I had an absolutely magnificent time. My stay was relaxed and comfortable. It’s very convenient when everything is very close and walkable distances. The room was soooo clean; the property was well maintained. The staff was prompt, friendly and super informative. I had a few issues entering the building when i arrived but staff was helpful. They answered my questions promptly and reassured me. There isn’t an elevator but it did not bother me at all. It’s all part of the experience. The shower had the most amazing water pressure so after a long day of walking and exploring, it was great. Thank you to the staff for their incredible service. I will come back!

This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in as well as the room being absolutely massive. Everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for the main bus and rail station being about a 7 minute walk away. There is no lift so its not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura bella, pulita, sicura e silenziosa. Si accede allo stabile e alla stanza con codice (che viene inviato il giorno prima dell'arrivo). La stanza è spaziosa e silenziosa e l'angolo cucina è essenziale ma con tutto il necessario. Letto comodo. Un bel bagno con kit di cortesia. La zona è comodissima alla stazione, non lontana dal centro e da kazimier ma molto più silenziosa. Room was everything we needed spacious, clean and good size. We were on 3rd floor and we knew when booking there is no lift. Clear instructions for check in nice 15 minutes walk to main square Only thing is walls are thin and we could hear people in next room snoring. But would stay again

Positiv: sehr sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Standard-Appartement, zwei Flachbildschirme, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank (klein). Das Bad ist modern und groß. Die Angestellten sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Negativ: wir waren drei Personen. Das Appartement war aber nur für zwei vorbereitet und eingedeckt. Auch wurde es dadurch etwas eng. Das Schlafsofa war für unseren Sohn sehr unbequem. Kein Aufzug, keine Waschmaschine. Ich würde das Haus für einen Kurzurlaub jederzeit empfehlen. Wer jedoch länger bleiben möchte, sich auch gerne zwischen durch selbst etwas kochen ober zubereiten möchte, dann nur mit kitchen.

3 våningar med många trappor utan hiss. Krångligt att komma in. Fixade inte TV,n Kom in folk mitt i natten på mitt rum. Alltså koderna fungerade inte. Dålig info om besöksmål och transporter. Trevlig vindsvåning och hyfsat nära stationen och gamla stan.

A perfect and really nice apartment.It was really clean. We stayed at a loft so we had take the stairs all the time. No elevator . We didn't see any staff. No housekeeping in these 4 nights Not far from the main centre. You could make coffee or tea and there was a fridge. The bed was comfortabel.In total a nice place.

Lovely property to stay in. Very clean and lots of extra towels and bedding. The apartment smelt so fragrant and fresh. Large shower and plenty of toilet roll, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Doors automatically locked so felt very safe. Easy to order Deliveroo meals and get Uber taxis etc. About a fifteen minute lovely walk from the Old Town.

I liked the fact that it was close to the train station. It would have helped if there was a street map on their site as which streets led you to the apt. location. The instruction for entry into the building were not clear. 1 and key button and 4 digit code provided. Also the box outside of the Apt was not clearly described in the instructions. It hangs on the frame of the door. The code to open the box is so long that it is impractical. So you must carry the key. But the apartment was very very comfortable. I was doubtful about the two local places to dine out. They turned out to be a nice surprise. So all in all it is a good location for those touring Krakow.

Good accommodation, comfortable and clean. Slightly out of the main tourist area but only about a 15-20 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t realise on booking was that this accommodation is not serviced during your stay. Although extra pillows and towels were found in the wardrobe. Wow, what a great place. I don't imagine all apartments are the exact same but I stayed in 311 and it was absolutely lovely. The space was huge, ample storage room, a whole kitchen attached which I wasn't expecting and a perfect location for the train station and close enough to get to the Old Town Square in 20 minutes walk or less. I walked around town the entire time and never used public transport so this was accessible for those on foot. A really quiet area and great for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting Krakow.

Completely furnished and equipped studio with kitchenette, large super clean and comfortable room, with all conveniences at hand. Beautiful patio, a short wall from main train station and main square, shopping mall and all attractions of this beautiful city. Friendly staff,very recommended

Lovely 3 night stay. Walking distance to the main square but far enough out to be quiet. Clean and spacious and loved the high ceilings. TV was poor, no English speaking channels or music for background noise.

Stort fint rum som standard. Bra läge nära centralstation, vi gick dit på 7 minuter. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Lugnt och tyst läge. Hyfsat nära till Gamla stan (till St. Florian´s gate), ca 15 minuters lugn promenad.

Fantastic property to stay at when you visit Krakow. Easy walking distance to all attractions, shoppings, restaurants and bars. The staff at the property are outstanding with making you feel at home and providing advice on where to eat, drink and visit attractions. Special mention to Sophie who provided outstanding hospitality. This property is one of the best we have stayed at, only small but very intimate. The room was generally clean, as many others have mentioned. However, several flies—likely due to the season—were found dead by the window, and the shower area had dark stains along the wall joint, so I can't say it was excellent. The worst part was the customer service. The front desk was hard to find—located in a room to the right of the entrance, with no signage and the door closed. At the very least, there should be a "Reception" sign and the door should be left open. Upon arrival, there was no greeting. The staff member sat in the dark staring at a screen. Employees were so helpful. My train was delayed and I was going to arrive after check in. I messaged them and they messaged back quickly with my information and how to access my room. This could have been a disaster but they were able to make it very pleasant for me. It is also very close to the square nad town center along with wawel castle. Thank you for everything and I look forward to visiting again.

Good accommodation, comfortable and clean. Slightly out of the main tourist area but only about a 15-20 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t realise on booking was that this accommodation is not serviced during your stay. Although extra pillows and towels were found in the wardrobe. Overall extremely good value for money

The apartments were the best that I have been exposed to, so far thru Expedia ! They were clean , up to date , very nice bathroom , and plenty of room in all the rooms ! I was actually very surprised as to how nice they were and they would be my first choice when I return to Krakow ! The staff was always nice and helpful ! When I checked out I forgot a very important item ! The staff took it upon themselves to mail it to me ! I appreciated their proactive and constant I can do attitude !

Perfect. A convenient location, 5 min walk to the city’s shopping mall, combined with the peacefulness of a quiet residential street. It is close to the trams, has a wonderful pizza parlour around the corner along with nice little coffee shops too. Room was clean and smart. Very happy to have stayed there

The property is well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. Location is great only a short distance from the main train station and Krakow old town. Fantastic property to stay at when you visit Krakow. Easy walking distance to all attractions, shoppings, restaurants and bars. The staff at the property are outstanding with making you feel at home and providing advice on where to eat, drink and visit attractions. Special mention to Sophie who provided outstanding hospitality. This property is one of the best we have stayed at, only small but very intimate. Ett otroligt fint hotell 15 min gång från torget. Otroligt bra bemötande av personal, vi fick även en välkomstdrink som ingick. Rummet var rent och fint och gott om faciliteter! Parkering fanns det gott om på gatan. Frukosten var 10/10. Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och kommer definitivt återvända.

Great family appartement. Two very nice bedrooms. We booked a parking place that belongs to the residence. Its located about 250m away. Sad that there is no breakfast available anymore (it was very good last year). Late CheckIn works good. We received a code & informations via email & there was a safety guy who let us in & helped us come into our room.

Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. Over the years, I'd say this is one of my favorite London stays. With a tube station right around the corner, LHR extremely cheap tube ride away, the excellent Maroush Restaurant across the street, and a tasty breakfast with one heck of a well-run bar, Miiro is over of my new favorite London stays.
