Nice location, spacious room. Tesla charging station is a big Plus.

Spa was relaxing. Staff very professional. Food in restaurant very good. Drinks very expensive. We were in the back building - Older facility showing its age. Bathrooms are small.

Perfect location. EV charger is a big Plus.

You had to pay for the pool, which I thought was unusual. I was also in a building separate from the main hotel, and the pictures were very different than the room I actually stayed in. It was expensive for the very basic room that needed some repairs and updates.

Unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed upon arrival. No info or maps offered upon arrival. Due to the raving reviews about the restaurant, my husband and I had terrible service, with French Onion Soup that was seriously inedible, and a chicken dish that was only okay. They did not mention when they called to tell me that the elevator was broken and would not be fixed for a while, that they are under construction as well. The hallways were not air-conditioned properly. We were tripping over work men laying carpet and housekeeping.. They have one handicap parking space and three electric charging spaces. Doesn’t make sense when there were more than one of us in that building that are handicapped. Location was great. I would not recommend.

The staff was very friendly and our massages at the spa were great. Our only complaint was there was no elevator so lugging my stuff upstairs was a bit hards than usual. The building is old so the floors creaked any time anybody took a step. The bathroom set up was strange in that the sink was very high and there was no counter space.

Located in the heart of Berkeley Springs right next to the springs and with its own spa, the Inn is quaint but comfortable with a fine restaurant on site. Within easy walking distance of shops and galleries, there’s ample free parking at the Inn. Pricey but nicey.

Elevator was not working, but everything else was nice.

A nice historic hotel next door to Berkeley Springs State Park. Staff is professional and friendly. Restaurant is well appointed with a nice selection of menu choices. A great lobby with fireplace as well as a "living room" adjacent to it. A nice place to unwind or to just sit and relax I would definitely come here again.

The classic and historic appeal created the “ah” effect, traveling back in time. Each room gave a nod to the era but the lobby and lounge really exuded the feel of times past. If you wish to use their fitness center, sleep in because it won’t be available until much later. The breakfast in the restaurant was plentiful and delicious.

I liked the history. Very clean and safe. The housekeeping routine was not convenient. We hung the sign on the door asking for room service every morning, but we could hear the vacuums and cart outside our door at 8:30/9:00. We left our room around 10/10:30 and would come back at 5 or 6:00 to no service. I had to go downstairs and get towels every day. I think by the time we left the room the housekeepers had already done our floor and never went back even though according to policy as long as the sign was out by 2:00 that was good. The desk staff were always pleasant and had no problem getting me towels. But twice when they asked housekeeping to get towels or take our trash the facial expression let me know they weren’t thrilled. I would definitely recommend the Inn for an overnight stay while traveling through the area, but not for a 4 or 5 night stay.

Front desk is friendly and helpful. There is a ‘scent’ to the place as it is more rustic, old fashioned. Toilet was clogged; they serviced it promptly but did not take the time to clean it. Traditional look/not modern. Great location. Convenient.

As much as I enjoyed our stay, I like to be honest about certain things. The positives were definitely the service and the cleanliness. The hotel called and confirmed on when we were coming and gave us some friendly info. The common areas are charming and it's nice to have options to dine in the restaurant or to have room service. A very convenient location in town to do shopping, dining, etc. The negatives would be that the standard rooms do need some sprucing up for the price. The rooms definitely need updating like extra toiletries, TV seemed old, the picture quality was low no matter how many times I tried adjusting the cable in the back of it. Adding a soap dish and making sure there's extra tissues and toilet paper would be nice. The restaurant menu in the room needs updated. Our breakfast tray sat in the hallway all day till the next morning. A taller wall mirror for the Ladies and the window AC filter should be checked and cleaned more frequently. We could smell the nearby hillside in the back of building and my cousin had a bad migraine the first night we stayed and it was partial to the AC fan. There was a fridge but no microwave. There were however plenty of outlets and USB hookups on the lamps. Love the quality of the bath towels and washcloths. Beds were just okay. We didn't use their spa so we don't have any info on it. But in general we were content with our stay and may come back.

Had a nice stay here right in the middle of Berkeley Springs, walkable to everything. The property is pretty big and understandably a little dated, given its size. But it was clean and well kept. A safe, clean stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Other than minor renovations taking place, property was clean and convenient to all the town has to offer, especially the springs!

The lobby was cozy & charming, the front porch had rocking chairs inviting you to sit, my bedroom had a 4 poster bed & a great walk in shower. I would highly recommend the inn.

Room needs detailing like behind the bed and small spaces on floor and walls. Temperature was difficult to regulate to a comfortable level because of the blower. I spent most of the night trying to find the right combo of heater blowing and open window. Overall was a decent stay (one night), hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas, restaurant and spa right in the facility. Wish I had known the whole town closes up on T and W during the winter months even around Christmas. Renaissance Spa was beautiful and wonderful experience.

Historical ambiance is nice. Room was humid, lacked outlets, TV setup and remote was not good. Bathroom is very small. Beds are okay. Rooms need a makeover.

The rooms are dated and not in an historic way. There is no breakfast included and restaurant doesn’t open until 8am. The grounds were not well maintained. I did not feel the price I paid was worth my stay at this Inn.

Check-in was easy. We were there for a long, quiet weekend. The room size was nice size. The bathroom is very small. The walls and door allowed for a lot of noise to come in the room. A lot of traffic on the road in front of the property with many sirens/fire department traffic. They have a spa in the property that is not owned by them. I called to book an appointment left a message. They never called back. I called again several hours later and they were booked for the next day. They have a restaurant on property. If you would like to eat there, you would definitely want to make a reservation. Once again, we were not able to get anything until late evening so we opted not to eat there. We asked the hostess if there were other options nearby, she gave us only one and there were many places you could drive close by. The little town is lovely if you want to visit. Very historical and lots of cute shops.

Very cool colonial style hotel. Nice room with a very comfy bed. They even still use old school actual keys. Only downfall would be there’s no microwave in the room and the doors don’t fit solid so you’ll get noise from the hallway.

Property needs tech update ( tv and WIFI), restaurant staff increase and training. Old school is one thing, too much paper is something else, especially when info is incorrect. Helpful , courteous staff are the shining star here.

Walkable town, property needs some renovation. No hot water, “boiler was turned off overnight”, room ac unit was not functioning properly. Room was warm even though we set at 62.

The staff was amazing! I will point out Holly as an example. I spoke with her while making our reservation and check in. She was very friendly and helpful with area information. All of the staff made my husband and I feel welcome and comfortable. The room was immaculate, cozy, and quiet. The bed was just right and was covered in soft bedding. Beautiful decor. We plan to return many times. I'm happy to see the by-pass being constructed for the big trucks!

My wife has some pretty severe food allergies, I emailed ahead and spoke to their executive chef 2 weeks before our trip, he called me back went over specifics Of the allergens, and he was happy to accommodate ensuring no cross contamination and “safe” ingredients. He purchased specific ingredients to modify his dishes for her. All the waitstaff was informed and Scott, Heather, Bodie, and (I’m sorry I forgot your name) Saturday morning server made us feel very welcome. Can’t say enough positive things. Will definitely be our spot when staying in that area again.

My husband and I visited in celebration of his 40th birthday and we were there two nights at the beginning of December. If you love Christmas like I do, coming during the month of December means you get to see the inn decked out in all its beautiful Christmas finery! LOVED the decorations throughout the communal spaces. The tavern and restaurant on site are wonderful, and the food was DELICIOUS. The staff was nothing but welcoming and warm and the epitome of small-town charm. Everyone we met were friendly and kind. We're already talking about when we'll visit again. Only downside of our king-sized suite in the historic inn was the sink drained very slowly. I let the front-desk staff know on our way out so it could be fixed for the next guest in the space. Other than that, the suite was lovely and perfect for our stay. One last thing: so much is within walking distance from the Country Inn. Many restaurants, coffee houses, shops, the Berkeley Springs State Park and the bath houses. We walked everywhere and most places we got to in 7 minutes or less. That close in proximity.

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Staid in the Green Building and was super clean. Ordered room service for breakfast and was very good. Only advise this time of year check the Stores and Restaurants in town for days they are open. Most are closed certain days. Suggest eating in the Country Inn Restaurant.

Though a little chaotic , wait staff and front desk were the friendliest of the employees. Housekeeping staff and their leader were rude and disrespectful. The television was static's and everything set on he dresser/desk stuck to the paint

The property was steps away from Berkeley Springs State Park. A tiny little park that was wonderful to walk through and grt water from the springs, or a nice soak in the mineral waters. Loveley!

Loved the location and history. The staff was really nice. The air conditioning in my room was not great. Also, the room was tiny (that was fine!) but had no table so i had to eat my food using the bed as a table. Not comfortable to do that.

Very nice place right next to the park, and very close to all the various stores downtown.

Not what we expected by the photo’s of the property. It is on a busy noisy road. Restaurant was terrific though.

Professional and courteous staff. Clean room. Front porch sitting or easy walk to shops. Traffic thru Berkeley Springs is still frustrating, but the Country Inn is worth the hassle.

Stayed here a couple times before. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are really small but again clean. Bar and restaurant serve good meals and drinks.

Had a great time! The Country Inn is full of historic charm with modern conveniences. The breakfast was phenomenal! I would love to stay again someday.

This is a really beautiful old hotel that's right next to the state park. Staying here was basically my kids' idea of heaven. It was really charming, I especially liked the old-school keys for the doors. My only complaint is that our room was set up for 2 guests: 2 towels, pillows for 2, and two chocolates. We were a group of three, so I had to give my 2 kids the little amenities to avoid a fight breaking out. The restaurant is great but sort of overpriced. Service took forever but was friendly enough, I wonder if this is to be expected when dining after 8pm. The coffee machine also ran out of coffee the morning after our stay, which was a huge bummer. It was overall a great stay but there could have been more attention to detail.

It was very comfortable and the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional. Plus it was close to downtown and the Park Bath Houses.

We stayed in the historic inn which was very convenient since it was cold and raining outside. I had made dinner reservations before we arrived. The food was excellent. We were seated at a table close to the door. It was somewhat unnerving because we could hear the restaurant's dinner music and the bar's music playing different songs at the same time.
