Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations due to several issues. This was the worst of the six hotels we have stayed in the island. 1. Early morning construction: Construction work began in the adjacent rooms before 7:00 AM, creating significant noise disturbance. 2. Room conditions: Upon arrival, I found that the room had not been properly prepared, the coffee container was nearly empty. 3. No windows: The room had no windows or light. 4. Reception unavailable: The reception desk was closed, making it difficult to address these concerns or complete checkout properly. 5. The main door requires a fob to exit. We weren't informed how we get out in case of emergency. They did send a note and apologize telling us that they have recently acquired the property: however, did nothing to compensate the terrible experience we had. A genuine response for the inconvenience they've created could be welcome but they've used an AI agent to prep their response. It shows the value they have given to us as their guests (they copied the agent's response but forgotten to remove their own prompt asking the agent to apologize but don't commit on any compensation). Later on a hotel personnel called and apologized on her behalf and informed us that the owner would reach us out regarding compensation; as of today no one has called.
