Theresa St 16 Golden Beach

This property is all that it promises and more. House was immaculate, kitchen beautifully appointed with top shelf appliances, all the kitchen utensils, (sharp) chef's knives, induction cooktop, electric oven (spotless), bedrooms beautifully appointed with excellent Sealy mattresses and plenty of doonas, throws and blankets. Huge Smart TV. Lovely back garden, fully fenced. Located in a quiet well kept neighbourhood and no more than a few minutes walk from the esplanade/foreshore. Golden Beach itself offers an excellent IGA, The Real Grocer (superb healthy food store and cafe), great cafes and restaurants and is soooo dog friendly. Lots of dog friendly beaches too with Ballinger Beach the standout which is 24/7 off leash (doggo heaven!). Only wish we could've stayed longer (and we were there 3 weeks!!) Highly recommend and we will be back...

I have to say 16 Theresa Street Golden Beach is a gorgeous house which is so close to everything, beaches, shops, parks, restaurants and much much more. I highly recommend anyone to check out this property. We will be returning to Caloundra and will be checking back into the property we leased . Thank you
