Great value and shuttle was clutch to Tremblant. Would stay here again

Emplacement pratique à distance de marche (15-20 minutes) de la place St-Bernard (Mont-Tremblant) avec stationnement gratuit. La chambre était très bien quoique petite avec une belle salle de bain. J’ai bien apprécié le bain tourbillon (spa) extérieur. Je retournerai à cet endroit!

Walkable to Mount Tremblant ski resort, or you can request free ski shuttle during the daytime. Some breakfast items available also for free, and drink machine that has coffee and hot chocolate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value, only a fraction of the cost of staying in the resort village.

Young lady at the reception Naomi, was excellent. She runs the place. Value for money, good complimentary breakfast and shared kitchenette is appreciated. Location is excellent as its a 20min walk to pedestrian village.

Poor parking facilities, hydro problems poor heat, horrible coffee dispenser and no cold breakfast

It was a great stay! Staff were really kind and helpful. The room was clean. Distance from the ski trails and village was just 6 minutes drive and the parking was spacious. Tasty coffee and croissants in the morning. Highly recommend!

This property was very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for in a weekend away. The free bus to Mont-Tremblant ski area was a quick 2 min walk from the front door and super convenient for getting to the ski hill without having to deal with parking. The room was as expected and bedding was very comfortable! We will be back!

Ryan room shower needs regrouting to remove mold, lacks climate control. Continental Breakfast is extremely meager. Staff hospitality could be better. Great location, nice patio.

Staff are great. The room was a bit small and bit dated but very clean. The bathroom was huge. This is good value for its location and there are a couple of excellent restaurants in easy walking distance.

The facilities in general were fine. My expectations weren't high, and I could put up with the paper-thin walls and cardboard door on the room. However it is criminal for a hostel to only have lukewarm showers in the winter. (The sink could get quite hot so it was a problem with how they installed the shower mixer.) Nobody was at the front desk at 8:30AM to talk to about this, nor was anyone there when I got back at 5PM - and they didn't respond to the text I'd sent them. So I had lukewarm showers for two days. If you are OK with lukewarm showers and unresponsive staff, then this place might be OK for you.

Easily one of the best places I have stayed in, the people at the front desk were so helpful and kind, the property is awesome and the rooms are clean.

for this price Room was so small and Bed was making so much noice even matress was not good. However staff was good.

Quiet property with continental breakfast included. Downsides were no air conditioning, no fan, and body pillows instead of regular pillows. Easy check and checkout with codes.

I stayed on the cold days but the hotel was warm, feels at home, and stuff were very friendly. My wife and I enjoyed very much. thank you!

Belle petite auberge. Seul problème, air conditionné défectueux au 2e étage. Appelez au numéro d’urgence, on départ on me dit que c’est impossible, après avoir insisté on me dit que quelqu’un va venir. Nous partons souper à 20h et revenons à 23h30. Toujours pas d’air clim, un vrai four au 2ième et très froid au RDC. Étant très tard, je n’ Ose pas retéléphoner et espère qu’elle démarre pendant la nuit. Nuit de cauchemar ayant seulement une fêtre qui s’ouvre dans la chambre aucune air y circule bref pas dormis du tout. Lendemain matin, même personne à la réception me demande comment a été notre nuit, alors je lui dit très chaud de répondre impossible je l’ai démarré hier soir. Donc, je me sens comme un chialeux et une personne qui ment. Je reste calme et ne dit rien. Lorsque nous déjeunons, le propriétaire arrive et jase avec la réceptionniste comme si tous allais bien et elle ne parle même pas du problème. Je me dit lorsque le proprio va passer près de nous, nous allons lui en faire part. Bien non, il passe comme si on existait pas sans nous saluer ou nous demander comment notre séjour se passe. En conclusion, belle petit endroit, mais si vous avez un problème ne comptez pas sur un personnel et proprio attentif et chaleureux. J’aurais aimé mieux avoir la chance de m’exprimer directement au proprio que d’avoir à m’exprimer ici.

The reception staff took down my email address incorrectly so we did not receive the door codes and had to chase the auberge staff for hours to get door codes to get into our room. They had no staff on the property all weekend. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was definitely below the usual standards for the area, just some supermarket croissants and bread and dry cereal and a coffee machine. The fireplace in the lounge is non-operable. It was overall, disappointing.

Au pied du lac du mont tremblant avec belles options de marche. Accueil très sympathique et belles recommandations pour la croisière avec capitaine Pierre sur le Manitou II. La sandwicherie du village est également une bonne adresse. Merci à notre hôte !

We enjoyed our stay at the Auberge! It was a good budget option for a getaway trip. It was nice to have a little something to eat, even if it was just grocery store yogurt, toasts and cereal in the morning. Coffee and tea are available all day. The room was very small but worked with the shared living room. I think the biggest complaint is that they did not give us any information about the ski shuttle that is listed and sent us to get the public bus, which never came. We had to investigate how to arrange the shuttle and how to get home from the mountain. If you are a serious skier and want to get there when the lifts open, make sure to arrange it with the person at the front desk. They will not offer this information freely. Hot tub was clutch.
