Parking linited and not lisa. Guy at desk was unhelpful tool. Parking guy was cool though. Wouldnt reccomend. Spend more. Dont give place more money

This property was terrible. I usually don't complain, but upon arrival there was a bunch of guys by the entrance and they were definitely dealing drugs. The building has paint pealing and looked pretty scary. When we got in, it smelled strongly of marijuana. Tried the key cards and the guy at the desk didn't tell us they operated different. No elevator so after a couple of trips to the desk he finally came and got it unlocked. The room had nothing except two beds - no soap, no shampoo, no hair dryer, no fridge, no coffee maker. This was a bad case of false advertisement. It looks ALOT worse in person. If I could, I would get my money back. We didn't get much sleep because of the dog barking across the hall and lots of people coming in late at night (whom were very loud). Not a place I would ever stay again.

Overall our stay was okay. The security door near our exit didn’t work so we couldn’t get back in from the outside when taking the dog out in the middle of the night. I also would say there wasn’t enough bedding. Only a thin sheet on the bed. One thing that would make this place better is if the hardwood throughout had rugs.

Beds were uncomfortable and the room was small. Not very clean. They charged us an extra $20.00 to check in early. A plus, was that there was a laundry available which took credit card as payment.

Looks a bit run down, ice machine not working, no chair with padding in room. Saved a few bucks, but next time will spend more, expect more.

Property was alright. Key card wouldn’t work for exterior door, staff reprogrammed key twice, didn’t work. Hallways are not the cleanest, you get what you pay for.

Staff was friendly but this property is falling apart. Siding coming off, rickety stairs, uncomfortable bed. At least it was cheap.

It was ok, didn’t feel particularly safe; exterior door didn’t lock at 11 like they had posted. The door to the room didn’t fully close unless you pulled on it tight. Wrinkly towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. They installed a mini fridge in my room halfway during my stay. Affordable, but I would have spend an extra 100 bucks for the weekend to get a place where I felt safe and comfortable.

Do NOT stay at this motel. After immediately entering the lobby, it smelled of cigarettes. Once we entered our room, it smelled terrible and was very muggy. I also noticed that the room had not been cleaned because the desk in the room had visible stains, as if something sticky had been there. The worse part was the BLACK MOLD all over the walls and ceilings. Probably due to the air conditioner that had been running and the condensation. Do not stay here if you care for your health. This place needs to be shut down.

Staff is friendly. The hotel is very old and run down. We arrived to a dirty shower with hair in the sink and bathtub as well as on the bed. There was a party of ants in the room that were feasting on left over crumbs. Not a pleasant smell throughout the hotel.

When we first arrived, the gal that was ahead of us didn’t have a credit card that would work. When I saw her face and then when her significant other came in, my guess either crack or meth users. Not my problem, just wanted my room. Got into our room, looks good. Went to grab something to eat and came back. Pulled sheets back on bed and I found long black hairs in sheets and on blanket. Evidently they don’t change bedding on a regular basis. Went to front desk for clean sheets. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WON’T BE BACK.

The room was clean, comfortable, convenient-well-lit parking. No hairdryer was a small inconvenience. However, the stale cigarette-smoke, musty hallways was a big negative.

the property was dirty outside and inside as well. In the rooms, it was dirty filthy walls, the Moisture was awful, felt extremely damp all the time. the Air Conditioner was so load, it was like sleeping next to a semi truck idling Tub was dirty, toilet was filthy with remanence of urine. walls had stuff that was sticky and miscolored, there were several bugs in the room, in which we got rid of quite quickly, we didn't sleep in the bed at all we purchased disinfectants to clean the area of which we used, and before and after each shower. Toilet we used alcohol wipes to clean it with gloves, and we wiped down everything in the room. No coffee pot for us to make a cup of coffee, the towels were stained wash clothes were not very well we wiped the knobs on the door as well This hotel 6 needs to be inspected by the Lakeville association for Travelers, I hope one of them reads this, I also noticed in the hallways next to the doors and stairs, Mice traps, were in plain view or anyone in this vicinity My gosh you could get people sick with deceases from them, use the proper vendors, clean this place up, or shut it down until it passes a extreme inspections.

It was supposed to be completly non smoking but the halls reeked of smoke. Also there was a strong smell of dog and dog fur in the hall.

The room was very clean, and available at a good price. Beds were comfortable.

I like that it's right off the freeway but the Wi-Fi is kind of weak. Kept getting disconnects trying to play my YouTube.

It smelled like a smokey whole in the wall bar. The room was very plain like a dorm room. This is great for a place to crash if you only had $40.

Building needs lots of repair out side , inside is typical old motel , small , but rooms are freshly remodled and painted and clean .rooms are small tobe expected , good overnight stay.

We had some people staying in the room above us that had kids. The kids were running around jumping around later at night. Called the front desk twice to complain about it. Nothing was done about it!!!! This happened both nights of our stay!

The bed squeaked when I moved, so it was very hard to fall asleep, but the cleanliness was good

Old and tired. One chair in room. No shampoo. Formica counters have edge worn off. Outside brick falling off. Never stay here at any cost.

Obviously people living here in one wing, large dog barking in one of the rooms each time we came and went. Bed mattress was very old, springs in mattess noisy every time you moved. No shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer in the room.

The room was really nice and it was clean so we were happy with our price vs. service received. There was however no chair in the room which was pretty odd and no soap so that would be great for next time.

The room appeared to be clean. The front desk staff was friendly. I wish you would’ve had a shampoo and conditioner in the room. I wish I didn’t have to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste.

I needed to find a pet friendly place for a few days and this was the cheapest option in the area. The place was decent and customer service at the front desk was outstanding!

It’s easy to check in and I haven’t had any issues staying there.

Check in was terrible! The manager Uday Shashidaher would not accept valid ID and insisted on having our home address despite the booking being made and paid for via Expedia. The manager was rude and he suggested that we cancel the booking - a very odd suggestion given that the stay was a business trip. The room was not clean and the manager for some odd reason knocked at our door very early in the morning. I cannot recommend this motel and would not recommend that women stay at the motel because of the manager's behavior.

I have stayed here many times before. This time, the staff was friendly and followed up once I got to my room to make sure things were as they should be. Room was cleaner than usual, as was the property. Every employee I came across, had a smile on their face and greeted me. Nice change 👌

I like that we are close to a laundromat

This location has a high traffic rate due to the truck stop, the proximity to 35w and also the mere fact you'll easily spend twice as much anywhere in the area. The rates reflect what you'll have in amenities standard in each room but as far as Motel 6's go and this one's location at a truck stop off a major interstate and it past reputation it's easily worth the rates and has cleaned up from its past problems that many may recall locally or that traveled through years back. Housekeeping does a super job with what they have to work with and after a couple weeks in and out of various rooms on this current visit to the area I've not found any mess left or appearance of rushed turnover cleaning which brings some added peace of mind. They do have a strict protocol at check in so be prepared to not get much of any leeway for anything such as expired or absent i.d. for any adult guests and also that rooms do not have standard microwaves, fridges, or any seating provided beyond the beds in the room. Again, your getting only the basics and not much more than that for what your paying. Realistic rating knowing what it is, 9 out of 10. Rating if you are expecting much comfort and plan to remain in your room for any length of time and not be out enjoying activities or otherwise, I'd say don't be hoping for much more than 6 out of 10 if that's the case. A plus worth noting on this 100 degree day is that the air conditioner units definately are working wonderfully and keeping cool.

Lots and lots of people hanging out in the parking lot. Could have been from the fast food places, but if I'd been alone would have made me pause.

The staff was very helpful in getting our room ready so we could check-in early. The room was totally clean. The location was just 20 minutes from the airport and downtown.

I like ot because we are closer to McDonald's down there and a laundromat too.

Inexpensive motel, very clean and quiet. Shower was good, water was hot with good pressure. I also expected the drain to be plugged as they often are in many places you stay and this one was not. Staff was friendly. However, it’s true, you get what you pay for; a bed, nightstand, small tv and that’s it. There is no microwave, fridge, blow dryer, chair… no frills whatsoever. No breakfast of any kind and grab coffee before 11am or you won’t get any, they put it away and don’t offer it after that. If you’re looking for inexpensive but clean with a decent bed but zero frills this place is perfect

CLean and quiet. No way to heat up a cup of water in the room

Price was great. You have to ask for a room with a frig & microwave otherwise there isn't one. Remodel is really nice.

The price was reasonable and everything was fine, except the microwave didn't work and sounded like it was about to blow when you turned it on. When I mentioned it to the young man at front desk he said "OK" but didn't seem at all concerned nor offer an alternative.

fridge and microwave not standard for the room we stayed in. Quite a bit of snow and ice in parking area but in all fairness other places and hiways also. Nice and clean but was hard to navigate at night off the interstate to the motel.

I liked that it was close to interstate, shopping, and downtown. The room overall was clean. The beds weren't comfortable and pillows were flat and not comfy. TV channels would constantly blur while watching. Took bathroom light awhile before it would turn on. Deadbolt automatically engages making it hard to close your door when leaving. People constantly proping outside door and drinking out in parking lot. Parking lot filled with trash. Have to pay an additional charge for a fridge and a microwave. Low water pressure in shower.

Bed was wore out and it wasnt even the hotel portrayed on the hotels.com website. I didn't see any breakfast, like advertised on hotels.com. so wasnt happy

We use this motel for a one night sleep over spot during our drive to and from Missouri. Wouldn’t stay there any longer as there is no fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in the room. Go to bed, get up , get back on the road. Price is right for that.
