Wonderful stay, 5 nights middle of August 2026, with 10yr & 12 yr old children. We had a superior suite, which was lovely. Cleaned everyday, comfy beds, large walk in shower with decent water pressure & fixed hairdryer. Breakfast was delicious everyday, enjoyed a large selection of pastries, yogurts with nuts, toast, eggs etc. Every member of staff we spoke to was helpful & friendly. Pool area was clean, and had plenty of sunlougers. Decent air con in the room, also kettle & small fridge. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would recommend, and would return. Couple of good restaurants within 10min walk. Recommend having a car for getting around, there is a lake ferry stop just outside the hotel but only comes twice a day, and the bus service is limited. No Uber, and limited taxis available in area. Hotel has plenty of free parking.

Pæne værelse, meget dårligt internet, ejerne af hotellet og personalet om aftenen/natten var arrogante og uhøflige - og opførte sig som om, at vi var til ulejlighed. De unge ansatte var derimod imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var meget italiensk - masser af kage, sukkerholdige produkter og kun lidt af det sunde udvalg. Udsigten til søen fra stueetagen er meget begrænset - selvom der loves/betales for søudsigt fra værelserne.

Wunderschöne Lage. Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr zurückhaltend wenn es um die Erläuterung der vorhandenen Angebote ging. Auf Nachfrage wurde sehr spezifisch Auskunft gegeben. Hätte mir einen Überblick oder aktives Nachfragen gewünscht zu den Angeboten welche sie anbieten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte einen netten Balkon. Frühstücksbuffet war recht umfassend.
