Friendly and accommodating owners/managers. Rooms are clean with a nice frigerator and kitchenette.

A full kitchenette, dishes, silverware etc. Full size refrigerator, comfortable bedroom, tables and chairs etc. Great place for a longer stay. Perfect low price for my one night just passing through. Black bear diner just up the street, grocery store very close.

The rooms were actual Studio apartments, very spacious. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, property was clean. The only issue was limited parking, difficult to park big vehicles.

Room was a lot larger than expected. It came with a full on kitchen and large bathroom vanity. Pet friendly was a plus

Close to our kids place, good dining options and grocery store nearby. Staff always friendly. Parking is a little tight for our suburban

The woman, I believe owner, was very helpful and kind. She got me ice from her home as there was not an ice machine. The room was like a studio apartment, very clean and quaint.

This place is a dump. The room was filthy and smelly. The parking is not secure. There were several people loitering around, and while advertised as pet friendly, there was nowhere to walk my dogs. We left after we checked in and paid. I will be disputing this stay with my credit card company. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. My husband is handicapped.

I think the hotel is overrated. Our room has refrigerator that keep us awake because of noise. No ice maker available in the premises.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. I requested a refund & the manager refused arguing that his rooms are clean. My 2 year old daughter & I stayed in 8A on 8-4/8-5-23 & the room appeared to be clean. However, after walking around barefooted on hardwood floors, our feet were black. I spent a good percentage of the evening using diaper wipes on our feet to clean them, every time we wanted to lay on the bed.

Staff was very nice, the property outside was tidy. The inside needs to be updated. Doors and walls were chipped up closet door was off the hinges, the curtains had no blinds behind them so you could not run the air conditioner without the curtains blowing open. Couldn’t get any channels on the tv and the refrigerator was out of refrigerant so it did not work.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The kitchen was kinda gross. Walls covered in food, fridge sticky. The bed was very uncomfortable. The place has it's charms but really needs a good cleaning

Nightmare Stay - Cockroaches & Noise Ruined Our Trip We booked this hotel last minute for a stopover on our way to Lassen National Park. Arriving exhausted at 9 pm, we just wanted a clean and quiet room to rest. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Unhygienic Conditions: Upon entering the room, a strong odor of uncleaned cooking oil filled the air. This indicated a lack of proper kitchen sanitation. Disappointingly, the bathroom lacked essential towels, forcing us to use our own. To our horror, we spotted several small cockroaches in the kitchen upon closer inspection. Exhaustion prompted us to just turn off the lights and sleep. Disruptive Night: Our sleep was interrupted by loud noise emanating from another room. Singing continued until we intervened directly. Cockroach Infestation: Waking up in the morning, we were met with a horrifying sight. The room was overrun with cockroaches – on the nightstand, near our toothbrushes in the bathroom, and crawling freely in the kitchen. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel! Staff Incompetence: The sheer number of cockroaches suggests the staff is either unaware or unconcerned about this serious pest problem. This lack of care demonstrates a deep disrespect for paying customers. Overall: This stay was a complete nightmare. The combination of an unhygienic environment, disruptive noise, and a disgusting cockroach infestation left us feeling frustrated and disgusted. We strongly advise potential guests to look else

The gentleman checking us in, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean.

We stayed for three nights and were comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean and had a kitchenette. The couple that run it are friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.

It was very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that the base of the metal bedstand made a metallic popping sound every time you sat down or moved in the bed.

The property owner was very accommodating, friendly and patient (I locked myself out of my room 3 times). The refrigerator had a lot jelly smeared around, there was a piece of hair in the tub and the bathroom sink.

Front desk host was pleasant. Room was pretty good. I thinks some newer beds might be in order. Our room had a separate bed for the 2nd party. Heater was excellent Shower was good and coffee as it should be.

This motel room looks different from what’s shown in the pictures. Furniture and bedding are aged. Bright lights from Taco Bell go through their kitchen cheap and very thin blinds to bedroom without door all night. Strong perfume smell inside. The bathroom is tiny with old things. The carpet looked dirty. The room above the office we stayed in didn’t have bathtub mat and caused my wife to slip and fall. I went down and told the office manager this issue and was given a useless mat. Then the manager suggested that use a towel instead. No ice machine on site. Body injured and bone fracture took a long time to heal and recover from the pain. The worst thing is now the manager said nothing happened that night to avoid paying our loss.

Overall the beds were very uncomfortable, the cleaner they used was very potent and if you have any sensitivity to strong smells you will likely be annoyed. There is barley any parking since lots of people have big trucks or 5th weals taking up two spaces. And while you can not hear other guests you can easily hear people in the parking lot or those in the 24 hour Taco Bell next door.

This was a good experience. The rooms seem to be undergoing a refresh. At least the one we had did. It had a new tub/shower and surround. There were three doors into the room. One locked & blocked. Assumed that was an adjoining room to make the suite larger. One at the front and one to outside and the back of the property.

It’s a motel not an inn & suites. The staff is rude and the rooms are not very clean looking. There’s also a strong smell of cigarettes regardless of it saying smoke free. Lastly, if you have a bigger vehicle chances are you will not fit as parking spaces are very limited and compact.

The staff at this property, especially the man who checked us in, we’re incredible. Thank you for a great stay!

The gentleman at the frot desk is always so friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great place!

The hotel attendant was so helpful. He carried our suitcases up the stairs to our room which was gratefully appreciated.

The hotel was really good what I didn’t like was that hotels.com charged me for the stay and then the hotel also charged me for the same stay

The room had all necessary amenities, not to mention full kitchen with even some utensils. The only complaint was the mattress - I felt the slightest movements of my wife which was quite disturbing.

They take cats, and the room is large-a little cold with a noisy heater and fridge, but definitely great value for the cost. Nice location, next to an Albertsons. Good service.

The check in person was very friendly. We chose the hotel based on previous ratings but it’s not in the nicest area. It did have a grocery store, gas station and restaurants close. It was pretty clean if you didn’t look too close. It was nice having the kitchenette but doors, cabinets, walls were dirty and not wiped down and shower curtain bottom was dirty.

You get what you pay for. The room was expansive - full kitchen, king bed, good TV channel variety. Room was clean but dated, parking was very tight and nearby food options very limited. This option is better than Motel 6.

Nice motel for a stopover - a little rough around the edges but decent value and comfortable - nice manager who obviously takes pride in his business/property. Would stay again on a stopover.

Very nice and well maintained. Room was large with a kitchen, even a back outside patio area. Room was quiet even though it is on a pretty busy street. Manager was friendly and willing to find me a ground level room at a good price at my request. Bed and pillows...very comfy--nice quality.

Quick stop for the night but found this to be a gem of a hotel! Room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and an outdoor patio!

Nice large room with kitchenette, but not terribly well-stocked. Good location, easy access, conveniently next door to Taco Bell when you’re tired from traveling. Very comfortable beds. However, two things brought my score down. First, a couple of lights had dead bulbs, or perhaps not replaced to save money. Second, the table and chairs were ridiculous heights to make them usable.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the kitchenette and large refrigerator. Room 2B was very cozy and spacious and I enjoyed my stay.
