Comfortable hotel right on the seafront. Great view from the balcony (some rooms face an inner courtyard) so pay the extra! No open air pool but there is one as part of the spa i the basement which is chargeable. However, the beach is over the road. On site parking is €18 but its only €6 over the road in a blue bay. 10 mins walk into the main area of Blanes along the promenade. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent.

Tout s'est très bien passé, le personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute et très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse, le balcon également. Petit déjeuner très bon, grand choix. Attention, la piscine est la piscine du spa, payante et inaccessible pour les enfants en bas âge. Nous recommandons l'établissement.

El gimnasio no se pudo utilizar porque el ambiente no era el adecuado para la práctica del ejercicio aeróbico falta de ventilación olor ha cerrado. La barra de dentro al solicitar algo para picar o8.30h no fue posible , la opción planteada por el responsable de barra era pasar por el buffet, ya que la cocina estaba ocupada atendiendo a un grupo externo al hotel , la carta para picar está disponible en la barra. La habitación doble muy cómoda, el desayuno buffet muy completo, con opciones vegetarianas. Lo peor la accesibilidad: íbamos con un carrito de bebé, y para entrar al hotel hay muchos escalones. Se puede usar una plataforma elevadora, pero hay que entrar dentro del hotel, esperar a que una persona de recepción esté libre y entonces pedirle que por favor encienda la plataforma. Si va una persona en silla de ruedas, tendría que llamar x teléfono y esperar que alguien lo coja, tan solo para entrar al hotel! La verdad que esta parte nos molestó un poco el viaje. Por otro lado, comentar que la piscina y spa es a partir de 15 años, no puede usarse por bebés ni niños.En general lo recomendaría si no hay problemas de accesibilidad, para parejas o amigos.

Personal an der Rezeption super nett und Essensauswahl heim Frühstück auch ok. Leider verstehe ich aber nicht wieso dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Fangen wir beim Zimmer an: - Schimmel in den Fugen bei der Dusche - Aussicht in den lieblosen Innenhof vom Hotel - keine Absaugung/ Frischluft im Badezimmer - Wir mussten jeden Tag selbst drum bitten das dass Zimmer saubergemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt werden. - Wir mussten. An der Rezeption auch nach Klopapier fragen weil dieses beim saubermachen auch nicht aufgestockt wurde Zum Spa: - Eigentlich muss dieses zu gemacht werden - KOMPLETT verschimmeltes Dampfbad wo der Dampf nach Reinigungsmittel statt ätherischen Ölen riecht - 15€ pro Person für 2 Stunden. Für was? - Sauna hat keine Aufgussmöglichkeit und Latten fehlen teilweise - Sauna wurde erst richtig warm nachdem bereits eine Stunde vergangen ist - Sand am Boden im gesamten Spabereich - Sand im Whirlpool - Sand im Kinderpool Fazit: Wenn das Hotel seine Instandhaltung auf die Reihe bekommt sowie die Reinigungsintervalle und die Spa Themen behebt vielleicht eine Empfehlung wert. Had a lovely stay at this hotel which is right on the promenade on beach. In a quiet locaton but very close to everything. We had a seaview room with a small balcony that got the sun morning but shade by mid afternoon. A fridge. A safe. The Room was fine we found the bed comfy. It would have been nice to have a couple of comfy chairs in the room. The bathroom had best shower ever. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was fabulous everything you want and plenty of it. Even a glass of prosecco. The reception staff were very helpful. We walked to the train once. Afterwards had the bus or taxi. We walked lots to the tordera river bird hide most days as my husband loves bird watching. He saw little egrets. Heron. Squackow heron. Ducks. Golden oreal. We walked to the botanical large gardens.we also went to the costal path just on from the gardens. We caught the train to calella. Another day we went to malgret de mar and walked to santa susanna along the beach the caught the train back. We are not ones to lie by the pool all day. There is a big market on seafront by the restaurants on a monday morning. The Texas Steakhouse was lovely. A boat leaves the beach near hotel with regular trips along coast to lloret de mar etc. Buses and train cheap transport. As we enjoy walking walking back from the train along the tordera river to the hide was our sort of holiday. As we had a late flight home we got train to girona to explore before flying home

Good location, but quite a bit of traffic noise. Excellent restaurant, good value for half board. Helpful staff. But shower had mold, refrigerator did not work.

Points positifs: -Gentillesse et l’amabilité des personnes à la réception, ceux-ci m’ont vraiment dépannés comme il y avait une erreur dans ma réservation d’Expedia. Ils ont réussis à me trouver un petit studio à un prix raisonnable; -Propreté des lieux; -Vu sur la mer de mon studio; -Proximité des restaurants et autres services; Points négatifs: -Rien de majeur, mais la douche dans le studio était un peu petite.

I loved the view and it is right on beach front. Stuff was lovely and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choices. Room was spacious. Only one negative when we got to the room we found that our aircon had a leak and build up of mould. But as soon as we notified reception stuff they send someone out to sort it out. So in the end we really enjoyed our stay

For the price, good value. I will start with what I like, the staff was fluent in English. The hotel is directly across from the beach. The in-room fridge worked well. The water pressure was quite good. The breakfast buffet was consistent with a number of options including fruit, cereals, breads, eggs, coffee, salad, meats and cheeses. Now what could use improvement, there was mold in the bathroom like others mentioned, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and deep cleaning, for example there is probably 10 years of grime built up on the light switches and water spots on the ceiling. The towels provided are quite large, but no smaller face clothes. The shampoo/body soap was good but the bar soap provided was tiny, the smallest bar I have seen in a hotel. Also, the pillows provided were extremely small and only two, had to ask for more pillows and were provided with standard pillows. While the buffet was consistent, the other guests in the hotel did many unhygienic things including taking food, not eating it and putting it back. People also would reuse the same plate and not get a new one and people picked at the food instead of using utensils. While this could happen anywhere, signs should be displayed stating this isn’t acceptable (eg get a new plate each time you go to the buffet). These are well known ways to transmit viruses.

Personal an der Rezeption super nett und Essensauswahl heim Frühstück auch ok. Leider verstehe ich aber nicht wieso dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Fangen wir beim Zimmer an: - Schimmel in den Fugen bei der Dusche - Aussicht in den lieblosen Innenhof vom Hotel - keine Absaugung/ Frischluft im Badezimmer - Wir mussten jeden Tag selbst drum bitten das dass Zimmer saubergemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt werden. - Wir mussten. An der Rezeption auch nach Klopapier fragen weil dieses beim saubermachen auch nicht aufgestockt wurde Zum Spa: - Eigentlich muss dieses zu gemacht werden - KOMPLETT verschimmeltes Dampfbad wo der Dampf nach Reinigungsmittel statt ätherischen Ölen riecht - 15€ pro Person für 2 Stunden. Für was? - Sauna hat keine Aufgussmöglichkeit und Latten fehlen teilweise - Sauna wurde erst richtig warm nachdem bereits eine Stunde vergangen ist - Sand am Boden im gesamten Spabereich - Sand im Whirlpool - Sand im Kinderpool Fazit: Wenn das Hotel seine Instandhaltung auf die Reihe bekommt sowie die Reinigungsintervalle und die Spa Themen behebt vielleicht eine Empfehlung wert. Ansonsten ist man im 3 Sterne Hotel direkt nebenan wahrscheinlich besser dran.

The location and the size of the room we got was great. We had ocean view room just steps from the water. The rooms can be a little updated like the bathroom. Providing hand soap pumps would be better than a tiny bar and an iron. Our toilet seat was broken. The breakfast buffet included was such a great deal the options offered were pretty good.

L accueil très sympathique. Mais vite déçu encore une fois par Hôtel.com L hôtel ne dispose pas d un parking. Il faut marcher 3 minutes à l extérieur et il est de 1o euros par jour. Le spa n est pas inclus non plus 15 euro par personne. La chambre face à la mer très sympa mais on a du aller acheter des boules quies car elle n est absolument pas insonorisée….et la climatisation j en parle même pas …on a décidé de l éteindre. Rien à dire sur le petit-déjeuner.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel which is right on the promenade on beach. In a quiet locaton but very close to everything. We had a seaview room with a small balcony that got the sun morning but shade by mid afternoon. A fridge. A safe. The Room was fine we found the bed comfy. It would have been nice to have a couple of comfy chairs in the room. The bathroom had best shower ever. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was fabulous everything you want and plenty of it. Even a glass of prosecco. The reception staff were very helpful. We walked to the train once. Afterwards had the bus or taxi. We walked lots to the tordera river bird hide most days as my husband loves bird watching. He saw little egrets. Heron. Squackow heron. Ducks. Golden oreal. We walked to the botanical large gardens.we also went to the costal path just on from the gardens. We caught the train to calella. Another day we went to malgret de mar and walked to santa susanna along the beach the caught the train back. We are not ones to lie by the pool all day. There is a big market on seafront by the restaurants on a monday morning. The Texas Steakhouse was lovely. A boat leaves the beach near hotel with regular trips along coast to lloret de mar etc. Buses and train cheap transport. As we enjoy walking walking back from the train along the tordera river to the hide was our sort of holiday. As we had a late flight home we got train to girona to explore before flying home

I loved the view and it is right on beach front. Stuff was lovely and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choices. Room was spacious. Only one negative when we got to the room we found that our aircon had a leak and build up of mould. But as soon as we notified reception stuff they send someone out to sort it out. So in the end we really enjoyed our stay

The staff was very kind and courteous and had an excellent master of the English language. They accommodated every request expediently and with a smile. She (I wish I could remember her name) went out of her way to ensure we understood the bus schedule and could get to the bus stop. When we needed a taxi, they appeared within minutes. The breakfast buffet was to die for and I loved the fresh coffee machine. I would love to stay here again!

Great arrival with friendly and helpful reception staff. Sea view room with balcony exceeded expectations, the gentle sound of the waves crashing in the beach was heavenly. Amazing shower, like a vertical jacuzzi so powerful with multiple jets. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and evening meals, ok maybe not Egon Ronny but a wide selection which changes each evening - we loved it! Easy walk along the harbour to the botanical gardens up on the cliff, well recommended. We loved Blanes, even though it was a bit wet

We had a pleasant check in but then reported ( to a different front desk staff) that our a/c was not blowing cold air. She offered no help or alternative room. After a hot and uncomfortable night we had to check out a day early which was no refundable because of the hot conditions in our room and the front desk showed no concern and offered no solution or alternative ( though the hotel was not fully booked). Very poor customer service.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 205 vista mare. La struttura è molto bella e il personale gentilissimo.Per quanto riguarda il ristorante avevamo la formula della mezza pensione con buffet che offriva ampia scelta. Da italiani consigliamo moltissimo di assaggiare le lasagne che erano speciali ( eravamo un pó scettici all’inizio. Per chi viene fuori stagione dal 15 settembre ci sono i parcheggi gratuiti nei di torni e risulta molto comodo se avete una macchina a noleggio. Gli unici difetti che abbiamo trovato sono un pó di polvere sotto il letto e la sedia del terrazzo un pó rotta. Super consigliato

Överlag bra. Praktiskt med närheten till havet och möjlighet att hyra parasoll och solstolar. Vi hade betalat för halvpension, men efter fyra dagar beslutade vi att inte äta på hotellet för varmrätten inte var bra. Personalen i restaurangen var dessutom väldigt stressad/sur och man hann knappt äta färdigt förrän de var och tog bort tallriken. Personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand. Zimmer war für 3 Personen top! Drittes Bett für den Sohn war etwas separiert. Das fanden wir toll. Leider lag das Zimmer zum Innenhof. Hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Dafür war das Abendessen am ersten Abend als Buffet wirklich sehr gut und günstig! Zweiter Abend al al Carte war auch vollkommen OK: Frühstück war vielfälltig und sehr gut! Sogar kostenlosen Sekt konnte man sich holen! Toll! Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This beachfront hotel was our stop after a long, hilly bike ride from Palafrugell. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for two tired cycle tourists. Note, they are pretty much the only restaurant open in the area during November for dinner. Much to our surprise. The buffet on offer was good with lots of variety to choose from. The same goes for breakfast buffet, which was delicious fuel for our ride to Barcelona. Kudos to the two waitstaff who were working hard keeping up with the many people dinning there. The other note, there is room in the little luggage storage for bikes, but you have to carry your bikes up the outdoor stairs to the lobby.

Fantastic hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!!! Location perfect. Room very comfortable, definitely recommend.

The hotel is beachfront which is great. Simply cross the street and jump in the ocean! The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen at a hotel and actually approaches cruise ship level bases on variety and quality. Don't miss out. Walk left toward the marina for vendors and street food or right if you are looking for other bar/restaurant options. Enclosed garage car parking is available a few short blocks away for an extra fee if you need it. Great place...stay here if you get the chance, and visit the nearby Cuba Cafe for an authentic experience!!

Excellent location on the sea front at Blanes. Lovely hotel, we had a twin bedded sea view with balcony. the room was very clean and the housekeeping were very accommodating. This is our first time since the hotel has been taken over. It was still an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, thought some of the restaurant staff in the morning could be a bit more helpful ! did not use the onsite indoor pool on this occassion. The wifi was good.

The hotel did an excellent breakfast and is in a great location. The staff were good particularly the hard workers taking care of the busy breakfast bar. However the hotel rooms and hallways were tired and in need of care and the beds were hard.
