ゆったりできる大浴場と落ち着いた時間を過ごせる共有ラウンジでとても癒されました。 また、湯めぐりするためにほどよい立地で鳴子自体も楽しむことができました

スタッフの方は皆さん優しく、気持ち良く滞在出来ました。

It is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that charged for room cleaning. The staff were often not around.

Lovely hotel and nice Onsen

Relaxing family stay with fluffy snow falling outside. Clean rooms, nice beds, pleasant indoor and outdoor onsen, breakfast was very good. We played ping pong, but unfortunately the fireplace was never lit. We enjoyed walking around in the snow, and the nearby soba restaurant was so good we ate there twice. The nearby shrine is worth a visit, and the train station is only a short walk for those without a car. I would like to visit again!
