Pro: clean room, great shower Con: 1.Required cash damage deposit because their system couldn\'t read my Wells Fargo credit card. 2. When I checked out I had to wait 15 minutes for one of the clerks to SLOWLY go to verify I hadn\'t trashed the room. 3. Wifi in room and on ground floor equally terrible. Gave up and used my phone hot spot. 4. Elevator button for ground level didn\'t work 90% of the time. Had to carry luggage down from 2nd floor. 5. Breakfast mediocre, service terrible. Generally speaking, the customer service was poor. I grew up in South America and my Spanish is accentless so it isn\'t a case of assuming "idiot gringo". It was a case of "we understand your complaints and we don\'t care." 5. There is another hotel with exactly same name five blocks away. Played havoc with directions.

O que me incomodou, que a cada coisa que pedíamos à recepção ex: água, tinha que pagar na hora, e não no final da estadia, já que tinha deixado cartão como caução.

Sus instalaciones, personal esta muy bueno, lo único en contra es la ubicación, por ende no hay muchas opciones de comida cerca, aun así con transporte, podes acceder.
