The room was extremely lean and cleaned every day. The staff were very courteous and very helpful. The location was very good for most attractions being very close to the Ponte bridge. The only down side is you have mobility problems it’s probably not for you as it’s not close to any metro stations etc. the room is small but we only used in to sleep in so wasn’t a problem. The website claims to be a B&B, but no breakfast is available. Would recommend tho hotel if you not scared to walk a bit.

This place was quite hard to find as the sign for the hotel is extremely small but once we found it, it was a very cute boutique hotel. The room we booked was likely the smallest room they have. If we had realized it was that small, we would have booked a larger room but that’s our fault. This room is more intended for a single traveller as it is very hard to get around with two people and luggage. This place is super unique and cozy. Perfect area as well.

The location is within the walking distance to many tourist attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel signage is almost nonexistence. We found it by asking the locals using the hotel's address. The room seemed nice but not function well. No cups or glasses. Maid provided only towels and toilet paper. Shampoo/shower gel were inconvenient single use small envelopes. They were difficult to tear open for senior with arthritis hands. Bathroom looked new and clean but there is no place to hold soap/shampoo in the shower stall. No place to hang used towels in order to reuse them the next day.

This was perfect for two nights. The rooms are tiny but comfortable. Very quiet. It is not a bed and breakfast considering there is no food. Walking everywhere was easy and safe.

On the website of Expedia it said they offered daily breakfast. We were more than disappointed to find out they didn’t. There were no amenities, no water bottles offered in the rooms but had to be bought at the reception. The location of the rooms were great and the staff was lovely. Other than that, the room was okay for one night, would definitely not stay there longer. The room felt and smelled humid, my clothes smell like it as well. The b&b(without the breakfast) definitely needs a modernization, it seems quite old. All in all not very satisfactory for the price.

バチカン市国に近く、可愛い部屋です。冷蔵庫はありますがポットはスタッフに言って貸して貰います。また、掛け布団が無くシーツのみなので寒がりの人はスタッフがいる21時迄に借りる必要があります。私は布団が無い事に気付かず初日は服を着て寝るハメになりました。

A little gem of a stay! The rooms are nt huge but the bed is comfortable, the linen is clean and made every day. The shower works well. It's just off the River Tiber and the Castle Angelo. The little street has a few bars that will do breakfast and some shops. There is a MacDonalds around the corner as well where even the Italians were buying coffee! It's quiet when it needs to be but you are in the centre of Rome. Walking distance to the sights so if you plan your routes you can take it all in. Taxi fare from the airport fixed at 55 euros, which is handy as the reception here is not manned after 9pm. You need to request assistance after these hours and pay about 10 to 20 euros extra per booking to check in depending on the hour. Dont forget a tourist tax per person per night as well. We ticked all our boxes and ate in some lovely restsurants. All in all a good city break!

The communication with the property is terrible. We attempted to call two days prior to extending our stay, but no one answered. big negative is that you can hear people ringing the door bell all night to be let in

The staff was very polite and quick to issue a refund, but the hotel room they put me in was covered in black mold and drenched in bleach. I felt sick and got a headache immediately from all of the chemicals. The room and hotel just looked dirty and sketchy. Super gross

If you are looking for less expensive and do not care about comfort, this would work. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is good. Far enough from the noise but close to lots of things (St.Peters, Santangelo, etc). Our room was small but served the purpose. The headboard had a thick layer of dusk with much dust under the beds. Other than that, the room was clean. Housekeeping came everyday with clean sheets, towels, to take out garbage and straighten the room. My only real complaints are with the bathroom and beds. The beds were very hard. We woke up every morning with sore shoulders (side sleepers). The bathroom was freezing, no heat in there. I dreaded sitting on that freezing porcelain!

Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war von Beginn an von erheblichen Mängeln begleitet. Das erste Zimmer (101) war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand: Das Bad war verschimmelt, überall war es nass, es roch unangenehm und die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Besonders besorgniserregend war, dass es aus der Deckenlampe tropfte und sich eine große Pfütze bildete – das Zimmer war damit eigentlich unbewohnbar. Trotz dieser Umstände wurden wir vom Personal dazu aufgefordert, dort im Dunkeln zu duschen. Das Personal zeigte sich zunächst wenig lösungsorientiert und erst nach längerem Drängen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer (301) zugewiesen. Doch auch dieses war keine Verbesserung: Es roch stark nach Abwasser, insbesondere im Badezimmer, das wir deshalb verriegeln mussten, um eine weitere Ausbreitung des Geruchs im Raum zu verhindern. Auch das Wasser aus dem Hahn roch bereits unangenehm, was uns sehr zu denken gab. Auffällig war, dass beide betroffenen Zimmer – 101 und 301 – jeweils die “1er-Zimmer” der jeweiligen Etage waren. Nur das Bad von Zimmer 102, das wir freundlicherweise zwischenzeitlich nutzen durften, war sauber und geruchsfrei. Dies legt den Verdacht nahe, dass vor allem die 1er-Zimmer von massiven baulichen oder hygienischen Problemen betroffen sind. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die Bereitschaft, uns zwischendurch ein anderes Bad zur Verfügung zu stellen – ansonsten war der Aufenthalt leider eine Enttäuschung.

Sliding shower dirty and leaked. I would suggest a small table and two chairs would make the stay sooo much more convenient. Bedding and room clean besides the shower

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! The rooms were sooo small u had to move so the other could get in. There was yellow stains and hair on our bed! I wrote on whatsapp to have them changed (there was no one in the reception) but they left it on seen and didnt reply. STAY AWAY

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night back in May of this year. The service was very good, and the elevator was helpful. The street was a little dark at night, but the area was relatively safe feeling. The location was great; very close to shops, restaurants, and the Metro. The room was clean, but the bed was quite uncomfortable with thin sheets. The bathroom was decent but could use some extra deep cleaning. But the price was great for proximity to attractions!

The location is great and easily walkable, and the price of the room was fair. The floor of the room we were assigned was quite dirty (as in, in need of a broom and mop). But the bed, sheets, and towels were fresh and clean. In terms of the condition of the room, it was obviously renovated but there was a lot of mold behind the bathroom mirror and some water damage around the bathroom door frame. The room was very humid and felt damp, especially at night, and the a/c was not very cooperative and did not address this issue. Small things however compared to how friendly and helpful the staff are, and again, the fantastic location/price of this hotel.

Great location. Easy to walk to all the historic site. Hotel was fine. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The AC and shower were good.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were very friendly on arrival. Bedding was very clean. Nice street side room with big window. Bed was quite firm and thin. Only one pillow each. Difficulty sleeping as walls are very thin and room next door people were just talking and I could hear them clearly, making it difficult to sleep. It was also still quite warm and humid and though I prefer just having windows open it was just a bit too loud and couldn’t get the air conditioner to work the second night. I recommend bringing earplugs. Really good location, close to great restaurants and major sites you will want to see.

Staff wonderful and helpful. Rooms small but sufficient. Very noisy, thin walls and able to hear other guests easily. Street noise expected due to centre of Rome. Price slightly cheaper than average for area. Location perfect for couples willing to walk and explore Rome.

The beds are comfortable, but the room and specially the bathroom are very small. The street below is/can be very noisy in the middle of the night - if you leave your window open. The location is very convenient for most of the venues. They are reachable by walking

You can hear everything from other rooms around you , preventing you from a good night sleep, they had lights all over the hallway that kept turning on and not letting you sleep,

If u ever check in to this hotel, please avoid room 201. I cannot speak to the overall accomodation but can only review my own stay. Stayed in room 201, internet was a joke and so was AC, eapecially when it’s 40 degrees out. The bathroom is so small, i kept hitting my shin on the toilet bowl. I will try to post a pic so people could understand what am talking about. U literally have to sit sideways when using the toilet. Lol

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag vom Service gut sauber gemacht. Allerdings empfanden wir die extrem dünnen Wände und das man das Licht des Nebenzimmers durch die Decke sehen kann als sehr störend, da man das Gefühl hatte, der Nachbar ist mit im Zimmer. Privatsphäre goodbye und Schlaf teilweise auch. Das Zimmer war auch wirklich nur funktional eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr klein.Wen das alles nicht stört bekommt eine funktionale Unterkunft für einen guten Preis mitten in Rom. Wir werden aber nächstes Mal lieber mehr Geld für das Hotel ausgeben .

The sound isolation between rooms is almost non-existent, that was the biggest inconvenience for us. The rooms are also on the smaller side. The location however is excellent. On the plus side, the beds are good, although not big for 2 people, and the rooms have good AC units.

Can not beat the location in the heart of central Rome- but this is more of a motel or hostel. There is an outdoor space to the hotel which smells like sewage. The mattresses are so old they have deep indents. The WiFi is almost non existent. If you want a somewhat comfortable stay- pay a little extra and get a better room. For me- the savings were not worth the lack of comfort.

The room was very small with no Cool Air Conditioning. The A/C just blew hot air. The bathroom was super tiny (2 m X 1 m including lavatory, WC and Shower) with no hooks to hang towels nor any soap holder inside the shower. The shower was very small in the sense that a big person would not fit well inside. The room walls were so thin that we could hear all conversation from the rooms next to ours and I had to use earplugs to sleep!!!

Great location to everything. Only problem we had was our pickup that was arranged through the hotel was 2 hours late and not sure if it was the hotel or taxi company fault and nothing done to compensate for it.

Clean room and great staff

We stayed in the “Villa D’Este” room and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The receptionist gave us incorrect Wi-Fi information, resulting in unusable internet, and the room was much smaller than described. The towel heater was missing a knob, leaving a sharp exposed screw that I hit my head on, causing bleeding—staff responded by taping it over. The toilet leaked with every flush, the shower head wouldn’t stay in place, and the A/C unit began dripping water onto the bed. When we reported these issues, instead of offering a room change or compensation, staff sent maintenance into our room while we were trying to rest before a long tour. On top of that, staff entered the room without knocking on multiple occasions. The only positive was the location, but overall, I would not recommend this property.

This place was so cozy! The staff was amazing especially Carmen! Amazing food nearby and a great location to walk to everywhere!

Staff reached out towards all my concerns and set us up for transportation with request response within 24hours or less. Definitely recommend this hotel! Very convenient to most sites with 15mins or less unless going to coliseum which was about 25mins. Lots of restaurants around to choose from.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again because it’s a great location and because of staff.

Localização ótima, quartos pequenos , mas limpos … Só tenho uma reclamação, era para pagar na chegada e me foi cobrado 1 dia antes, como responsável pelo meu grupo, debitaram 8 hospedagem de 3 noites em meu cartão, dos 9 hotéis em que nos hospedamos, esse foi o único a cobrar antecipadamente.

It was a convenient location, but when I emailed the company regarding a queen bed and was responded with we would have a queen bed,we were in fact given a double bed and when asked we were told the entire place only had double beds. Another issue was that a third person apparently thought they could bunk with us without my knowledge and that was cleared up when we checked in

The location is the best attribute of this place. No more than 30 minutes walking to anywhere worth visiting. Plenty of dining options, convenience stores tucked away in a great part of Rome.

This was a great location for visiting Roma. Lots of restaurants and bars within blocks. Only 4 blocks from Vatican City and 2 blocks from Hop on Hop Off bus line. Very clean and quiet rooms. Only thing is do not compare these rooms to hotels in USA. Very small rooms.

This hotel is in a great location on a back side street. Walkable to the sights, Vatican, and shops and restaurants. Small room but very affordable for the area.

Very friendly and attentive. They checked on us prior and during our stay. They were able to get us a taxi to the airport very easily.

Great location with an easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and the Vatican. Comfortable bed, quiet, with numerous restaurants near by.

Excellent location, walking distance to a number of attractions and lots of great food within walking distance. Taxi station a few minutes away, Laundromat 2minutes away. Customer service staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Really great location for us. A short walk to the pantheon a moderate walk to the forum and Colosseum. The neighborhood is quaint with some good restaurants right down the street. The rooms were clean and quiet and staff was very helpful in answering questions and setting us up with a taxi driver.
