Advertised as free breakfast, was none, no ice machine, had to ask for extra towel and toilet paper. I guess you get what you pay for. No wifi password offered even when asked.

FRont entrance outdoors and leading to lobby was uninviting, dingy. Glass door were dirty, with no accreditation. PLace looked closed. Attendant at front desk offered no greetings, lobby was dark. No extra services were offered (no pool, no breakfast) Lacked brand name recognition. Room was adequate but smelled old . New ownership need to up their game promptly.

The pool was ice. Cold couldn’t even go into it. There was no plug to plug in my sleep machine so I had a horrible sleep bed or uncomfy Dog. It was way too far to plug it in for the price you pay for it. I guess it’s OK other than that.

When I opened the sheets to the bed there were stains in the blankets. The room was dirty. When I tried to go to the front desk to get a clean sheet, the door was blocked with a piece of wood. Couldn’t find any staff. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Horrible experience. I would appreciate my money back for the horrible experience.

The room was absolutely disgusting rotten chicken under the bed, luggiese on the wall, a dirty needle with blood in the drawer beside the bed bodily fluids and poop on the sheets, bathtub not cleaned and behind the dresser ... dont even get me started about behind the dresser. The desk guy could barely understand anything i was saying to him and refused a refund so we went to someone higher then the hotel and managed to get the refund

The place is really terrible. I came for check and the front desk confused me. Cause of smoking room. And when im inside the room. Its too cold. The heater is not working properly. Been almost one hr still cold and the room is really dirty. I have all the pictures of like food dog and lots of dust. The microwave inside is really terrible! I can send all the pictures and video how this hotel is really dirty and old!

First off, the hotel appears abandoned. I parked, walked in and stood in the lobby probably 20 minutes before someone came. I even wondered down to look at the pool and came back before anyone was at the desk. The carpet in the stairwell actually looks and smells like someone urinated on it. The room was dark and freezing cold, one of the lamps is burnt out. The only reason it isn’t a 1 star is because it was quiet (mostly)

Property was dated. The checkin girl was helpful and friendly. First room we booked , checkin told us it was a smoking room. Huh, I didn’t think they were even still available. So she moved us from a King to 2 double beds and said she’d honour the price?? The room was supposed to have AC. It didn’t even turn on. Went down to front desk bcz phone in room didn’t work. Moved to room on 2nd floor. She said it had AC, it did not. We were hot all night! Not a great sleep. It was a bed and that’s what we needed. We were in town for a Convention so checkin late and check out early. From the outside it looked sketchy. Don’t think we would stay there again.

The sraff was awesome, unfortunately the air-conditioner was not working the window had no screen. The mirrors were smudged. And the bathroom could use a complete overhaul.

This was officially the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel... i thought i was booking a room in a hotel, not a motel. The room was dirty. Bed spread had cigarette burns. There was no hot water either. Seriously...no hot water. AND NO HEAT! The room never got over 16 degrees with the heat maxed. My son and i froze. I had to grab wool blankets from my car.The door lock was broken,and the phone to call the front would not work. When i complainted, the front attendent shrugged his shoulder and said oh sorry. If i wanted to camp i wouldnt pay $100 a night. They didnt comp the night. Or even a discount. I strongly recommend against this hotel under any circumstances.

It shouldn’t be called a hotel, the place looks sketchy as you approach and looks like it’s serving as low income shelter. The pictures on the internet are misleading. The rooms are very dated and the beddings have burn holes in them as well.

There’s a bunch of cameras at the front desk right when you walk in, the front desk staff took about 15 minutes to get me checked in, there was no one else in there. The bathroom was rather gross and it was all very very dated. Overall, a bad experience and would not go back

I needed a cheap place to stay as I was playing at the Legion. I needed a bed and a bath close to there. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were hard and scratchy and the covers were in need of a wash. The bath was quite old and yellowed with stains but the water was hot and that was all that mattered. Had just gotten to sleep when someone came knocking on the door next door at around 2am saying what I thought was "Room Service" I couldn't tell if it was my room or the one next door as the walls were thin and I could hear lots of noise from the room next door. I had to get up and discovered it was for the room next door. all in all I got some sleep and a bath after my show and the price was on par with my expectations.

FRont entrance outdoors and leading to lobby was uninviting, dingy. Glass door were dirty, with no accreditation. PLace looked closed. Attendant at front desk offered no greetings, lobby was dark. No extra services were offered (no pool, no breakfast) Lacked brand name recognition. Room was adequate but smelled old . New ownership need to up their game promptly.

This place needs to be condemned. What a disaster. Everything stinks, it’s falling apart and it is dirty. We were not able to stay the whole night. We did not feel safe.

The hotel is very run down and dirty, the covers on the beds had white stains (don't ask me) I just removed them, The place smells. The pool is not working (not heated) it had green stuff in the bottom so I do not think they maintain that either, no ice machine but I did not venture the corridors filled with graffiti. The tub and the washroom need maintenance at least five years ago, stains and cigarette burns are everywhere. It took me several tries to get how to open the door with the card because the door sticks and the reader is old, it needs a lot if maintenance. If you want queen beds your room will end up in the part of the the motel area where the druggies lurk so do not come out when it is dark specially if you did not practice dealing with the door and the card during the times where there was sunlight The checkout took about 45 minutes as the guy at reception could not figure out the return of the deposit and he did not believe I used the card cause I checked in with a different employee. but if you want the zombie Apocalypse experience (if such event happened in the year 2000) and want to experience using looking at a yellow phone (old plastic) and Microwave from that era, sure go ahead, be sure to use the extra latch at your door as Zombies are attracted to the light and they check if the door is not locked for you and they do check your car as well. I really do not know when did they take those pictures to show on the hotesl.com website.

My bathroom at home was way nicer than the bathroom. In the room. There was no ice and no complimentary breakfast. The microwave couldn't be plugged in because the cord didn't reach the plug. There was no air conditioning. And the fridge was so loud you had to turn up the t v to hear it. But on a good note, the t v worked well
