I just spent a week with my son and it’s a little gem in the middle of the city with a perfect view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even had breakfast ready at 4 in the morning before we were leaving, breakfast is only at 730 and they would leave breakfast set up a little longer for the late arises. The room was always very clean. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back.

My mother is travelling with me she is 86 years old. They had no room for me and my wife they wanted us to go to a different hotel and leave my mom alone. She’s 86 and very sick. The reason was for her to be close to us the manager very disrespectful. only his way I told him I have to be close to my mom. She is very very sick. Me and my wife had the ocean front view reserved. He did not give it to us. He gave me a room at the back very dirty, and did not give us back the difference of money of the ocean front of you. He was rude very inconsiderate will never put my feet there or family there again very very disappointed.

Direkt vom Hotelzimmer zum Strand? Hier möglich! Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und absolut sauber. Besonders loben möchte ich das Personal! Sehr entgegenkommend und servicebegeistert. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns mit Freude sämtliche Touren organisiert, so dass wir auch ohne Mietwagen von Praia aus auf keine Sehenswürdigkeit verzichten mussten, stattdessen abends ins Meer springen konnten, was Angra uns so nicht geboten hätte. Jederzeit wieder!

The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, always smiling, and accommodating. Our room and the facility was very clean. There was always someone cleaning something. The view was beautiful and evenings on the veranda were peaceful with the sound of the waves hitting the beach. Enjoyed our stay and plan on going back.

Only downside is noise. Very peaceful overnight (11-7), but quite noisy otherwise If I knew I was getting Room #1 I would not have stayed here (right on sidewalk street level).. Otherwise excellent.

As new owners they are working to get the amenities up to scratch. The staff are outstanding, friendly and go way above and beyond to accomodate. Beds were comfortable and we had a city view. Fabulous to sit on shaded balcony with a breeze. Lots of restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk. Beach right across the road. Breakfast for little money was adequate. Would absolutely recommend.

They were very helpful with getting a taxi for my early flight and even opened the breakfast for me to ba able to eat something quick despite it being very early. Will stay here again!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in a 1-2 night stay. A continental breakfast was available for a small fee, they front desk staff were so kind & helpful! They held onto our luggage for a few hours, assisted us w/taxi/shuttle service & we’re overall just very generous. You’re right across from the beach too!

Ich wusste nicht, dass der Ort einen so schönen Strand hat... und dss Hotel direkt daneben. Habe es wegen der geringen Distanz zum Flughafen gewählt . Sollte ich nochmals nach Terceira kommen, plane ich da mindestens 3 Tage ein

Ich wusste nicht, dass der Ort einen so schönen Strand hat... und dss Hotel direkt daneben. Habe es wegen der geringen Distanz zum Flughafen gewählt . Sollte ich nochmals nach Terceira kommen, plane ich da mindestens 3 Tage ein

They were very helpful with getting a taxi for my early flight and even opened the breakfast for me to ba able to eat something quick despite it being very early. Will stay here again!

The staff was extremely helpful, cheerful, and spoke several languages. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Good breakfast buffett and fantastic location! This was my second reservation👍

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in a 1-2 night stay. A continental breakfast was available for a small fee, they front desk staff were so kind & helpful! They held onto our luggage for a few hours, assisted us w/taxi/shuttle service & we’re overall just very generous. You’re right across from the beach too!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!! This place is a run down, filthy dump. So bad we left after the first night. Black mold on the wall, peeling paint, dirty, terrible mattress, cracked shower so small you can’t turn around. Filthy stairwells. Cracks on the floor. The pictures they show of this place must be VERY OLD as they do not represent the current condition. Even the sign in the front was falling down. When we complained we were told they were full and couldn’t do anything…but there were still rooms available according to Travelocity. But looking around the halls and stairs were in such bad condition I doubt they even could have had a better alternative. They also couldn’t help us get the proper receipt for airline reimbursement so we will have to pay for the stay ourselves when it should have been covered by the airline due to flight cancellation. As we checked out I complained again and showed them my pictures of how bad the room was. The manager (who shook her head at how bad the photos are) only spoke broken English but in the end did promise to give us a refund…but it has been days and there has been no action and they are now ghosting my texts. I have no idea how they have gotten so many positive reviews. They must be manipulating them. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room is perfect, from a cozy, comfortable bed area, lovely couch in a seating area with a gorgeous view, to a well stocked functional kitchen. The bathroom is large and stocked with lovely amenities. The restaurant offers a set dinner menu which is absolutely delicious and offering local ingredients in the wonderful menu. The hotel is in the center of the charming town, within easy walking distance of all you could need and enjoy. Do yourself the favor and make this hotel a must to ensure a lovely stay on Teceira.
