Without doubt, the best Villa we have ever rented in Kefalonia. The views are just jaw dropping, couple this with a well maintained garden, Villa, privacy, efficient management and service team then I don’t think we will ever rent anywhere else on the Island. Thank you Freelance Villas for a wonderful holiday. The downstairs shower room could use an extractor. It gets very humid in there which is causing the paint to peel and mould to form. There is a good size window ( which opens) that does the job of airing during the day,but the mosquitoes love it also ! Maybe long term,shower cubicles in the en-suite bathrooms instead of the existing curtains ?

This villa is easy to reach with the most stunning view of the sea. Very private from the other villas in the same Liakas Village. It has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Would stay here again. The cleaning of the villa was vey hit and miss. The first clean failed to remove bird droppings from the patio area( looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while given the amount). After a text message this was rectified very swiftly. 2nd clean and whilst towels were changed the bedding wasn’t which should be included in stays over 7 days (as per your booking details). Also having stayed in other villas within Spartia and Avithos I felt the welcome pack provided lacked basics such as bread and milk. These have always been included by other villa companies. Alcohol, crisps and biscuits whilst nice aren’t going to feed you until you can get to a supermarket.

We liked everything about Villa Dimitra - location, sunny terrace with wonderful sea views, a pool that was always kept clean, and a villa with A/C close to café's and restaurants. Also, excellent local Freelance management support if needed. Can't think of anything you can improve!
