The hotel is very well situated, close to the seafront and an excellent beach. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. I very much appreciated the secure car park which is just across the street from the hotel. The only disappointment with our stay is that the lack of public toilets in the area resulted in a bad smell throughout the seafront area. This is, of course, not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is close to the beach and an easy walk to the main town centre. The room was spacious and clean. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear voices from the neighbouring rooms but it wasn't too much of a disturbance. The bed was super comfortable and i enjoyed a great night sleep. There was a nice selection at breakfast, all continental - no hot food but the croissants were amazing!! The only down side was nobody at reception spoke any English, fortunately we were travelling with someone who spoke spanish otherwise it may have been a little difficult

I know the city well and I know the hotel can charge those prices because of limited availability of options during the summer, but still it was disappointing to check into the room and see very obviously the cleaning was subpar (make up stains in the sink and hairs in the bathtub) and the amenities are so low standard. At that price, they could have some complimentary real coffee in the room and not nescafe and definitely I would have expected a real hair dryer and iron in the room. My stay was short but absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are also beautifully done with the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel in a LONG time! It literally felt like clouds in heaven. The only thing rivaling the beauty and comfort of this hotel was the incredibly kind hospitality of the staff. I am so grateful to have found this stay after the hotel in Lezama that I booked 6 months before, cancelled my reservation 3 days before arrival literally leaving me stranded on my first trip to Spain. It was actually a blessing in hind sight as I had the honor of spending a very peaceful stay by the sea in total comfort with all the amenities I could possibly need or want. Thank you Hotel Las Rocas!!!
