AKA White House

The rooms were fantastic: modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. The listing did not mention that the two-room suite also has 2 full bathrooms, which was a great bonus. We used the Spot Hero website to secure very reasonably priced and safe parking nearby. Location was convenient- walkable to many attractions and close to the Metro, too.

The walls and floors were INCREDIBLY thin. We could hear conversations of neighbors speaking in normal voice tones. They lacked basic amenities like WASH CLOTHS and Kleenex. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. It's more like a 2-3 star budget extended stay suite.

This place is fantasitc for a for a family - got a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a family room and kitchen for the same price as one small hotel room in the same area. Everything worked well, generally speaking, but all was not perfect - each bathroom door did not close all of the way, each of the bathroom vents were blowing air into the bathroom instead of pulling air out of the bathroom - this was an issue one time as someone in the building was frying fish (not on a Friday) and the smell was coming into our unit through the bathroom vents. Some moulding was coming off of the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. But, if you can get past these kind of imperfections, you're in for a real treat.

Loved this place!!! Would stay again!
