Terrible smell of dog urine and body odor down the hallways. The vents are loud and not controlled in the rooms so they are always on 24/7. Shower doors don’t keep water from getting all over the bathroom. The gym is TINY and built for one at a time. I travel for work and try out hotels all over riverside and Orange County and can say, unless things change here… never again.

Everything in the room was great- very clean, wardrobe had lots of useful hangers, big TV, microwave and fridge freezer with tea towel and dish cloth. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, hairdryer and a set of towels for four but you could have more towels if needed.There was a coffee machine but it used strange capsules which you had to buy yourself. This didn’t matter however as there was complimentary coffee at reception. There was a dishwasher that we never used but the laundry facilities were great and inexpensive. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay especially for extended visits.

New hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not hear any traffic noise from the 15 freeway. Lots of convenient exits to get to the car. The BEST is the free lobby coffee maker. 6 options and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS with liquid creamer available and a nice variety of sugars. I’ll come back for the coffee!!!

Looks like a nice place online but stay away from this property the rooms say non smoking but thats not the case very stinky rooms and floors are never clean the bottom of are socks were black and did they do anything about absolutely not save yourselfs a headache not just from the smell and book somewhere else

Dirty room. The floor had not been swept the couch had stains all over it. The towels were thin and yucky. One year ago this property was so nice and well kept. Poor management has obviously made it go completely downhill. Will never stay there again.

The area is just a very nice area. However, we got to our rooms and it smelled like smoke, however, according to them the whole building is non smoking. The shower was gross and moldy and when we woke up in the morning we realized the pillow cases had stains on them. Just disgusting. Tried calling the hotel and they said there’s nothing they can do because they don’t have anything on file from that night from me of any complaints. We absolutely did but nobody was available to clean the shower so none of us showered. Of course they don’t have anything on file for their convenience. They didn’t have any other rooms to give us to accommodate my family. Will never stay here again. Very disappointing customer service and then to be dishonest about it.

Possibly the worst experience of my life! Immediately upon entering the hotel lobby, it smelled like soiled dog. The elevator took minutes before working, there were dirty towels left outside of hotel rooms by the occupants. Not sure if this is due to lack of housekeeping, but I reminded me of a scene from American Horror Story: Hotel. The room was what triggered me to immediately run back downstairs and request a refund. There were food crumbs on the floor, dust bunnies, and hair on the bedsheets. The room overall just felt filthy, and I was not going to spend 4 nights trapped in this place. The flamboyant manager was extremely rude and was initially trying to dissuade me from requesting a refund. In between my own complaint, he was managing what seemed like multiple others. Not only did he fail to initiate the refund, I’ve since resolved the matter with my bank, he yelled at me and treated me like I was the problem. This was by far the worse experience in any hotel before. Please save yourself some time and trouble, unless you’re into the Friday movie meets American Horror Story type of vibe.

Hotel room was not clean. Found old specs of food and had to kill a few bugs including a couple cockroaches. When I checked out early and wanted a refund they wouldn’t give me my money back. I had to contact my credit card.

Everything was new and really nice. Its just REALLY noisy. From the freeway noise, to the AC can you cant turn off, to the jet engine of an exhaustbfan in the bathroom you cant turn off either, its incredibly loud. You eventually get used to it though.

They don’t have Golf channel or NFL CHANNEL… but plenty of nonsense channels. That will be why I won’t stay there again. Also deadbolt on door does not fully engage and they showed no sense of urgency to fix it.

The facility itself is fine. The HUGE problem that we had was that the room was so loud that we could not sleep. There is a ceiling vent that does NOT turn off and sounds like the typical annoying bathroom celing vent times 5. Same thing with the AC unit. It goes off every 3 - 4 minutes and is extremely loud. We were not able to turn it off either. Since we arrived at the room after midnight after checking in earlier, we did not get to talk to the staff about it. If you are deaf, you will enjoy this room (#227).

My husband and I thought the room was beautiful and we had a great spontaneous getaway for an evening. We only have two complaints. The first is that the fan ran nonstop and the heater wasn’t working. So we had cold air circulating in the room the entire time we were there (about 14 hours). We called the front desk to inquire about using the thermostat and the person we spoke to was pleasant, said she’d see if she could figure it out, and then wound up coming up to the room to give a look. No maintenance staff was working and she wasn’t able to fix the problem but did mention that another room on our floor (the 3rd floor) also complained about their heat not working. The other complaint is bathroom related. The shower was large and a walk-in. The door closest to the faucet was fixed so we had to step fully into the shower to turn the water on, meaning we either get soaked or we have to get into the shower, turn the water on and wait for the water to warm up. Not really a big deal but when the heater in the room isn’t working you want to stay as warm as possible while waiting to shower.

Quite convenient for my personal needs during my stay. This hotel is directly off the I-15 freeway. My room was on opposite side of hotel, so I didn’t hear traffic. My only disappointment was they didn’t come to clean room. I was there 8 nights. I was told the room would be cleaned half way through my stay and it wasn’t. With that said, if you require fresh towels, you need to bring down the dirty ones and they will swap them out for the fresh.

Room had no towels or toiletries in room and blanket in closet luckily I had a towel in my bag we let front desk know that their wasn’t any towels in the room front desk said they would have some ready for us at the front desk when we decided to pick some never said we will bring some up as a courtesy for not supplying the room with towels it was a total shock that they said that like it was our fault they didn’t do their job correctly we also requested an iron and was given a beat up iron with broken iron plate they said that is the best they had we didn’t have time to go down stairs to get towels because we had dinner reservations and when rushing at returning to our room hotel employee had enter our room and brought towels and my id because they didn’t return it at check in that maybe me un easy that they entered without our consent specially because none of the employees when we checked in had id badges hopefully they get it right next time because I do live there beds very comfy that’s why we always stay there

Although I booked a room with two queen beds, I was given a room with one king. The hotel “overbooked” so was not able to switch rooms. Hair was found on the towels and I heard a clicking every five minutes throughout the night. Would not stay here again.

This was one of my most favorite hotels I've stayed in! Clean, quiet, beautiful, and modern facility was refreshing to see when you first walk in. The bed was so comfortable, I was late both days to my meetings, I just couldn't get out of the comfort of it :) The front desk Manager, Tiffany was AMAZING. She was attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. Will definitely refer people in the Corona, Menifee, and Temecula area to stay here and experience everything I did.

My arrival was for Saturday the 27th with check in time 3pm that is stated when booking the room. I had a soccer tournament going on so we made it after check in time around 5:30 upon arrival I notice about 3 families waiting in the reception area to my surprise I was told that they were behind on room service and were not able to tell me what time my room would be read but that I did have a room, mind you I was traveling with a 3 year old and a teenage boy that had played 2 games back to back we were all exhausted and had to wait 2.5 hrs for the room to be ready. And all we got was a I’m sorry I’m sorry. I was trying to be calm but when traveling 3.5 hours and having an exhausting day to have to still wait from the original check in time of 3pm to actually getting into a room at 7:30 is very upsetting.

I was double charged and they wouldn’t refund me. The wrong date was selected during booking showed up the evening for business that I was supposed to, and I told me to call Hotels.com and cancel it and they would refund me and now they will not refund me. Generally, this place has good customer service, but I was misinformed by employee stating I could cancel and I would get refunded. That way I could book the evening I was supposed to book originally never checked in the following day because I had to leave for business. I had to switch rooms three times because of cleanliness carpet stains before i even walked into the door bathroom was already used with the bed messed up in one of them and dirty dishes still left in the sink and another. This was the first negative encounter I’ve ever had staying at this place and I’m generally there twice a week for work. None of their streaming services work anymore so don’t plan on giving a presentation or a PowerPoint to anybody. IT was unhelpful and said it’s the hotels problem that they don’t service that under their contract. Make sure you select the right date because if you make an honest mistake, you will get burned.

Possibly the worst experience of my life! Immediately upon entering the hotel lobby, it smelled like soiled dog. The elevator took minutes before working, there were dirty towels left outside of hotel rooms by the occupants. Not sure if this is due to lack of housekeeping, but I reminded me of a scene from American Horror Story: Hotel. The room was what triggered me to immediately run back downstairs and request a refund. There were food crumbs on the floor, dust bunnies, and hair on the bedsheets. The room overall just felt filthy, and I was not going to spend 4 nights trapped in this place. The flamboyant manager was extremely rude and was initially trying to dissuade me from requesting a refund. In between my own complaint, he was managing what seemed like multiple others. Not only did he fail to initiate the refund, I’ve since resolved the matter with my bank, he yelled at me and treated me like I was the problem. This was by far the worse experience in any hotel before. Please save yourself some time and trouble, unless you’re into the Friday movie meets American Horror Story type of vibe.

My Husband and I had a funeral service to attend out of town, and booked Everhome Suites. Everything was great upon arrival. The location was great, with many eateries in walking distance. The staff was kind, the rooms were very modern, clean and smelled fresh. 10 out of 10 for us. We stayed at the Corona, CA location.

The hotel's room was very comfortable and having a full kitchen available is just very convenient. There is a Walmart nearby so you can stack up and cook your meals right at your room. The downside is that you don't get housekeeping often. I stayed 14 days and my room got cleaned only once and the cleaning was not good. The floor was not properly sweeped and it was not mopped. I think it would be wise that the management would consider the idea of having a broom and mop inside each room.

I thought the most unique part of the property was having your own small kitchen accessible in your room. It’s much more convenient and much less crowded than a dining hall for a continental breakfast. There is less chaos. And I absolutely love the concept

Everything in the room was great- very clean, wardrobe had lots of useful hangers, big TV, microwave and fridge freezer with tea towel and dish cloth. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, hairdryer and a set of towels for four but you could have more towels if needed.There was a coffee machine but it used strange capsules which you had to buy yourself. This didn’t matter however as there was complimentary coffee at reception. There was a dishwasher that we never used but the laundry facilities were great and inexpensive. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay especially for extended visits.

New hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not hear any traffic noise from the 15 freeway. Lots of convenient exits to get to the car. The BEST is the free lobby coffee maker. 6 options and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS with liquid creamer available and a nice variety of sugars. I’ll come back for the coffee!!!

Room and hotel were great. No breakfast. People upstairs from us were very loud all night long. Didn’t complain. Just turned my fan on louder to drown out the noise. Overall it was a good hotel. Room faced the freeway.

The room at first glance was clean but noticed there was a strong odor of pee in the room. I am aware we were traveling with dogs but we had diapers on them 24/7. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as it was our first time staying with dogs on the property.

The hotel was really dirty .Upon arrival the carpet the tables outside the tables were ramshackle dirty. There were OK cigarette butts everywhere just terrible when we checked in the room. It smell like bug spray. It was not clean at all when I asked for them to come check the room for the smell that I was smelling the manager on duty had a nasty attitude upon me requesting for her to come smell the room she told me no she wouldn’t do it. It was just terrible. I can go on and on. I didn’t even check in the room. I got a refund and we left. I still haven’t got my hundred dollar deposit back. I wouldn’t recommend this for nobody and especially if you have children with you.

Lady at the front was great, do not remember her name but she has braids. Room was nice and clean. Only thing is I plugged in my phone onto the plug in lamp near the bed and I started smelling burn and heard it sparking so I’d be careful with those. Had to unplug.
