Nice motel. Clean an quiet. Rooms have been updated and are nice. Outside needs to be improved but the rooms are nice. It is good to see that the older motels are being restored and remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

Given the condition of the room, I thought it was very clean. However, it did need paint in most areas. The amenities were nice coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty on side. Also, the shower base gets extremely slippery when wet. I believe they need to put in some tape. I did not have much interaction with the staff. What I did have was good though.

It looks like Route 66 Inn is being renovated room by room. It is a quant motel and the rooms that have been renovated are comfortable. While they are working hard to get it back to a nice motel, it is in a part of town that at first seemed a bit Sketchy. Would I stay here again, possibly; but it will not be anytime soon. I would like to see this entire property fully renovated.

It looks like Route 66 Inn is being renovated room by room. It is a quant motel and the rooms that have been renovated are comfortable. The hotel room appeared to be clean, but upon our entry into our room, we found 2 spiders on 1 bed, and in the morning there was another one on the other bed. The refrigeration freezer tray had some grey mold and what it looked like to be a feather in it too. You can tell the renovations were not done quite well. There were huge gaps near the electrical outlet by the closet area, possibly where spiders are coming in from. The inn staff were friendly but the room was not comfortable to sleep in.

Neighborhood didn’t look so great so we were a little apprehensive but the room was nice and exceptionally clean . Very comfortable bed . Would definitely stay there again .

The room was super clean and well appointed. My only negatives were that the bed was uncomfortably firm and there needed to be a TV channel list. The TV remote would not change volume and would not pull up a channel guide, so it was impossible to find anything.

There’s no bugs. So that’s cool. It’s in ok shape. Super noisy road though. This is not a quiet area. At all. Seems safe ish. My room is behind the main building which feels more comfortable. It is what it is for the price

Not terrible for the price, but not amazing either. Smelled weird and you could hear every noise outside and from adjoining rooms, but it was clean enough and staff was friendly. Area was kind of seedy feeling.

It was a quiet and clean room. The beds were comfortable! The check in process was so quick and easy. Even gave me a map of the attractions in Amarillo to check out. Gave complimentary pin. The room was clean. Bathrooms clean. For an overnight stay it was perfect! If ever need to stay in Amarillo, will come back.

Our travel plans changed mid drive and we picked this place due to price and rating. While the area is more industrial, the complex was very clean. The gentlemen at the front desk were so nice. I asked for food recommendations and the sent us to a local Thai place. The best food there. The rooms were very clean, the beds were so com. Would definitely stay there again.

It is in an older part of town tgat is more industrial. It is close to the Big Texan which was a plus so we could check in while we waited for our table. The front desk check in was easy and efficient.. The room was cool and had huge beds with soft blankets and pillows with cool sheets. We slept amazing in these super comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again!

Yes, this is in an older part of town and on a noisy road, but our room was surprisingly quiet and very clean and comfortable and everything worked well - we appreciated the large refrigerator. The property itself is very well-kept and the rooms have been renovated but not in any overly plastic way like at a Motel 6. There was good water pressure and drainage in the shower. We're happy we've discovered this place!

Yes, this is in an older part of town and on a noisy road, but our room was surprisingly quiet and very clean and comfortable and everything worked well - we appreciated the large refrigerator. The property itself is very well-kept and the rooms have been renovated but not in any overly plastic way like at a Motel 6. There was good water pressure and drainage in the shower. We're happy we've discovered this place!

This motel is in an unsafe and unsavory neighborhood. There was a bathtub and various other debris outside our room. It appeared that some of the “guests” were actually residents. We took one look at the mold in the bathroom and left the premises.

The facility on the outside looks a little dated. But the rooms are clean. Comfortable. The towels were not scratchy and the beds were wonderful! The AC worked well and wasn't noisy and rattling like most hotels. Check in was fast easy and pleasant. While the staff is quiet and doesn't say much they are accommodating and effective. Highly recommend this hotel!
