Stayed for one night. Single mother with two kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds and shower great. Had trouble connecting to wifi resulting in a tantrum. Parking was narrow but ok. Pool was fantastic. Kids loved playground with trampoline. Would stay again.

We are very disappointed with our stay, as the room did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. The bathroom door was broken, there were no curtains on the window, the TV remote was not working, and the microwave was faulty. There were no instructions provided on how to open the gate, and the swimming pool had no hot water. Additionally, we noticed insects, including what appeared to be a cockroach. Overall, we do not recommend this place. The price we paid was not justified by the condition of the accommodation.

Looks old holiday park as it has very old inbuilt radio which dont work.very old portable oven which took ages to warm. Rooms are quite small.But i guess you getting what you paid.staff is friendly and welcoming.Got swimming pool, which they said heated but not. Got small park for children.

Fairly basic but clean and comfortable the pool area is beautiful. BBQ\Camp kitchen was lovely and clean. Easy booking and check in and check out.

Playground and BBQ area was good. Room was dirty (edges, corners and behind doors - even my kids noticed) and noisy, oven made strange sounds overnight and radio on headboard also made sounds from 3:30am for an hour and stopped. No buttons or dials would fix it. Poor night’s sleep.

Horrible tbh , when booking a place you want it to be clean , unfortunately this wasn’t the case . Used soap in the shower from someone else prior to us . Bandaid on the floor and on the door. Dirt throughout the whole cabin. Deaf cockroach on the lounge. This place was horrible. Never again

Thank you for having us stay for two nights. We loved visiting canberra but I do think the pictures of the room we booked did not match what we stayed in. The room was very dated and we could feel the beds springs. When we checked in there was hair on the floor and walls and my daughters knees were dirty after crawling around the room when we first arrived indicating not very clean floors which is not ideal when you are staying with an infant.It was a great and easy check in and check out system and a lovely man from the office called me to be sure we had our code and knew how to access our rooms after the office closed, which I really appreciated.

The location is quite, near the shops. Small nice place. Perfect for small family to stay overnight after snowy trip. Only disappointment, we needed to heat up some food and the microwave was left very dirty with splattered meat all over, we ended up cleaning it so we can use it.

I would not recommend staying at this accommodation. The only positive about it was self check in was easy. Where do I begin on the negatives?? 1. The most disgusting and dirty thing about this accommodation was finding a dirty/used sanitary pad in the bathroom bin! Absolutely disgusting!!!! 2. Floors were very wet with only puddles in the living areas. To me it looked like the cabin had just been mopped with a very wet mop. 3. Lounge was ripped with stuffing coming out. 4. Very cold inside with no additional bedding. I understand it is Canberra and winter temps are to be expected. However, additional bedding would have been nice. 5. No hot water. As in no water coming out of the taps. Was unable to shower my children. 6. House keeping staff could be heard swearing. For example, calling other staff members f##king lazy.

Cabin was clean, tidy and modern. Quite roomy for 2 people. Easy check-in and checkout. The only problems that we encountered were that the cabin isn’t level, so the shower door opens after it’s been closed, Also, our tv wasn’t tuned in to any channels at all, so couldn’t use it. (New remote wouldnt go astray either)

Cons: Cold, need a blanket for main bed not just the bunks, staining on pillows, aircon didn't keep the place warm enough especially without enough blankets. Pro: Close to many shops and restaurants.

The property was very budget friendly. The night manager was very nice and quick to help. The showers were nice and warm and the room was warm to. The only down side was the bunk beds. They would probably be ok for little children but for two adults were quite uncomfortable.

Easy contactless checkin, cabin was basic but comfortable enough, hard wood kitchen chairs meant you had to sit on bed to watch tv comfortably. Some of the windows didn’t lock so didn't feel comfortable leaving valuables unattended.

very nice chalet. very clean, very quiet, good shower. About 20 minutes drive to Canberra centre where there are many car parks. The chalet was not quite level, but not a real issue. Reception and staff friendly. I would stay again.

Initially was unable to gain access to the property. No access code was sent through via email or SMS message. To make matters worse there was a written apology for this in the email we received but no explanation on how to make contact with reception. After ringing a phone number listed on the email booking confirmation correspondence the message said that we were calling after hours and to call back during business hours. A second option on the phoner menu was given to press the number 2 if there was an emergency which we did and the message instructed us to hang up and ring triple 0 . After trying all options available on the phone menu on about the 3rd attempt the phone diverted after the instruction to ring triple 0 and someone was able to help us by releasing the key to our room remotely in the key dispenser. All in all this was a very difficult and stressful scenario which we found most unsatisfactory.

A good location. Our stay was spoiled by the amount of interference by painting contractors working on neighbouring cabins and walking in and and moving equipment through and on our site from 7am. They were working on our site from 7am today and we checked out at 9am.This disrupted our privacy and we had to close all blinds.it wasn't a pleasant experience as we seemed to be surrounded by tradespeople. The txt prior to arrival was 20mins late so it would have been impossible to check in at the advertised 2pm. The check-in process is impersonal and complex. On a positive note the cabin was adequately comfortable.and clean.

The communication from staff on check in day was all via text with very clear instructions, made it so easy. The villa was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. Amazing place to stay with kids, the playground and pool were on the small side but super convenient to have at your doorstep. Amazing location, close to everything you could possibly need and only half an hour from the many attractions in Canberra.

For thebprice this was a very nice place...we stayed in a bungalow studio type chalet with small kitchette with cooking. Beds were and comfortable and the bunk beds decent as well. Would stay here again A bit out of the way but worked for us.

very nice chalet. very clean, very quiet, good shower. About 20 minutes drive to Canberra centre where there are many car parks. The chalet was not quite level, but not a real issue. Reception and staff friendly. I would stay again.

Again I thank the staff for their friendly, professional manner. This was our second visit and will certainly stay here again, should the need arise. Crestview is an excellent budget accommodation for a short or long stay and is well situated to Queanbeyan and Canberra.

Although the 2 bedroom cabin was on the small size it was ideal for my wife and I and our adult daughter for the night. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The location is excellent, being quiet and only a short drive to Queanbeyan shopping centre. A great place stay for a night or a longer holiday with good facilities for children.

Unfortunately the cabin stank of body odour when we arrived. We tried to air it out but it still smelt very bad. It made it uncomfortable to be in let alone sleep in. The cabin was run down. The mattress was old, we could feel the springs in it. It was just uncomfortable to be there.

I’ve stayed at other places that are okay I was quite surprised to find the deal with a fantastic price. I found the cabin quiet, everything I needed proper stove &oven , full sized fridge, staff were just lovely, it was really nice also its location easy access to Queanbeyan and Canberra . Highly Recommended
