Gorgeous location, architecture and space. Food is really good and staff at the restaurant is super friendly and specifically after a few days really try to connect with you. All staff does need some more training in anticipation and hospitality, management has clearly put in too many rules wich restricts them from truly thinking how to create true memories as they want. But still highly recommended

The biggest issue during our stay was the social areas around the pool and jacuzzi. They were crowded with influencers filming content, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and stressful. We barely got to enjoy these spaces because of the disruptions and lack of privacy. Unfortunately, this really affected our overall experience. On the positive side, the hotel itself is stunning, the landscape and views are truly beautiful. It’s just a shame that the common areas, which should be relaxing, were so difficult to enjoy.

Beautiful hotel and views. Restaurant is excellent (food and service). For the prices paid, service in the rest of the hotel could be better. Prices for the day tours are abusive, which doesn’t feel right given how much guests already paid to stay in the hotel (I did many of the same day tours at the same vendors for 30% their price… hotel must be taking a huge cut).
