The fitness room water cooler, and hot tub were pretty gross. Other than that. We had a great stay. Beds were nice. Breakfast was good and great stuff.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Very accommodating of dogs with a convenient fenced grass patch and trash can at the end of the hallway. Room had a broken window lock, on ground level. Parking lot inconvenient for trailers/long vehicles of any sort. Limited trailer parking on frontage road Highway noise could be an issue for those facing the highway.

Stayed her for 1 night. Hotel seamed dated. All side doors were left open for anyone to walk in on 1st and second floor. Hotel seamed dirty really old mattresses. The sheets / bed smelled like cigarette smoke. No locks on door shower was corroded and rusty toilet was wobbly plug ins looked grimmy. Was a good location. Hotel needs some work they I paid the higher rate to stay here compared to others in Williams lake thinking it was a better quality hotel.

Toilet not working on arrival and no staff on site to fix, no capacity to store expensive bikes safely, room in need of repairs (door handles, drywall on ceiling in bathroom, door handles loose and wobbly). An old hotel with cosmetic facelifts. The reception staff was very nice under difficult conditions as it was busy and there were a number of people with problems. The room was clean, and the beds were nice. Suggestion - be aware the Williams Lake is getting a positive reputation for the quality of its mountain biking so figure out a way to allow guest to safely store expensive bikes without pushing dirty bikes into the guest rooms - no way I'd leave my bike on the car in that neighborhood.

This place definitely could use some updates. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was closed without information over heard from another guest that people misused the hot tub so it was closed. Shower walls, around the sink were not clean. Nice being connected to the restaurant and lots of parking.

Check in was quick, easy, and friendly. property was full so parking was an issue. Stayed on floor 1 - deer outside our window was amazing. Could hear conversation in next room, then their TV show after that. Really liked how BP’s was attached to the hotel.

The Coast Fraser inn is extremely run down. In desperate need of fresh paint. We checked in and needed bottled water. No water in the room, vending machine was out of order with the second vending machine out of water. Front desk finally gave us two bottles of water. Once we entered our room, #127, on the entry floor was a dirty old rag. ( pic)The bathroom has some kind of food or even worse on the wall. ( pic) Black hair on the bathroom floor. Beds are average at best. Paid too much for a 2 star hotel. (190.00 +tax) Zero body wash, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Just two little soap bars (pic) Definitely will not be staying at the coast Fraser Inn again. Coast hotels needs to check and see if this hotel is keeping up with the coast brand!

Hotel in general was comfortable. The only negative is that it was not very clean. Hallways were not kept clean and even though room service was every second day the bathroom was not cleaned. Towels were replaced and bed made. Toilet and sink including the bathtub was untouched.

I felt that our vehicle was safe in the parking lot as we could see it from our room, also had easy parking. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, even if a bit dated. This Inn is uniquely located on the north hill above the crossroad to Bella Bella and Cache Creek. The rooms are adequately equipped with personal products, fridge, and microwave. The thermostat was set so high that it was a sweat lodge.

They didn’t restock my coffee, cups were dirty in the room. No plug for bath tub. When I waited to check out in the morning, the lady at the front desk answered calls instead of tending to the line and after 13 minutes of her bookings room for the person who had called, I wrote check me out on my card holder and left. I had hoped to share this feedback at checkout, but not able to wait.

i was on a motorcycle and did not have GPS. The signs for the hotel are not illuminated, and I rode past the hotel without seeing it. every thing else around there is easy to find because of bright signage..I finally stopped at the Ramada and they gave me directions

Overlooking downtown William’s lake, the Coast Fraser Inn is a good central location for shopping, the hospital, and eateries. The Boston Pizza is attached to the hotel but if you don’t mind walking 3 minutes the Fox Mountain brewery (brew pub) is great ( it’s just next door)

Excellent and comfortable beds and nice being so close to order dinner. Breakfast though didn't open until 6:30 am was very good.

The room was well worn with a healthy layer of dust on most out of the way surfaces. The most annoying this was the old lady serving breakfast on saturday. Breakfast is supposed to be served untill 9:30 but all the hot food was gone by 9:00 and she refused to bring out more. "It was to late" as far as she was concerned. The lady serving breakfast on the day before would replenish the chafing dishes untill about 9:15

Only place available in Williams lake as traveling through. Room was fine but not overly clean and mattress was terrible. All the food was gone at breakfast by 8:15 AM.

Breakfast was dreadful. Please don’t bother offering “free” breakfast. I’ll be happy to pay for breakfast somewhere else. Reduce the room rate by $15 instead.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s attached to Boston Pizza so dinner was easy and there Continental breakfast was perfect.

Having stayed at many hotels over the years, I believe that this $208 cad/night room was overpriced and over rated The hotel itself is old, rundown and quite dirty. The woman who checked us in was rather unfriendly and the complimentary breakfast was subpar at best. As an aside, another reviewer last summer commented that the Canadian flag in front of the property was in tatters. Despite the manager replying that it would be replaced, the same damaged and sad flag was on the flagpole weeks later. I think that illustrates a general lack of concern about or pride in this hotel (and our country, for that matter). Very disappointing indeed. I certainly would not stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to others.

Ice machines were currently not available on my date of stay, which was September 8. The desk staff can provide you with some small bags of ice. I still find it a waste of energy to have the TV turned on when you come in the room. Although on this day, the toilet seat wasn’t left up, my last stay in May, I was told that that was standard, which doesn’t look very hospitable. The room is very comfortable for me and spacious and quiet.
