Funtierland + The Wonderland House + Cerca de Disney + Pool + Netflix

We really enjoyed this house. The kids were excited about every room, especially the Castle Bed room. So fun! And cute! We were concerned about how many entrances to the pool there was, since we have a special needs child that adores swimming, but the pool is blocked by a locked fence and we were able to manage most of the exits. The management was easy to get a hold of and very helpful when we first arrived and couldn't enter the home. We loved the big kitchen, however the stove is a little tricky when trying to ignite the range. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house does not have a direct entrance to the garage, so wouldn't recommend locking the door in the back.

The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was great for the grandchildren and the themes in the rooms were special. All in all it helped make this trip special.

The property manager is excellent with all communication, and they respond to any needs and requests immediately. The location is so close to Disney that Ubers are a great option to not have to pay for parking! We loved having a fenced in pool so we didn't have to worry about the little ones wandering out without us knowing and falling in. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely look to stay here again, or at any of the Funtierland Properties. We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were some minor repairs that I think needs to be done but overall our stay was great. There are some tiles missing on the first step of the pool that hurt a couple of our guests and the hall toilet needed repair. We grilled steaks one night and wished that there were steak knives to use:) The kids loved all the themed rooms. It was really close to Disney which was great. Only took about 8-10 min to drive there. We would stay there again.

The property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 9 adults and 2 children. Home and property were clean, except for carpets that had some stains. Funtierland operations manager Shari let us know they were already in the process of replacing them. Home is stocked very well with bathroom and kitchen necessities. We were able to cook basics with provided pots and pans. Bonus points for Corelle dishes as the worry for breakage was minimalized. The bedrooms were good although the windows could use curtains to block out unwanted light. Neighbor's outdoor light shone brightly into the Mickey room at night. Having 3 full bathrooms was great when everyone's getting ready at the same time. Water pressure was great and we didn't run out of hot water. Three of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom had doors directly to back yard, which was convenient. There were fans available for use that came in handy for fan sleepers and to circulate the air especially in the castle room. Beds were comfortable but only 2 bedrooms with king size. Pool was clean and fenced. Above ground jacuzzi is a bit worn out, but soothed our aching muscles from long days of walking. Location and neighborhood was great. Ubers to Disneyland were approx $10. Overall our family had a great time at this property. The 2 children especially enjoyed the pool. Communication with Shari was quick. Concerns were addressed efficiently. Would definitely rent Funtierland properties again.

The house is in an excellent location for the convention center and Disney. The pool is a nice size. We purchased some floaties for the kids and that made their time a little more enjoyable (good for the adults too!) the hot tub could use some maintenance. We chose not to use it due to missing parts. The bedrooms are comfortable and big. If you stay in the garage converted castle room, you need to prop the door open for the room to get some air. Otherwise, that room is too hot. Turning on the televisions was a bit tricky. For the family room, you had to remove the back half way from the batteries and then hit on .... Turning it off was a bit more difficult. The television in the primary suite would not connect. Granted, you're probably not there to watch television, so it wasn't a big deal, but a bit inconvenient.

Very spacious, pool was great. The place is aging pool needs some tlc. Great location near disney. Theme just adds to the fun. Policies are very strict, as long as you follow them you will be good to go. Admin is super responsive and helpful.

Lights out...shades broken...remotes kind of working or not working at all because of batteries. I'd stay here again. Would encourage management to update every 6 months so it doesn't seem so run down.

Great house. Air conditioner never really kicked in, we were grateful it was a cooler week. when we arrived it was very warm and muggy. When we asked about it, we were told it should cool off after a bit now that we had it set to 70. We gave it until the evening. It was cooler outside. We set up every fan we could find and it still never cooled completely. We ended up opening windows that night to sleep. Again, super grateful the temperatures in Cali were on the low side. This company was great to work with, super easy communication! The house has comfortable beds and lots of them. There were 10 of us, mostly adults, and there were still 4 empty beds. Super clean. Great area! So quiet at night. Close to grocery store. It’s a little older, so plugs in the house are mostly 2 prong. Great pool and bbq. Every kind of appliance available. Overall a great experience.

This house was in a perfect location for nearby access to groceries, shopping, highway’s and of course Disneyland. The house did have some deficiencies that included; 1. Dishwasher was in need of repair. 2. Patio umbrella was broken, and a patio lounge was torn/ not useable. 3. Bbq had no cleaning brush. 4. A more thorough cleaning.....soiled diaper found in a bedroom. 5. Fridge door seal had to be re-installed. 6 Castle bedroom should have a portable air conditioner in it. The room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Property was clean and huge. We were a party of 10 and had a lot of extra space. The kitchen came in handy for making meals. The themed rooms made our stay more exciting for the kids. Would definitely return.

This is the perfect house for a trip to Disneyland park! The house was clean and spacious with plenty for room for kids and adults. It’s only a short 7 min drive to the parks, and the house is on a quiet neighborhood next to all the amenities you may need (groceries, coffee, etc). The property manager was super responsive and the info provided ahead of time was very helpful. We will be back!

This house is perfect for big families! There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of space. The kids loved the castle beds! It was very clean and the description matched the house. It was very close to Disneyland (not walkable, but still close!). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This home exceeded my family's expectations. We rented the home to enjoy Knott's Berry Farm and have a enjoy the pool for the 4th of July holiday. The customer service was fast and very friendly. Will be the home we rent for our Disneyland/Knott's trips!

Good location, nice house, well stocked and great communication.

I was actually very disappointed in the property. It was very very old and run down. I took pictures of the bottom of the hot tub where the drain was not attached, pictures of the back yard near the pool that was a mess.The regulatory permit was expired and because we parked in the wrong spot, i had someone call me at 10:30 PM which was 1:30 AM my time because i came form NJ. telling me to wake up whoever drives the vehicle to move it. Very Rude!!! I would never rent one of your properties again

Our family of 11 truly enjoyed our time at this house. It was only a few blocks away from where my husband’s family grew up, so the neighborhood felt like home to them. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were very close to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. The house was adorable and well taken care of. It exceeded our expectations. We hope to stay there again someday. Thank you!
