Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The beach and pool are gorgeous and you can’t beat the hotel’s setting. Rooms are great - super clean and comfortable. Service is top notch. Only feedback is the food was hit or miss.

トルコ滞在3週間で最高のリゾートホテルでした。1泊しか泊まらなかったのが残念でした。スタッフが皆笑顔で親切です。プライベートビーチやプールは狭めですが、充分です。ルームサービスも早くてとても美味しかったです。

Casa Nonna is a beautiful resort that sits on a private beach a little outside of the main town. We stayed at the junior suite in which the king-size bed faced the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the beautiful Aegean sea. The balcony was a nice touch with a table and chairs to relax after a long day. The staff were very co-operative and we really liked the complimentary breakfast which surpassed all our expectations. There was a bar and lounge area for guests creating a place to have fun before going out into town. Overall, the quiet and peace of the resort, really created a beautiful space for relaxing and unwinding.

Amazing. Expansive sea views, direct access to a secluded private beach, ample cabanas and services, nicest staff capable of well spoken English . The food options were a bit limited as there was only one menu, but the chef was willing to accommodate special orders.

Where do I start? Starting from checkin to checkout everything was beyond perfect. Buse and Hediya at reception greeted us with their beautiful smile, Buse escorted us and showed us the property and our junior suite, she took my WhatsApp number and booked our dinner, and contacted me with everything we needed via WhatsApp, She even placed bottles of water in our car when we left ( can not be classier than that). All rooms are ocean view, our suite was clean, bright, comfy bed, great quality bedsheets, and the open view was breathtaking, they had fruits , and chocolates for us. The smell of the Jasmin plants all over the hotel and balcony. Infinite pool facing the clear water into small exclusive beach, extended pier with cabanas on water they set it up for you, the delicious Turkish breakfast was served to you in their beautiful cosy classy restaurant, the towels were all rolled and in this boho style baskets next to you, very stylish furniture and decorations! Makes this boutique classy hotel stunning. Valet parking, Total personal touch, total class, total top notch in everything. 10 min drive from Marina and action, Super happy that I read the good reviews and booked it. For sure we are coming back. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in turkey. Worth the money, staff is amazing and kind. Everything is clean and quiet. Had real vacation didn’t wanted to leave the hotel because it was that beautiful a little heaven i call it.

How is Casa Nonna is a 5 star hotel? Our experience was anything but. When we arrived, they gave us handicap room when we did not request or need it. This would have been fine if this were the only room left but it wasn't. We looked online and there were several rooms of our same type still available. Only after we brought this to their attention did they move us to another room. Neither the original or new room was well cleaned as there was hair everywhere. They also did not clean our rooms for a couple days even though we did not have a sign on the door. We met a couple during our stay and they said the same thing. There was no iron in the room so we asked the front desk for one and they said they would bring one to our room shortly. 30 min go by so we call again and they said they will bring it soon. Another 30 min go by, we call again, and they finally tell us that all of the irons are being used by other guests and we have to wait until they’re done. Why they didn’t just tell us this in the first place or why a big hotel has a couple of irons is beyond me. At check out, we were charged for several meals that we did not order. Be sure to check your final bill! Despite the extra charges, Hediye (one of the receptionists) was very helpful and committed to helping us remove the charges. Besides Heidye and the incredibly kind restaurant staff, everything was subpar. I DO NOT recommend staying here if you appreciate basic customer service and cleanliness.

Casa Nonna was an exceptional place to stay. All of the staffs went above and beyond to assist you whilst we were staying at the hotel. Room cleanliness was at top standard too, and provided fresh towels, and soaps, water etc daily. Lastly, I want to say a big thank you to the receptionists (Gershik, Gökhan and Sidar - apologies if names were incorrectly spelt) they gave us constant updates and helped us throughout our stay. Even provided us with cables which allowed me to connect to the tv. Thank you all, will be back soon ☺️.

Casa Nonna is an absolute gem. Everything was perfect. It is the perfect seaside boutique hotel; small, intimate, perfect decor, stunning views. The staff were all lovely, the service was impeccable. It is a little out of the way, so if you want to be out and about its not the ideal location - however, if you are looking to disconnect completely, there is no better place.

Loved the very spacious luxury suite and the service provided by the reception personnel. Location is nice but some of the areas you have to drive through to get there are a bit dodgy. Also , music was very loud during the day on the beach.

Our stay at Casa Nonna was truly wonderful. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—we never got tired of taking it in. The room itself was spacious, and as a family of three, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and uncrowded it felt. The amenities were fantastic, both in the common areas and in our room. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, including assisting with getting taxis. At first, we were a bit concerned about getting around Bodrum without a car, but we quickly realized that it wasn't an issue at all. There were plenty of taxis both in the city center and near the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

At first, we were a bit concerned about getting around Bodrum without a car, but we quickly realized that it wasn't an issue at all. There were plenty of taxis both in the city center and near the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

Casa Nonna is a beautiful resort that sits on a private beach a little outside of the main town. We stayed at the junior suite in which the king-size bed faced the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the beautiful Aegean sea. The balcony was a nice touch with a table and chairs to relax after a long day. The staff were very co-operative and we really liked the complimentary breakfast which surpassed all our expectations. There was a bar and lounge area for guests creating a place to have fun before going out into town. Overall, the quiet and peace of the resort, really created a beautiful space for relaxing and unwinding.

Where do I start? Starting from checkin to checkout everything was beyond perfect. Buse and Hediya at reception greeted us with their beautiful smile, Buse escorted us and showed us the property and our junior suite, she took my WhatsApp number and booked our dinner, and contacted me with everything we needed via WhatsApp, She even placed bottles of water in our car when we left ( can not be classier than that). All rooms are ocean view, our suite was clean, bright, comfy bed, great quality bedsheets, and the open view was breathtaking, they had fruits , and chocolates for us. The smell of the Jasmin plants all over the hotel and balcony. Infinite pool facing the clear water into small exclusive beach, extended pier with cabanas on water they set it up for you, the delicious Turkish breakfast was served to you in their beautiful cosy classy restaurant, the towels were all rolled and in this boho style baskets next to you, very stylish furniture and decorations! Makes this boutique classy hotel stunning. Valet parking, Total personal touch, total class, total top notch in everything. 10 min drive from Marina and action, Super happy that I read the good reviews and booked it. For sure we are coming back. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Great property and location with beautiful rooms. Staff is very friendly. The only reason I don’t give the best rating is due to high prices. A cocktail is around 30 Eur plus service fee. There is no turn down service either. There is a hotel with a very loud club next door. Very high potential generally but the last mile to perfection is missing.

How is Casa Nonna is a 5 star hotel? Our experience was anything but. When we arrived, they gave us handicap room when we did not request or need it. This would have been fine if this were the only room left but it wasn't. We looked online and there were several rooms of our same type still available. Only after we brought this to their attention did they move us to another room. Neither the original or new room was well cleaned as there was hair everywhere. They also did not clean our rooms for a couple days even though we did not have a sign on the door. We met a couple during our stay and they said the same thing. There was no iron in the room so we asked the front desk for one and they said they would bring one to our room shortly. 30 min go by so we call again and they said they will bring it soon. Another 30 min go by, we call again, and they finally tell us that all of the irons are being used by other guests and we have to wait until they’re done. Why they didn’t just tell us this in the first place or why a big hotel has a couple of irons is beyond me. At check out, we were charged for several meals that we did not order. Be sure to check your final bill! Despite the extra charges, Hediye (one of the receptionists) was very helpful and committed to helping us remove the charges. Besides Heidye and the incredibly kind restaurant staff, everything was subpar. I DO NOT recommend staying here if you appreciate basic customer service and cleanliness.

Casa Nonna was an exceptional place to stay. All of the staffs went above and beyond to assist you whilst we were staying at the hotel. Room cleanliness was at top standard too, and provided fresh towels, and soaps, water etc daily. Lastly, I want to say a big thank you to the receptionists (Gershik, Gökhan and Sidar - apologies if names were incorrectly spelt) they gave us constant updates and helped us throughout our stay. Even provided us with cables which allowed me to connect to the tv. Thank you all, will be back soon ☺️.

The staff at the property were wonderful - especially the front desk reception team and the restaurant team. Being vegetarian, they took care of us so much - willing to make anything to accommodate dietary needs. The staff so knowledgeable in things to do around Bodrum and giving us helpful hints.

We stayed here in 2020 when it was still Sign by Ersan. We had one of the most fabulous experiences of our life and even got engaged there. As it stands today, the renovations are stunning, but service was absolutely lacking. There was no anticipation of our needs. No one went out of their way for us or even introduced themselves to us. If we needed anything, we had to go out and flag someone down to assist- requests as basic as can I order a drink. If we sat at the beach, we would be ignored. When we got a cabana for a day- we were not checked on once. At breakfast service was fine but after ordering and asking for the check, there was no interaction or interest from staff to engage with us and ask how our meals were. At dinner, we probably had the best service, although we still felt like we were inconveniencing staff by being there. Our best friends were the gang of cats surrounding us and pressing us for a morsel to eat. We would have spent great money here outside of our expensive room. However, no one cared to ask us or sell us or even give us a menu in any circumstance of our being there. We would’ve ordered more food while lounging by the beach, had a round of shisha, and definitely a ton more drinks if anyone could have given us their time and attention. I hate that we felt like we were intruding on other peoples grand holiday’s instead of enjoying our own. Lesson learned to not return to a place when expectations are high.

This hotel is a gem. The sea is beautiful, the water is clear and refreshing, the view from the beach and the rooms is amazing. The rooms and the facilities are in great condition. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff, who are very friendly and helpful, especially Hedyie from the front desk. She was extremely helpful when I checked in, and was very quick to help with all requests and questions that I had, her professional and friendly approach definitely made my stay at the hotel more enjoyable.

Loved the very spacious luxury suite and the service provided by the reception personnel. Location is nice but some of the areas you have to drive through to get there are a bit dodgy. Also , music was very loud during the day on the beach.

Great property and location with beautiful rooms. Staff is very friendly. The only reason I don’t give the best rating is due to high prices. A cocktail is around 30 Eur plus service fee. There is no turn down service either. There is a hotel with a very loud club next door. Very high potential generally but the last mile to perfection is missing.

Hotel tek kelimeyle mükemmel, sadece yetişkinlere ait olması sebebiyle tercih ettiğiniz bir otel oldu genel anlamda odamızla manzaramızla hiçbir sorunumuz yoktu tek sıkıntı kahvaltı da yetersizdi alakar şeklinde sunuluyor ve sunulan kahvaltıdaki yiyecekler böyle bir otel için bizce vasat daha kaliteli ürünlerin olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum böyle bir otel için. Ayrıca akşam yemeği olsun öğle yemeği olsun fiyatlar inanılmaz pahalı ilk akşam yedigimiz üç adet karides ve tavuk menüsü ayrıca bir de salata söyledik ki biz alkol kullanmıyoruz sadece soda rica ettik büyük şişe bu dört çeşit siparişimiz için gelen Adisyon 10.000 liraydı tek sıkıntımız bu fiyatların aşırı pahalı oluşuydu umarım bizden sonra gelecek olanlara bu yorumunuzun bir faydası olur, teşekkürler

Çalışanlar çok ilgili, yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Odalar tertemizdi. Odalarda günlük değil belli aralıklarda havlu değişimi yapılıyor. Şuda şöyle olsaydı diyebilceğim birşey olmadı :)

We had an amazing time at this lovely boutique hotel. It’s a small hotel with only 34 rooms, very tranquil and secluded — ideal for travellers who want to get away from the noise and simply relax. The rooms were clean and very nice, and we had a lovely little private garden. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the beach. It is absolutely fantastic — probably the best beach I have ever been to. We were very sad to leave and are already looking forward to coming back again. The staff were all very nice, kind and helpful. And breakfast at the hotel was outstanding! We rented a cabana one day during our stay and it was absolutely worth it. A couple of minor issues that perhaps the hotel could improve in the future: * The air conditioning and the fridge in the gym weren’t working at all. So, it was not convenient * The restaurant’s dinner menu is quite limited and, frankly, the food wasn’t particularly impressive. Perhaps the hotel could reconsider the menu and add some new options. We stayed for seven nights but only dined at the hotel twice — on our first night, when we were tired from the journey, and on our last night, when we didn’t want to go out before travelling. Unfortunately, both experiences were quite average. Overall, however, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. The beautiful beach, peaceful atmosphere, excellent breakfast and lovely staff made Casa Nonna a very special place for us.
