Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Everyone was polite and welcoming, and their kindness truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The place is beautiful but after them having a Computer problem and double booking the room i paid for and then excepting an upgrade i was very disappointed with the result. I had previously stayed at the property in a downstairs room and it was beautiful with a bathtub at the back and ocean view private pool at the front.This is what’s i paid for this trip also. Once getting to our room i realised I hadn’t got an upgrade but more a down ground. Upgrade to them means upstairs and a cheaper room!! No bath tub and a private pool looking at a brick wall and temple. I asked to be moved and the only room they could offer was not even ocean view but garden view.so i stayed in the so called upgraded room. I asked for some credit back as it certainly wasn’t what id paid for. We received 20% off our lunch which worked out around $6. I love this place but very disappointed in the lack of credit back offered. Also the door to our room wouldn’t lock from the outside and wasn’t rectified. I asked for the manager to contact me but he still hasn’t. I would love to stay again but yeah with poor communication in rectifying the problem makes me hesitant. The restaurant and bar stuff were wonderful

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ist der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und üneraus freundlich, besonders möchten wir Nyoman hervorheben, da er für uns das Herz des Hotels war. Die Speise und Getränke Preise sind wohl etwas höher als in dortigen Lokalen, jedoch ist die Qualität und der Geschmack ausgezeichnet und es auf jeden Fall wert. Wir haben einige Ausflüge direkt über das Hotel gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden damit, dass das Hotel einen eigenen Fahrer hat und ein großes komfortables Auto hatte. Der Fahrer war sehr zuvorkommend, gesprächig und ein sicherer Fahrer! Es gab auch die Möglichkeit Massagen im Hotel zu buchen, dieser waren ebenfalls spitze. Das Pool war schön angelegt und es gab 2 Schwimmkissen. Der Zugang zum Meer war eher steinig, jedoch war das Meer angenehm warm und wir haben ein paar Fische gesehen. Da die Unterkunft nur 14 Zimmer hat, ist der Trubel im Hotel überschaubar. Der einzige Negative Punkt war für uns, dass sich das Hotel doch als Pärchen Hotel mit 1 Bett Zimmern, allerdings werden auch Familien mit Kleinkindern dort untergebracht. Auch wenn das Hotel kein ausgewiesenes Adults only Hotel ist, hätten wir aufgrund der Hotelbeschreibung nie damit gerechnet, dass wir dort auf Kleinkinder im "Familienurlaub" antreffen. Alles in allem können wir dennoch nur unsere Empfehlung aussprechen, da der Erholungswert aufgrund der Atmosphäre und des Charakter des Hotels des 16 nächtigen Aufenthaltes unglaublich war!
