Great airport hotel with super helpful staff, easy airport shuttle, good food, a great pool and many outside spaces to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again! They do have a 1 person spa so if you know you want a massage or pedicure, book as soon as you check in or earlier, if possible.

Greeted warmly at reception. Enjoyed a great meal at the poolside bar/restaurant. Purpose of stay was transit to international flight. Didn't stay overnight but it was well worth it for the rest, meal and hot shower. Excellent shuttle service to airport. Hotel is located in a newer and fairly quiet neighborhood. I didn't use the gym but it was well equipped. Would stay again, excellent value.

This is my go-to place to stay while transferring through Nairobi to other parts of East Africa. I love the gym - huge room and tons of equipment. Much more than typical of a hotel. The transportation from and back to the airport is provided by the hotel, so, while the hotel is off the beaten path, it's convenient for me because they do all the work.

67 Airport Hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and personable. The property is great. They have a pool, gardens to enjoy, spa services, and a nice restaurant. The area around the hotel is not the best. This is not a place where you can go walking outside the hotel property. This was not important for me so it didn’t matter so much. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and provides airport pick up and drop off. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay with easy access to the airport,

It was a good deal for the price. Clean rooms and decent amenities. Obviously, the managers make an effort to keep it in good condition. Kitchen is open 24 hours. I didn't have a meal but the people I shared the airport shuttle bus with said the meal was great

Loved this place. Staff was kind and friendly. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Loved the restaurant, open 24 hours a day. Excellent breakfast.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel, allerdings gehört die Dusche dingend erneuert, alles verkalkt , zudem gab es kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal beim checkin sehr freundlich, beim Service zurückhaltend. Frühstück sehr kontinental. Hotel liegt sehr ruhig sehr bequeme Betten.

I had a terrible experience. During the night, around 10:40 pm, I had to awake suddenly because of big noise for a few minutes. Also, next morning, I could not work in my room because lot of noise from hotel’ remodeling(exactly I do not know). I think it is not cheap at all compare to the similar prices in the USA.

Although initially being given the incorrect room, and reception struggling to find my booking. The Guest relations manager was quick to rectify the mistake and was very helpful and attentive. The upgraded room was a much better size than the original room provided. My only negative responses is the location of the executive suite being on the top floor meant that the room itself was extremely hot, and not being shown how to open the curtains in the bedroom, caused the heat to be trapped in the room further adding to the heat. This meant the room was very uncomfortable to stay in the room during the daytime. Having just two standing fans is not enough to keep a room of that size cool during the hot days.

Nowhere near the airport, despite the name. Sketchy neighbourhood. Simple room, comfy bed but bathroom a bit so-so. VERY friendly and service-minded staff. Airport transport good. Food OK. Very cheap room :)

The main reason we booked this property is because it’s near the airport and offered a free shuttle. We arrived in Nairobi around 11:30pm and the shuttle was nowhere to be found, so we were left with hiring a taxi. Joseph at the front desk was nice but only addressed the issue when we brought it up, saying that there’s always someone at the airport. He tried to compensate by offering dinner (at midnight) and then upgraded our room. The room was massive, but that doesn’t matter when you’re just there for 5 hours. The sheets seemed old/poor quality and didn’t quite fit the bed. The amenities say that there’s a/c, but there wasn’t. Joseph was helpful in the morning in contacting our tour provider regarding pickup. When we returned from our safari we stayed downtown at the Best Western and it was easily a better experience for a similar price.

As usual staff, rooms and food at this hotel are exceptional. The free airport shuttle is an extra bonus (some hotels in the area charge you $20 each way.) This hotel does not deserve its 3 star status, in my view it is at least a 4 star and easily gets a 5 star rating from myself. I cannot recomnend this hotel highly enough. This was my 4th visit and will be back again next year.

As usual staff, rooms and food at this hotel are exceptional. The free airport shuttle is an extra bonus (some hotels in the area charge you $20 each way.) We were disappointed with our stay at 67 Airport Hotel. Before arriving I contacted them via their website to confirm our flight because we needed to be picked up but never received a response. I then had to phone the hotel and only then got confirmation. On arrival our driver was not there; it turns out that he was in another part of the airport but no one contacted us. When we arrived we saw the room was very basic which was surprising given the price we paid. We were only staying for one night during our layover and arranged for airport transfer the next morning at 7am. We got to reception on time only to be told that the driver decided to drop someone else off and ended up being 25 minutes late. We then were very late and ended up rushing through the airport to make our flight. We were very disappointed with our stay and the service.

Das Hotel ansich ist in Ordnung. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten und Angebote. Die Lage ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber gut gesichert. Die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig und die Speisen sind gut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, einige sind recht dunkel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was aber gar nicht geht, ist der sogenannte Abhol- und Bringdienst. Einmal wurde der vereinbarte Termin schlicht nicht an die Ablösung weiter geleitet und somit vergessen. Das nächste Mal mussten wir sehr lange auf jemanden warten, der dann doch nicht kam. Dadurch verschob sich unser Abendessen nach einem sehr langen Flug auf fast 22.00 Uhr. Beim 3. Mal mussten wir plötzlich früher los, also mit Stress. Und heute kam trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage gar niemand und meine Frau musste ein Uber auf eigene Kosten nehmen, um den Zug nicht zu verpassen. So etwas geht gar nicht, zumal der Service bezahlt wurde. Hier gilt es, zuverlässig zu sein. Eigentlich wollten wir wiederkommen, aber bei einem solchen unzuverlässigen Services wohl eher nicht.

I stayed one night after 30 hours of travel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Just what one needs after a long haul! Transfers to and from the airport are included which was a breeze! The room was perfect. Just what I needed. The restaurant is open 24/7 which is great for those jet lagged! Highly recommend for airport arrivals and departures. It’s about 10/15 mins from the airport. Thanks again everyone!

The main reason we booked this property is because it’s near the airport and offered a free shuttle. We arrived in Nairobi around 11:30pm and the shuttle was nowhere to be found, so we were left with hiring a taxi. Joseph at the front desk was nice but only addressed the issue when we brought it up, saying that there’s always someone at the airport. He tried to compensate by offering dinner (at midnight) and then upgraded our room. The room was massive, but that doesn’t matter when you’re just there for 5 hours. The sheets seemed old/poor quality and didn’t quite fit the bed. The amenities say that there’s a/c, but there wasn’t. Joseph was helpful in the morning in contacting our tour provider regarding pickup. When we returned from our safari we stayed downtown at the Best Western and it was easily a better experience for a similar price.

Remarkably good experience. My flight arrived very late. I only got out of the airport after 1am. The transport from the hotel was waiting for me. They stayed over an hour waiting for me. Efficient transport to hotel and even though I only spent four hours in bed sleeping, the sleep was restful and undisturbed. Excellent shower in the morning followed by early coffee and transport back to airport. No fuss, excellent value and overall a very good experience

Fantastic stay. Airport pick-up and drop-off was flawless. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the neighborhood on my morning run. My only complaint is the pool did not open until 10 am. My flight was just after 12 pm. Hence, I did not get to swim.

Nowhere near the airport, despite the name. Sketchy neighbourhood. Simple room, comfy bed but bathroom a bit so-so. VERY friendly and service-minded staff. Airport transport good. Food OK. Very cheap room :)

This is my go-to place to stay while transferring through Nairobi to other parts of East Africa. I love the gym - huge room and tons of equipment. Much more than typical of a hotel. The transportation from and back to the airport is provided by the hotel, so, while the hotel is off the beaten path, it's convenient for me because they do all the work.

67 Airport Hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and personable. The property is great. They have a pool, gardens to enjoy, spa services, and a nice restaurant. The area around the hotel is not the best. This is not a place where you can go walking outside the hotel property. This was not important for me so it didn’t matter so much. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and provides airport pick up and drop off. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay with easy access to the airport,

Prima hotel dichtbij de luchthaven. 24 uur service. Incheck heel snel en vriendelijk. Restaurant zelfs na middernacht nog open. Kamers voldoende ruim en schoon. Ontbijt prima. Personeel verdient hier echt een compliment.

Loved this place. Staff was kind and friendly. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Loved the restaurant, open 24 hours a day. Excellent breakfast.

Greeted warmly at reception. Enjoyed a great meal at the poolside bar/restaurant. Purpose of stay was transit to international flight. Didn't stay overnight but it was well worth it for the rest, meal and hot shower. Excellent shuttle service to airport. Hotel is located in a newer and fairly quiet neighborhood. I didn't use the gym but it was well equipped. Would stay again, excellent value.

Showed up late after a long flight. VERY friendly staff, with a comfy, cozy, clean room. But the best is the 24-hr restaurant that makes grabbing a bite after the long day possible. Highly recommend.

It was a good deal for the price. Clean rooms and decent amenities. Obviously, the managers make an effort to keep it in good condition. Kitchen is open 24 hours. I didn't have a meal but the people I shared the airport shuttle bus with said the meal was great

We had several scheduling problems and had to change dates. We missed a flight because of weather.So less than 24 hours before arriving, we once again how to adjust the date. On each occasion, 67 Airport Hotel responded promptly and made the changes necessary. Staff was very friendly. Our only regret is having lost one day at the hotel which we were going to use to relax for starting a Safari tour.

The 67 hotel is a gem! Away from the business of Nairobi in the main part of the city, we’ve stayed as a team at this hotel many times and every time it keeps getting better. They’ve really poured love into this hotel. Not only is it beautiful, the pool area and the restaurant and wonderful. Food takes a little bit longer to prepare, especially if they’re busy or it’s late at night, but it is worth the wait, especially if you’ve been traveling a long time. There is a shuttle from and to the airport as well.
