The set of keys that were in the lockbox had a key for the main building door that would not open the lock. We left those keys on the key rack inside the hapartment hall. We left the keys with a brass key that worked for the main door in the lock box. We were fortunate that a lady from an upstairs apartment let us in the building on our arrival. The lock box for number 6 Is located around the corner next to the rubbish bins. It is not stated as such in the instructions provided and we called the mobile number to find that out. The lockbox beside the main door is different but has a letter box next to it for number six and that proved confusing. Despite our initial problem with entry we had a great time in Carbis Bay and surrounds. The apartment is very well equipped and well located.
