Hotel Barão Ribeirão General Terms and Policies
– For the safety and privacy of our guests, we do not receive people who are not staying. The hotel's facilities, such as the bathroom and shower, are for the exclusive use of our guests.
CHILD POLICIES:
Unfortunately, we do not host children under 12 years of age, as we do not have an adequate structure for them. For accommodation of children over 12 years old, it is necessary to inform at the time of booking. Otherwise, for both situations, the reservation will be canceled at check-in, without refunding the advance.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE SUITES
01. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate.
02. The Hotel does not accept animals.
04. Access to the apartments is restricted, solely and exclusively, to registered guests.
05. Maximum silence is requested after 10:00 pm.
06. The external areas have emergency lamps, in case of power failure, they turn on automatically.
07. The Hotel is not responsible for the reimbursement of objects lost or misplaced on its premises.
08. The key must be delivered to reception whenever you leave, as if you lose the apartment key, you will be charged R$ 50.00.
2- ACCOMMODATION
01. The service of cleaning and tidying the apartment will be done from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
02. Clothes for laundry service, when delivered for washing, must be accompanied by a signed sheet and inside the bag identified with the name of the apartment. Personal laundry is charged separately.
04. Any damage caused by the guest to objects, furniture or fixtures in the hotel must be compensated.
05. Clothes or other objects forgotten in the apartment will be kept for a period of 90 (ninety) days, after this period the hotel reserves the right to give you the destination it deems convenient.
07. Guests are asked to notify the Reception of their departure, 20 minutes in advance to close the account and check the apartment. We suggest that guests checking out early in the morning close their account the day before. Check-out is at noon (12:00 noon), if you want to stay in the apartment after this time (late check-out) you should check availability at Reception at least 24 hours in advance.
08. For reasons of security and privacy of our guests, we do not receive people who are not staying.
09. The Management, in the effort to always serve guests well, requests that any complaints and/or suggestions be forwarded to it.
10. The electrical voltage is 110V.
3- CHILDREN
01. For safety reasons and having its structure composed of balconies, staircases, parapets, among others, Hotel Barão Ribeirão advises parents/guardians to always keep children over 12 years old under their supervision and care.
02. The Hotel is not responsible for accidents that they may suffer due to lack of attention or vigilance from parents/guardians.
03. For infants and children under 12 years of age, the hotel does not have suitable structures and for this reason, we do not receive.
Política y condiciones del Hotel Barao Ribeirao:
Política de cancelación: 48 h antes de la llegada. En caso de cancelación tardía o No Show, se te cobrará la primera noche de tu estancia.
Check in de 14:00 a 17:00.
Check out de 00:00 a 11:00.
Pago a la llegada en efectivo, tarjetas de crédito o tarjetas de débito.
Impuestos incluidos.
Desayuno no incluido.
General:
– Para la seguridad y privacidad de nuestros huéspedes, no recibimos a personas que no se estén alojando. Las instalaciones del hotel, como el baño y la ducha, son para uso exclusivo de nuestros huéspedes.
POLÍTICAS PARA NIÑOS:
Lamentablemente, no alojamos niños menores de 12 años, ya que no disponemos de una estructura adecuada para ellos. Para el alojamiento de niños mayores de 12 años, es necesario informar en el momento de la reserva. De lo contrario, en ambos casos, la reserva será cancelada al realizar el check-in, sin reembolso del anticipo.
REGLAMENTO INTERNO DE LAS SUITES
01. El desayuno no está incluido en la tarifa diaria.
02. El Hotel no acepta animales.
04. El acceso a los apartamentos está restringido, única y exclusivamente, a los huéspedes registrados.
05. Se solicita el máximo silencio después de las 22:00.
06. Las áreas externas tienen lámparas de emergencia que, en caso de fallo eléctrico, se encienden automáticamente.
07. El Hotel no se hace responsable del reembolso de objetos perdidos o extraviados en sus instalaciones.
08. La llave debe entregarse en recepción cada vez que salgas, ya que si pierdes la llave del apartamento, se te cobrarán R$ 50.00.
2- ALOJAMIENTO
01. El servicio de limpieza y orden del apartamento se realizará de 07:30 a 15:30.
02. La ropa para el servicio de lavandería, cuando se entregue para lavar, debe ir acompañada de una hoja firmada y dentro de la bolsa identificada con el nombre del apartamento. La lavandería personal se cobra por separado.
04. Cualquier daño causado por el huésped a objetos, muebles o accesorios en el hotel deberá ser compensado.
05. La ropa u otros objetos olvidados en el apartamento se guardarán durante un período de 90 (noventa) días; tras este período, el hotel se reserva el derecho de darles el destino que considere conveniente.
07. Se pide a los huéspedes que notifiquen su salida a la Recepción con 20 minutos de antelación para cerrar la cuenta y revisar el apartamento. Sugerimos que los huéspedes que realicen el check-out temprano por la mañana cierren su cuenta el día anterior. El check-out es al mediodía (12:00 noon); si quieres quedarte en el apartamento después de esta hora (late check-out), debes consultar la disponibilidad en Recepción con al menos 24 horas de antelación.
08. Por razones de seguridad y privacidad de nuestros huéspedes, no recibimos a personas que no se estén alojando.
09. La Gerencia, en el esfuerzo de servir siempre bien a los huéspedes, solicita que cualquier queja y/o sugerencia le sea comunicada.
10. El voltaje eléctrico es de 110V.
3- NIÑOS
01. Por razones de seguridad y debido a que su estructura está compuesta por balcones, escaleras, parapetos, entre otros, el Hotel Barão Ribeirão aconseja a los padres/tutores mantener siempre a los niños mayores de 12 años bajo su supervisión y cuidado.
02. El Hotel no se hace responsable de los accidentes que puedan sufrir debido a la falta de atención o vigilancia de los padres/tutores.
03. Para bebés y niños menores de 12 años, el hotel no dispone de estructuras adecuadas y, por este motivo, no los recibimos.
