Loved parking at my door. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

This an older property, but well maintained, clean and the staff were very good. Being a motel, parking is right outside of the room, which is great. Will certainly stay again.

The staff was nice. The room was clean and I liked that it had a tub. It was a good place to stay the night and it was quite. They are also pet friendly. I would stay again.

Small independent mom and pop type motel that was very well maintained. Room was nice and clean, had plenty of hot water, good selection of channels on the tv, and had a microwave and refrigerator. Two things would have helped—a small hair dryer and the street was very noisy which they had no control over.

Doesn’t look like much from the street, but the rooms were very nice. Obviously the bath room fixtures weren’t new, but no complaints. Very easy parking at the door. Be aware there is no breakfast, but that is reflected in the price. Lots of dining options close by. Walmart is right across the street. Room had refrigerator and microwave. I would return.

We stayed one night, had 2 dogs, they had a little area at the back of the property that worked perfect for the dogs. Many places to eat around the area. Overall it was a good stay

It's a roadside, older motel, but the room was clean and the bathroom sparkling. Peggy at the front desk was very friendly and sweet. TV had loads of channels, big desk and comfy chairs. Beds were very comfortable. Would like more pillows, but we slept soundly. The premises was very quiet and we felt safe. Red Lobster across the street and lots of stores and restaurants, etc.

The room was very clean, staff were nice, nice location, lots of food places around, good area in general. It says pet friendly but they will charge you a $50 deposit and $15 per dog they also have a special room for dogs. The dog room we were in did not stink. The only issue I saw was they could probably get some new linens like towels and the wash clothes they were kind of dingy and stained.Very affordable

We've stayed here a few times. It's not fancy, but for a short stay it's perfect. Good size refrigerator w/freezer section. Microwave. No coffee maker in room but coffee available in the lobby after 7:30.

Nothing fancy but adequate. Near restaurants and movie theater. Staff very friendly. No pool or hot tub.

I opened the door to our room and two cockroaches greeted us. The linens were old and worn as were the towels. Coffee was available in the lobby for 2 hours in the morning. We slept and left.

Very clean and comfortable I slept really well. 10 out of 10!

The room & bathroom floors were very DIRTY. The room smelled and we needed air fresher & candles. Cockroaches we're found in the bathroom, which had an exposed opening from the bath tub spout. We only stayed here because of hurricane Milton evacuation and we felt safe from the storm, but would never stay again.

Stains on bed linen, Stains on towels, hair on towels and in the bathroom. Not very clean.

Not even a 2 star experience. Very dirty, accumulated dist and sticky remotes... broken sink, broken tv... just bad.

Inside was dirty when we arrived, air wasn’t on, very hot when we arrived. Bathroom was nasty there was soap in the window holding the window open. I wear my shoes the whole time during my stay. Even in the shower. We left the room cleaner than what it was when we arrived. Would not be surprised if they keep our/others deposit blaming the dirtiest on the guest. Would not book this again.

Disgusting motel stained sheets all dirty the room smelled of tobacco even when it was for non-smokers very good location but I don't recommend it

Very clean

As soon as we open the door bugs scattered everywhere, we had dirty towels and dirty bed sheets.

We have stayed here several times. Nothing fancy, we just needed a place to sleep. Need to spray for pests. Tiny roaches in the bathroom.

Rooms are clean, but VERY small. Hardly any towels. Had to go to front desk twice for towels. They are very stingy with the towels, apparently. I was questioned about asking for them.

This was a bare bones hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was Wi-Fi and a tv, and not much else. If all you want is a comfortable bed, then this is the place for you.

It was extremely hot at check in and bathroom window was open. This being Florida as well as having a paid-in-full reservation, I feel like they should have at least turned on air. It took at least 2 full hours to get the room cooled off

Looking for a bargain? This is it! You get what you pay for here. Wore out bed spreads and mattresses. This hotel is conveniently located for restaurants and water pressure is great! But the rooms are in much needed updates.

The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on in ages. The room is clean and has all the necessities we need for a good night’s sleep. It’s just across from a Walmart and close to the highway and restaurants.

The walk in showers are really big. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are very soft.

When I got my room, the AC was not working. I asked the receptionist if I could switch rooms and she would not let me. She came in and tried to fix it. But as soon as she left, it would stop again. I slept the whole night with NO ac in the hot summer sun.

We thought the room/place was okay for the price; would not really give it the review value that was shown on Orbitz. In addition, one person in our party had a dog and had to be at the other end of the place, rather than next to us. She said that she heard a lot of people outside partying after 1:30 am; like someone left the bar and brought back everyone from there. She also had a door that wouldn't shut / seal very well, and was afraid that someone could easily open it.

Check in was quick and easy. Lady in the front was very pleasant. The actual room is not in the best shape, wear and tears (literally) but served my needs as I just stayed there from 8pm-6am the next morning. Had towels, soaps, ice bucket, mini fridge, and microwave.

Unfortunately, our stay was not good. For an older hotel under renovation, it was in fair condition. My husband loved the firm bed. Things were okay until about 3 am when the neighbor started fighting and raising cain. It was to the point of our calling 911. We checked out.

We arrived very late and was treated great. Got a great night sleep and got on the road feeling refreshed.

Staff was extremely rude. Plenty of other way nicer hotels near by. Person behind me cancelled too

Thank You for a such affordable room rate. Service was great, room was good. Bed was comfortable. TV channels selections was great. No issues. Plan on coming back when I'm in town again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the room and the location was convenient to everything (family, chutch, shopping). We would be happy to stay here next time we're in town.

Front desk folks were great and room was a little worn but clean and comfortable.

We drove from Houston to Lake City on our way to our home in Cape Coral. Picked this hotel because of the rating it got and convenience to the HWY. When we arrived nobody was in the office and I rang the bell. A Testy woman came out letting me know I had interrupted her walk. I gave her my ID and my credit card. She asked if I had a pet and I told her yes and then she reprimanded me for not booking the room with our pet. I booked through Expedia and checked and there wasn’t any choices where I could do that and I told her that. She charged me the $15 which I wasn’t upset about I’m more upset with her snotty attitude and mean spirit. She also took a picture of my credit card and I asked her what was to become of that piece of paper with ALL my credit card info and she told me at 11 am it would be shredded. WOW! We would be long gone! In the morning we got ourselves ready and packed our car. I told my husband that they had coffee in the office beginning at 7, it was 7:06 at the time so he walked over and the office door was locked. So much for coffee. Room was old and outdated, the toilet rocked back and forth when you used it. Beds were hard, flat and painful, pillows flat and old. I doubt I would ever stay there again. Especially how I got treated when I walked in. So unnecessary especially when you have been in a car since 4 am it is was 5 when we arrived.

The staff were excellent. Very pleasant and responsive to any issues we had. Room was updated and comfortable. Definitely consider staying here again on our next trip

Easy to get to, lots of places to eat nearby.

As others have mentioned, it's an older property, but very well maintained and clean. It was a great one-night stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, and Walmart across the street.

It was great for our one night stay! We were tired and weary & was able to rest. Nice and clean and very convenient for our trip deeper into Florida. Close to a Walmart and the interstate. The staff are very polite and helped us with our needs, thank you for being so kind and courteous. Thank you!!

Great small older hotel and it fit the overnight stay just fine. clean, quiet and great value. On the main road with lots of stores and restaurants Easy parking, right in front of the room. Definitely would stay again!

Good location

The property is located in a commercial center which makes it convenient to restaurants and shopping, but lacking green space.

I opened the door to our room and two cockroaches greeted us. The linens were old and worn as were the towels. Coffee was available in the lobby for 2 hours in the morning. We slept and left.

I totally would stay there again. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, slept the whole night. The only thing that needed to be done in my eyes is to put some WD40 in the next room's door hinges so it won't make noise when they open the door. (let front desk know). Thanks Jag and everyone. No breakfast, but that was OK.

A very convenient, safe, and friendly location. There is no breakfast, but coffee is offered. The ice machine is non-functional, and there is no iron or hairdryer in the room. But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, this is definitely it!

This property was older but remodeled very clean nice staff. Only wish they had breakfast.
