The room was clean but the bed was hard and not comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating. Overall it was a good stay but I did not care for the breakfast buffet at all. I liked the coffee and fruit. The pool , and gym accommodations were a save for this stay.

Liked the hotel, breakfast was great and the pool area is great. Only complaint is there's limited on site parking. I was afraid to move my car and not be able to valet my car again after going out.

5 days in Joao Passoa. Hotel is well located very close to Tambau Beach with a lot of things to do around. Hotel staff is good and professional. However not at a 4 stars level like mentioned on the hotels app. Room are missing maintenance and cleanliness is not utmost. On the very positive point: - localization - FItness (hotel does not have is own fitness but provide to a fitness close to hotel that is excellent) - laundry service next to hotel very convenient - Coffee and aramitized water available all afternoon on hotel as soon as you arrive from your daily trip Point to improve: - maintenance - cleanliness - elevator that you can wait for quite a while
