It is a nice economy Hotel. The staff are super nice, always willing to help. It made the environment feel cozy. Free breakfast and what I love the most is that if you had an early trip before breakfast, you can ask the night before to prepare you breakfast and they will have a breakfast bag for you. Around. the hotel a lot of little places to sit and relax. Really enjoyed my stay.

The people at the counter are very nice. They pack you a lunch if you are going to leave on a trip very early in the morning which is really helpful due to most trips starting around 4 am. Coca tea is available for the guests, a genuine lifesaver if you get altitude sickness.

Loved everything about this hotel, from the warm and friendly staff, lovely interior, the cozy rooms, walking distance to all city attractions, to the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for making our first day and night in Peru very memorable .

The room was just what we needed for our family of 4 - comfortable clean beds and enough space. The grounds were very cozy and the breakfast amazing. They let us hang out on their lovely grounds while we waited for our taxi to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was adorable and convenient to the entire historic district! The patio and breakfast room were wonderful areas, and the rooms felt cozy. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful whenever needed, including booking tours, reserving taxis, and storing luggage. They also offered breakfast to-go boxes for early departures, and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

한국사람들 집중~! 쿠스코 숙소 무조건 여기입니다 - 엄청 친절함 - 난방이 히터 아니고 라지에이터 (와츠앱으로 켜달라고 해야하고 바로바로 켜줌) - 샤워기가 고정형 아니고 한국 샤워기임ㅠㅠ (느낌 알져? 완전 좋음ㅠㅠ) - 뜨거운물 팡팡 나오고 수압 엄청 좋음!!! 속이 다 시원함~~!!! (뜨거운물은 켜놓고 한 3~5분 있어야 나옴) - 광장이랑 가까워서 위치 아주 좋음. 스벅 바로 근처. - 숙소 바로 앞에 홈마트<<정도 크기의 마트 있어서 정찰제+눈치 안보고 카드 사용 가능함. 은근히 장보는 스트레스 있는데 완전 좋음. 그리고 여기에 한국 라면, 컵라면 종류별로 팔아요~~~!! - 1층 공용공간에 커피, 티 항상 준비되어있어서 뜨거운물 원할때 떠먹을 수 있음! << 마트에서 사온 컵라면 원할때마다 편하게 먹었어요ㅠㅠㅠ - 체크아웃 후 짐 무료로 맡아주고, 맡길때 텍 해서 짐에 부착하고, 확인증 줘서 찾을때 보여주면 대조해서 찾아줌. 체계적이고 믿음직했음. +전반적인 숙소 컨디션은 페루 3성 이하 숙소 그정도이니 호~~~텔!! 그런 느낌 원하시면 패스하셔야 할듯 하나, 전반적으로 가성비 짱입니다!!

Pontos positivos: localização. Pontos negativos: no quarto não havia frigobar e nem armários. O hotel todo era feito de madeira e, sempre que alguém andava em qualquer parte, se escutava o barulho. As portas dos quartos fechavam com dificuldade, então o tempo todo também se ouvia portas batendo. As pessoas falavam muito alto, tarde da noite, nas áreas de convivência e o hotel se recusava a pedir silêncio. O chuveiro só aquecia de vez em quando. O mesmo para o aquecedor do quarto, que sequer tínhamos o controle. A recepção que ligava com um único controle (as vezes estávamos de pijama dentro do quarto e tínhamos que receber os funcionários para ligar o aquecedor). As vezes o aquecedor desligava sozinho no meio da madrugada e também fazia estrondos. O wifi caía toda hora. Vários dias, após a limpeza, a porta do meu quarto foi deixada destrancada e a janela ABERTA, com a minha mochila exposta a quem passasse. Mesmo reportando o problema, a situação se repetiu. Por último, o café da manhã acabava muito rápido e poucas coisas eram repostas.

This was a functionally good hotel for us. We needed a clean, safe, and convenient place to sleep and shower. This hotel did just that. The free breakfast was more than expected and the staff was very friendly. The wifi was weak and I had to stand in the courtyard to get any service. It is not a fancy place, but it is functional.

Second time staying here and will definitely return!! Great rooms, this time stayed in a single room with my husband. Last time we stayed in a room with three or four beds. Both were great! The price range is great!! Extremely clean! Great location, about 6 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. The food for breakfast is perfect. It’s buffet style, fresh bread, eggs, potatoes, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee, tea. Can’t ask for more!! The staff is always friendly and professional. Can’t wait to return!

夕方遅い到着、朝早い出発。短いクスコ滞在中、アルマス広場観光をしたく近くのホテルを探しました。 こちらは中庭が可愛いので選びました。 スタッフは皆とても親切でした。でも、ホテルはかつて泊まったことない不衛生なホテルで本当にガッカリです。カビ、ダストアレルギーの子供はすぐ症状が出てしまった。部屋は臭い、バスルームは短い髪の毛がたくさん落ちて、カビも多く、タオルは臭くて黄ばんでいた。お湯はシャンプー途中で出なくなり、しばらく待つとまた使えるように。泡々で焦りました。バスルームは段差があり滑りそうになりました。 ベッドリネンは替えていなく、ブランケットをめくると誰かが寝た形跡があり、ゴミと髪の毛が。 棚にバッグを置くとバッグの底が真っ白に。 先ずは部屋掃除をするはめに。 インターネットは繋がらず。 良かった点はロケーション、静か、コンセントが多い、スタッフが親切。 清潔であれば、次回もここに泊まりたいですが。。

Very kind staff and excellent location. Great breakfast. This is an old building with a central courtyard. Rooms are not sound proof so bring your earplugs. We stayed 2 different times and some mattresses were great, others not so much. For the price, it was worth it.

Nos deixaram guardar nossas bagagens antes do nosso check-in, minha filha passou mal e foram excepcionais em nos ajudar a buscar ajuda. Pontos a melhorar: qualidade do café da manhã, o Box do meu quarto estava quebrado e a cada banho meu banheiro ficava todo molhado.

Support staff was superb. they were very flexible. we needed to drop luggage for a day. couple of times and need to repack later after our tours ended. they packed us bf for our 4am trip. helped to warm food at 3am etc. Location is good. the only issue is rooms are pretty small and loosely built. we can hear lot of noise.

Great location and staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the soundproofing was non existant and you could hear everyone around you. As long as people are considerate, its fine.

Dry nice hotel. Ed’s were superb. Shower doors were terrible. Almost fell through one side of it. tv buffered a lot. Very friendly staff once there. Wonder how room temperature is Peru Ian winter. I would return there again for the comfort and excellent location. Bottle of wine in room on arrival was a nice touch although son’s room did not have that. Breakfast room with Jews was awesome. Limited choices but adequate. Fresh squeezed orange juice was wonderful.

Me agrado el lugar, las instalaciones y la atención de cada empleado del lugar. Lo único que no me gustó es que al ser un edificio de madera, se escucha todo lo que sucede, cuando alguien sale del cuarto, etc. deberían de ver una opción con material aislante.

The people at the counter are very nice. They pack you a lunch if you are going to leave on a trip very early in the morning which is really helpful due to most trips starting around 4 am. Coca tea is available for the guests, a genuine lifesaver if you get altitude sickness.

We had a great experience overall! They were very attentive. Perfect location right next to Plaza mayor. The front desk stafff was always helpfull and informative. If you go on early tours be sure to tell them to pack you a to go breakfast it was great!

This hotel was adorable and convenient to the entire historic district! The patio and breakfast room were wonderful areas, and the rooms felt cozy. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful whenever needed, including booking tours, reserving taxis, and storing luggage. They also offered breakfast to-go boxes for early departures, and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

Conveniently located close to the Plaza de Armas. Rooms could use some improvement. Very cute and cozy Hotel. One of the members in our party fell ill. The staff was amazing, not only did they provided us with Oxygen, they arranged for an ambulance service. Thank fully after a very well established protocol in the Clinic, We were able to board our train to Machu Picchu on time, the staff prepared for us breakfasts to go. Thank you so much, La Posada de el Viajero! We hope to see you again and enjoy more of your hotel ( minus the Soroche) - Beautiful Cusco.

I was impressed with the kindness and cordiality of the staff , especially with Kenia and Suly. They helped and guided me with the different tour packages. La Posada del Viajero was the perfect place to stay in Cuzco for my family. It is very close to the Main Plaza and the rooms are a good size for a family of four.They offer breakfast and it was a good variety 😀 .

This was a functionally good hotel for us. We needed a clean, safe, and convenient place to sleep and shower. This hotel did just that. The free breakfast was more than expected and the staff was very friendly. The wifi was weak and I had to stand in the courtyard to get any service. It is not a fancy place, but it is functional.

Second time staying here and will definitely return!! Great rooms, this time stayed in a single room with my husband. Last time we stayed in a room with three or four beds. Both were great! The price range is great!! Extremely clean! Great location, about 6 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. The food for breakfast is perfect. It’s buffet style, fresh bread, eggs, potatoes, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee, tea. Can’t ask for more!! The staff is always friendly and professional. Can’t wait to return!

The room was just what we needed for our family of 4 - comfortable clean beds and enough space. The grounds were very cozy and the breakfast amazing. They let us hang out on their lovely grounds while we waited for our taxi to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are pretty modern but maintain artistic environment. It provides by both cool and hot drinking water in the lobby and oxygen for any emergency usage. The included breakfast is 4-star level. The location of the hotel is also excerlent with the hotel located street having many decent restaurants and near plaza de armas (6min walk).

A great hotel with the kind and helpful staff - shout out to Sully for being so lovely. They stored our bags after an early arrival following a night bus and allowed us to store them again overnight for our trip to the Sacred Valley. The hotel itself is very well maintained, rooms are well decorated and breakfast is great and served up high with a great view of Cusco. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While we did miss having air conditioning—or even a fan—the overall stay was very pleasant. Since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us, which was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, making it easy to explore the area. We were also welcomed with a thoughtful welcome pack, which was a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
