The Corn Tallet is located on a working farm. You need to be mindful of this re noise. It's conveniently located close to Bideford and Instow. It's dog friendly, but you need to keep them on a lead owing to the proximity of the sheep. You aren't allowed to walk them in the farmer's fields either. There isn't a a secure area on the farm for them to explore off the lead. The accommodation was comfortable, cosy, spacious,clean and tastefully decorated. There is a smart TV with all the channels you need. Mind you, don't sit indoors. Explore what North Devon has to offer. You are blessed with great beaches and marvellous places to eat. You are provided with everything you need for a great stay at the barn. Communication from Kim was great. She was very helpful. There is a hot tub close to the barn, which was an added bonus. Unfortunately, it broke whilst we were there, but Kim called out an engineer and it was fixed later in the day.
