No lights on in halls and stairs when left at 11:00. Too semi dark using stairs. I’m a senior and l need light to see where to walk !Exit lights NOT working. In case of fire you don’t know where to EXIT. Trying to save on cost of electricity ???????

The Inn itself is immaculate. The rooms are wonderful clean. The beds and pillows are amazing Owners take pride in there building I have stayed at the Inn 6 times and will go back every time I’m in Calgary. The rates are much cheaper than the city. Restaurant next door has some of the best food in the area and is always busy at night. Restaurant is not open for breakfast. The only concern I have is the pavement in the parking lot is getting beat up and rough. The inn itself is in like new condition. Hats off to the owners well done

My bed sheet had blood on it! I told the owner, to change my sheets, I came back, and saw the blood on the sheet!! Owner, never changed my sheet! I’ll never stay at this Inn again. Plus, the last, night I stayed there, in the morning about 6 am some people left and there was a cow bell jingling. How rude! People still sleeping!

The lady owner was so pleasant. She even offered to help carry in our luggage etc ;) Room was very clean, had fridge, microwave, etc. Very happy, in small communities, you never know what kind of hotel/motels you will find, and this one was wonderful! Across the parking lot was a restaurant, food was excellent, service great and was a two second walk!

We booked this hotel, because we couldn't find any hotel closer than 30 minutes to the airport that had both a decent rating and didn't cost a fortune. Crossfield doesn't qualify as a "town" in any sense of the word. There is almost nothing there except the hotel and a restaurant. The hotel is tired-looking, although the room was decent and clean. The queen bed was also tired and creaked. Served the purpose of a place to sleep before an early flight

It is a decent stay for this area. The hotel is about 20 km from Calgary airport and you have to get your own car. The hotel was recently remodeled. The owners were nice and took care of the property. The only suggestion is that they need a better WiFi connection.

The owner of the hotel walked into our room at 9am when my husband was naked in bed, and yelled at him for having too many people in the room. We had one extra guest that we tried to pay for, but we couldn’t get ahold of them, no one was at the front desk and no one was answering the phone for literal HOURS so we just went to bed and we’re going to deal with it the next day. The owner legitimately used a key card to let himself into our room while my husband was sleeping, with no clothes, to yell at him over a $20 charge. He said he would be charging my credit card even more for HIS inconvenience.. this place is an absolute dump as well, the couch is from the 50s and covered in stains, they promise ice but never plug in the machine, they get upset if you ask for more towels, and my personal favourite.. they gave 4 of us 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. Check out their other reviews on google maps, they’re similar to mine. Do NOT stay here. I will be filing a fraudulent charge report.

Terrible experience… The person at the reception had hard time talking in English. He mentioned that we underpaid for the stay via expedia and we should pay more there at the reception. Room was average but host was very bad… wouldn’t recommend this hotel

I didnt like the fact that when i got there she was gonna charge me more then what it said on expedia, when i said something she made it to what it was supposed to be. Then 20 minutes later comes to my room and gives me a piece of paper where she wrote out a bunch of calculations and said she under charged me now so im only getting back 85 of my deposit instead of 100. Later i got an email from expedia asking for a review and i said it was crappy. After 10 p.m that night when i was sleeping she called my room and asked me to come to the front desk to talk about the review i gave like seriously

Appreciated the front staff who provided cough drops for my wife at 4am. Much Appreciated! Comfy beds, all essebtials needed, quiet, good local food in nearby lounge/restaurant. Petfect for our needs. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. We locked ourselves out of our room late at night and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to replace our key late at night.

First time in Crossfield. Staff was hard to find and never at front counter so you have to phone them. They do not keep the hallway and stair lights on and with no natural light it is a safety hazard. Shampoo was in large reusable bottles which shows they are being cheap and unprofessional. The rooms were a good size and clean and cheaper than staying in Calgary. Staff is friendly when you can find them.

The motel is in a small community about a half hour drive from Calgary, and considerably less expensive than hotels in the Calgary area. The property is older but the owners do a good job of keeping the rooms clean. The staff is friendly, and the area is certainly quiet and safe.

It is quiet and in a secluded place. It is farther than I thought but the owner allowed me to cancel my second night which is good. Staff were helpful. Only one restaurant i saw in the area.

On the whole this is very good value for money. It took a while for our reservation but the staff came through. The location is now in the commercial park as the town has grown out to them. Nevertheless we found it a quiet and restful spot, which had everything we needed for an overnight rest stop. We would come again!

The property and the staff and the cleanliness were fantastic. I had a really nice stay. The rooms were very spacious. Little dated, but very clean. The area of the hotel is in is industrial so the only thing around there was a Restaurant. Thank you for a great stay!

The Inn was good for 1 night & had a great bar & grill next door to go to before retiring for the night.

The lady owner was so pleasant. She even offered to help carry in our luggage etc ;) Room was very clean, had fridge, microwave, etc. Very happy, in small communities, you never know what kind of hotel/motels you will find, and this one was wonderful! Across the parking lot was a restaurant, food was excellent, service great and was a two second walk!

The Inn itself is immaculate. The rooms are wonderful clean. The beds and pillows are amazing Owners take pride in there building I have stayed at the Inn 6 times and will go back every time I’m in Calgary. The rates are much cheaper than the city. Restaurant next door has some of the best food in the area and is always busy at night. Restaurant is not open for breakfast. The only concern I have is the pavement in the parking lot is getting beat up and rough. The inn itself is in like new condition. Hats off to the owners well done

Cheap stay. Close to airport. Very very clean however you can hear everything above you which kept us up for a little until the people above us went to sleep. Restaurant in parking lot was great too

Extremely clean & comfortable! The owners are amazing & helpful! For the price and location and wicked food from the restaurant/pub that shares the the parking lot!

The front staff is non-existent. I was lucky that the guy was walking by to check me in and took him 10 minutes to find my reservation as he kept leaving the front desk for no apparent reason. Once i was checked in, there was no one at the front. The hallways were dimmly lit and there was a plugin air freshner every outlet. The room smelled clean but we were not sure when the carpets were vacuumed. The bedsheets had a few visible stains. The couch in the room was covered over by a walmart couch cover that was not the right size. Bathroom was decent as the countertop seemed recently new. Towels were clean but a bit rough and we did find a previous persons body wash near the back of the toilet. Oh and the toilet was insanely loud. To the point where if you flished, you were walking everyone up. The bed was a-kin to sleeping on a rock. It was very solid and had no cushion left. It was a good sized room, ample seating and storage, large bar fridge and microwave, coffeemaker but no hair dryer. You could control the temperature of the room directly on the machine itself as the thermostat on the wall was for decoration. I also dont understand how they use a physical key instead of keycards when the locks on all the doors had a keycard slot.

The room was okay, nothing special. No problem getting a hairdryer as there wasn’t one in the room.

Room was clean, guy at check in was friendly and courteous. You can tell it’s an older hotel/inn but it’s clean. Bed was a bit hard, but that’s a personal preference. Would recommend to anyone and will stay again
