:
- No se aceptan reservas de huéspedes menores de 16 años que se queden solos en nuestras unidades, incluso con la autorización de su tutor legal.
- Los adultos acompañados de menores deben presentar una autorización firmada por el tutor legal del menor, si no son el padre o la madre.
Para reservas de grupo:
- En los grupos en los que los participantes son menores, la persona responsable del grupo debe firmar una declaración, bajo juramento, garantizando que tiene la autorización de los tutores legales de todos los menores del grupo para alojarse en nuestro alojamiento.
- No es obligatorio que haya adultos en las habitaciones, pero los menores no pueden reservar habitaciones/dormitorios sin baño privado.
- No se recomienda el uso de baños compartidos por parte de los menores.
Reservas de Grupo
- Las reservas de 7 o más habitaciones se consideran un grupo y pueden aplicarse condiciones diferentes y suplementos adicionales. También se requiere un depósito al hacer el check-in.
