This property was fairly new and super nice. It was clean smelled like fresh linen! Beds were awesome! We enjoyed the pool and basketball court! Easy access around the city. We had refreshments at the bar inside and out! I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was excellent minus the parking. They have more rooms than parking spots. Sports cars in handicapped spots, diesels in the plug in spots and trailers lining the fire lanes. The hotel and staff were great, though.

A fantastic hotel. The rooms are modern and nicely designed. Our room had a stove and a large refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk person was very nice and cordial and the breakfast was very good. They even have a game room and bar. You can also order food from the bar. This is absolutely where we will be staying anytime we’re in town.

Great new hotel! Loved the setup of the room and and bed was comfy. Gym is small but the equipment is great. Pool is nice with basketball court next to it. Breakfast could have been better as they were out/low on stuff and seemed short staffed in that area. Staff super friendly and professional. Will stay there again.

One of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed in. Had a quaint feel to it, but very nice amenities! Loved the cozy lounge/bar area. The suite we stayed in was excellent! Great set-up and very clean. Even the scent in the hotel was great. Just a great overall experience!

We usually stay at another hotel and wanted to try something different. We are very happy that we did. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was welcoming, the aroma was pleasant, and a very friendly staff. Cleanliness was great and the bar was an added benefit. Thank you for a great stay.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Brand new property with an amazing, friendly, and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and all the amenities needed for a short or a long stay. The fitness center and pool, although I didn't use them, looked very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the options I had were delicious. I really can't say enough about this property. We picked it on a whim, on just a place to stay midway through a long road trip, and I was honestly shocked and more than pleased. If I could give this hotel more stars, I certainly would!

First suite had a lot of noise. Carpet had stains (like blood ) in the carpet. Tried to communicate with the manager, but she's not available. 2nd suite had mold in rhe bathroom, so tiny.

Room(s) were filthy and stink. Complained about odor in first room so they moved me to another room which was much more stinky AND DIRTY!!!! Disgusting! Hand prints, sticky residue and stained sheets all over entire room. Front desk refused to move me to another room or come and clean until the next day. House keeping staff rudely came to my room to clean but did not feel comfortable having in my room after interaction. Staff is obviously understaffed and overworked. Left utterly dissatisfied!

Extra clean, very quiet, helpful staff. The room layout in the suite was strange, with ability to view tv awkward as only seating, the couch, way off to the side of tv that faced couch at a right angle. Light switches, especially in bathroom, seemed oddly placed. Although room supposed to accommodate up to 4, only one hook for wet towels and no other towel racks were there. The couch was too deep for comfortable sitting. Staff was great.

We stayed here after making a las-/minute hotel switch on a family road trip and it was wonderful! Terrance checked us in and was kind, professional, and really helped us out! It’s important to give credit where credit is due.

The three ladies at front desk customer service during check in was extremely unfriendly and rude! For example, no welcome greeting for myself, but other individuals behind me were greeted! Another example was their condescending tone when speaking to me! The three staff ladies questioned my ability to pay the pet deposit! My stay was for a week and the cleaning staff did not vacuum nor clean my suit but once!

I like staying on the first floor and they accommodated my request. The room was good. Free breakfast was good. The bar restaurant was convenient and had friendly staff. They always have fruit-infused water. Loved it. The only things that need to improve is to have a more prominent or visible entrance. My 3 Uber drivers could not locate it. And the front desk person is always inside the room instead of in the front desk. I had to call out or someone had to knock at the door for her to come out. Other than those 2 issues, I had a great stay. Will definitely use it again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been great… until it wasn’t. I woke up and had no hot water. Front desk said they were working on it but no time frame. I had to leave at 11am without a shower. The hotel absolutely refused to refund my money. “You stayed, you pay” is pretty much what they told me. Doesn’t matter that you don’t have hot water. I am a club member and usually book thru their website but Hotels.com has a much lower rate this time. It was only because of them that I got anything back. Cheers to hotels.com - jeers to Residence Inn. Guess I’ll stay elsewhere from now on.

The staff was friendly and helpful, both at check-in and at check-out. Clean room, comfortable bed. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel while travelling through for business, and we will definitely stay again the next time we are travelling in the area. Good location, safe area, and plenty of places to eat around there also. Would be a good place for a family to stay and feel safe.

Our room was exceptional. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal - lots of choices! Easy freeway access. Not scenic, but convenient. Food available in the hotel also.

I was impressed by the free breakfast -usually that is mediocre, because let's face it, it is free. We typically skip the free breakfast, but this property has it right. It is the same spread as most hotels, but you can tell their quality is better, and tastes better. And most of all, the coffee is dark and strong! i think that is a good indication that the breakfasts will be better than others.

A fantastic hotel. The rooms are modern and nicely designed. Our room had a stove and a large refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk person was very nice and cordial and the breakfast was very good. They even have a game room and bar. You can also order food from the bar. This is absolutely where we will be staying anytime we’re in town.

Great new hotel! Loved the setup of the room and and bed was comfy. Gym is small but the equipment is great. Pool is nice with basketball court next to it. Breakfast could have been better as they were out/low on stuff and seemed short staffed in that area. Staff super friendly and professional. Will stay there again.

Our room was exceptional. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal - lots of choices! Easy freeway access. Not scenic, but convenient. Food available in the hotel also.

We usually stay at another hotel and wanted to try something different. We are very happy that we did. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was welcoming, the aroma was pleasant, and a very friendly staff. Cleanliness was great and the bar was an added benefit. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was great the staff were amazing (really loved the staff). The breakfast could have been okay but every thing was cold. Not room temperature cold to touch. Other than that it was fantastic. Will def go back.

I was a disappointed with the staff at the front desk, because they wouldn’t let me check in about 45 minutes early. Then, I get there at 3:00 pm, and no one is there to check me in. Mind you I had to be somewhere at 3:30; so I arrived to my appointment late. Apparently, one of the front staff workers had to help with cleaning the rooms because they were short staffed. Also, my granddaughter and I went swimming that evening and there were no clean towels for us to dry with. However, I can’t say that my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the location is great! Diana From Midland

Necesitan limpiar bien las habitaciones y las cocinas. La primera habitación sucia y la segunda mejor, pero deberian mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones. El servicio al cliente bueno. El servicio al cliente excelente y la facilidades limpias.
