Was lovely to stay couple of night, I definitely would stay longer next time. It was Awesome the beach was so so close proximity so private, patrolled and lovely for swimming and bit of surfing. The pool was so clean and inviting, PutPut golf, tennis court, basketball court, it was a lovely stay 👍👍⛱️⛱️⛱️ The One Thing that didn’t have is Netflix etc Couldn’t even get it to go from your own phone, TV’s are not updated, don’t have even chromeCast . But that’s the one thing that they failed with Other than that, the place was Awesome

Our family stayed here for only 3 nights in August and we absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything you need. The staff are friendly, the cabins are comfy and the scenery is stunning. Great location, beautiful beaches, great local things to do, great for families. The outdoor sauna and the carts were definitely a highlight. We'll definitely be back in warmer weather 🌤 😎

Our stay at Ingenia One Mile was fantastic. The park is beautiful and has everything to keep kids entertained. There’s the beautiful lagoon pool with waterslide, putt putt golf, children's playgrounds, tennis, massive bouncy pillow, kids club activities etc etc. The cabins and all the facilities are very clean and tidy, all the staff are amazing, and it’s right on the beach. There’s a cafe/bar onsite (although it was only open to 2pm when we were there), lots of very well maintained barbecues, a camp kitchen and visiting food trucks. It’s a 5min drive to Anna Bay, where there is a supermarket/pub/restaurants, and 10/12mins into Nelson Bay. We only had 2 days there and it wasn’t nearly enough!

The bed was perfectly soft, you sank into it was the best! 3 different playgrounds was handy. I loved it beeing next to a beach which was perfect to learn to surf. Free golf and access to ither activities wa s great. I accidentally moved the couch and found a packet of opened lollies. The spa was not working and the pool was freezing.

Exceeded our expectations! Would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed in the luxury tent accomodation with 6 kids over the Christmas holidays and it was fantastic. The ammenities were 5 star, there were daily free activities for the kids. Two pools, mini golf, basketball court and tennis court. The go carts were the biggest hit across the stay to keep the kids active, the roads were safe for the kids to play on alone as the access to the park is restricted. The property is on the beach with a restaurant and bar next door. Also the luxury tents have 2 toilets and a second tv in the main bedroom. The tents have air conditioning which in summer is needed.

This holiday park had cabins that had well equipped kitchen. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty to do mini golf, swimming pool, jumping pillow and basket ball court which were enjoyed by our young child. We would happily return again.

Arrived early around 11.30am and asked to be notified when room was ready. Went to check in at 240pm and was told they only just started on the room and would be 20mins. Understand check in is not until 3pm however probably should have been told at 11.30am there was no chance it would be ready before then. Notified at 3.05pm the room was ready. Given a $10 voucher for “our patience” from a venue that was not even open half the time. Cutlery, cups and plates were dirty and needed to be rewashed. We had 3 kids with us and had to make the beds ourself upon arrival. Not sure why that was. Utensils were bare minimum with not even an oven tray to use the oven with. Stove top needed to be started with a lighter but was not advised of this. Considering the late check in and having to be out by 10am on check out, definitely was not worth the $1400 for 3 nights. The woman who checked us in was lovely though.

Our family absolutely LOVED this holiday park!!! Our cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The park is close to loads of activities and an easy walk/access to the beach, not to mention the endless ways to keep the kids entertained within the holiday park! We had the best weekend and cannot wait to come back. Would (and have already) recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately our room had not been cleaned properly when we arrived for our out of hours check in. The Park Manager was great in compensating by bringing new linen and crediting our first night's stay. Aside from the "human logistical error, everythinh else was great.

Stove top needed to be started with a lighter but was not advised of this. Considering the late check in and having to be out by 10am on check out, definitely was not worth the $1400 for 3 nights. The woman who checked us in was lovely though.

Was lovely to stay couple of night, I definitely would stay longer next time. It was Awesome the beach was so so close proximity so private, patrolled and lovely for swimming and bit of surfing. The pool was so clean and inviting, PutPut golf, tennis court, basketball court, it was a lovely stay 👍👍⛱️⛱️⛱️ The One Thing that didn’t have is Netflix etc Couldn’t even get it to go from your own phone, TV’s are not updated, don’t have even chromeCast . But that’s the one thing that they failed with Other than that, the place was Awesome

The bed was perfectly soft, you sank into it was the best! 3 different playgrounds was handy. I loved it beeing next to a beach which was perfect to learn to surf. Free golf and access to ither activities wa s great. I accidentally moved the couch and found a packet of opened lollies. The spa was not working and the pool was freezing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The park facilities were great for families and we loved the easy beach access. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The only negatives we have are that even though we stayed in a budget cabin, we had very limited amenities in the cabin. We didn’t have a chopping board or a set of tongs which made it difficult at meal times. The cabin was also very dated however other cabins we saw inside were much more modern. We had a great time and will definitely return, just probably not in a budget cabin.

This is the perfect caravan park to stay at for a family holiday, especially with young kiddies. We booked the family luxury tent (glamping) and it was honestly so nice! Had all the basics you need and the pool, kids play areas and beach were constant entertainment. The only issue we had is that our 2 year old didn’t sleep very well during our stay, and the safari tents are paper thin so it was a bit stressful. If you have very young kids who are loud and temperamental at night, or you’re worried they may wake each other up, a cabin might be a bit more sound proof and better!

Arrived early around 11.30am and asked to be notified when room was ready. Went to check in at 240pm and was told they only just started on the room and would be 20mins. Understand check in is not until 3pm however probably should have been told at 11.30am there was no chance it would be ready before then. Notified at 3.05pm the room was ready. Given a $10 voucher for “our patience” from a venue that was not even open half the time. Cutlery, cups and plates were dirty and needed to be rewashed. We arrived around 4.20pm after a long drive. My husband 79 was tired and needing to use the bathroom. I had already done an online checkin. The man at the desk was on the phone and my husband stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the man to finish the phone call. How utterly rude to leave someone standing there for so long. All he had to do was excuse himself from the phone call for a short moment to give my husband the key and map of the villa. We had travelled for over 2 weeks staying at different resorts and this was the only person that was so rude and arrogant. I certainly would not book in again to your resort.

We were only there for an overnight stay, however were really impressed and plan on staying there again. We were pleased they accommodated our last minute request for a bigger cabin. The beach, cafe, talking bird, huge jumping pillow & clean/ comfortable cabin were all highlights. Large modern bathroom with hot shower. Had a great night’s sleep. Staff were very friendly and communicated well. Though I didn’t need to use them, it was great to see some EV chargers there too!

Our stay at Ingenia One Mile was fantastic. The park is beautiful and has everything to keep kids entertained. There’s the beautiful lagoon pool with waterslide, putt putt golf, children's playgrounds, tennis, massive bouncy pillow, kids club activities etc etc. The cabins and all the facilities are very clean and tidy, all the staff are amazing, and it’s right on the beach. There’s a cafe/bar onsite (although it was only open to 2pm when we were there), lots of very well maintained barbecues, a camp kitchen and visiting food trucks. It’s a 5min drive to Anna Bay, where there is a supermarket/pub/restaurants, and 10/12mins into Nelson Bay. We only had 2 days there and it wasn’t nearly enough!

Unfortunately our room had not been cleaned properly when we arrived for our out of hours check in. The Park Manager was great in compensating by bringing new linen and crediting our first night's stay. Aside from the "human logistical error, everythinh else was great.

We stayed in a cabin which was clean and comfortable. The property is close to Anna Bay and Nelson Bay which are the the main shopping centres and beaches. Also close to clubs, pubs, restaurants, etc.

Exceeded our expectations! Would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed in the luxury tent accomodation with 6 kids over the Christmas holidays and it was fantastic. The ammenities were 5 star, there were daily free activities for the kids. Two pools, mini golf, basketball court and tennis court. The go carts were the biggest hit across the stay to keep the kids active, the roads were safe for the kids to play on alone as the access to the park is restricted. The property is on the beach with a restaurant and bar next door. Also the luxury tents have 2 toilets and a second tv in the main bedroom. The tents have air conditioning which in summer is needed.

People out there are very friendly, very close to the beautiful beach and relax. Every thing is very close to the bars, restaurants, active for kids and shopping. It's good for family. One unfortunately, rug, floor and carpet is dirty when my baby was crawing on the floor and his garment is full of black dirty. They didn't mop the floor and didn't wash the carpet and rug. We will definitely go there again for family time.

Nice camp and an amazing location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however there were some cleaning issues that should be addressed. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty, and the cutlery tray was dirty and moldy, which could potentially become a health issue. The plates also felt oily and did not appear to be cleaned properly. Even if this was caused by previous guests, the staff should check everything and ensure the cabin is properly cleaned and ready for the next guests. Only one bed in the master bedroom was made before our arrival. The bedsheets in the kids’ room did not seem properly cleaned and had stains, and the wooden parts of the bed were covered with a thick layer of dust. The rest of the cabin was reasonably clean.
