The grounds were comfortable and lovely. The path to the water was great. The room was very nice, the sink needed replacement but worked. The bed was comfortable. I has a worn look but I liked the room, the kitchen was well equipped. Staff were friendly. The hot tub inside was not hot. Many of he children on the property were rowdy in the hot tub and pool at one point, that is a parent issue. They should follow the rules. A sign board was fallen over from rot. She staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and encourage others to do so.

The room was pleasant, though on the small side. The bed was big and comfortable, however the bathroom was tiny, shower only, the modern appliances and decor was much appreciated though!! The biggest problem my family and I had with the place, is that it advertises on its website that there are 2 hot tubs on the property, but when we got there we learned that the indoor hot tub was having heating issues, leaving only the outdoor hot tub which we discovered was only for adults. That was not mentioned on the website or upon check in, and I wish they would’ve been because my children and I were looking forward to that the most!

Nice location, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities like loaner bikes/fast WIFI/pool/playground for kids. Areas in need of improvement would be better quality beds, general maintenance of room interiors and external building freshening. The overall experience is ok, but it just appears maintenance of the rooms and property have been delayed. For the “resort” price a greater attention to detail was expected.
