Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. 3 good dining options on property. Fabulous indoor pool and hot tub, all heated. No crowds. Very calming. Lovely place to relax. We don’t gamble, just enjoyed a relaxing night in a beautiful hotel.

Very nice. Expect to pay around $45 plus or minus for dinner and breakfast. The indoor pool is very nice. Casino has a bonus for Veterens, grab a players club card and save on the evening buffet. If you miss the evening buffet there’s always the morning buffet. Great coffee shop with pastries open during the day. Fitness room is small but has everything you need. Rooms were comfortable and very nice. Staff was great.

Great time here. First time staying here was pleasant and cozy with many amenities for guests. The pool is very luxurious and huge so plenty room for groups or solo swimmers. The game room was well laid out and looked really engaging (only viewed through glass.)

Room was clean, options on tv was a little confusing but we got it to work. Bathroom shower was ok, just needed a little final touches on cleanliness but overall it was a great stay!

Everything was what a hotel room should be - comfy bed, hot shower, spacious room, bathroom amenities, coffee and small refrigerator. However, that being said, our room was cold and when I attempted to turn down the air conditioner, it stopped at a certain temp point and would not adjust any further, so I wasn't able to modify the temp using the thermostat. So, instead, I turned the thermostat unit off. The other issue was a minor detail, but an important one for me - there was black mold in the corners of the shower. Again, it wasn't a lot, but it was something I notice. It's probably due to the fact that there is no ventilation switch to turn on/off. I don't know if there is a fan integrated with the bathroom light, but both my daughter and I never heard a fan run. Definitely not a deterrent, but I thought it was odd. Other than that, it was a very classy, modern hotel with on-site perks (restaurants and casino).

I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, including the rooms, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was good as well. Overall, a pleasant experience — definitely a place I would return to if I’m in the area again.

Overall great stay. I loved the room and staff were helpful and nice. Only downfall was things were not clean. My sheets had orange stuff on them like they were not changed. The tongs for the ice were dirty as if someone used them for food and they were never replaced for the next guest.

I've been on the road for 12 days and have stayed in 6 hotels on this trip. The Twin Arrows Casino is by far thee nicest place I've stayed. I highly recommend it.

My overall experience here was pretty good! Our room was clean, and our server at the sports bar restaurant was awesome and very nice! The hotel is very nice and reasonably priced! My only complaints are the broken room thermostat and people slamming doors all throughout the night. Our room was not as sound proof as we would have wanted :(

Excellent clean and spacious room. Great bed. Part of casino complex that includes restaurants and other amenities. It is a casino, and so there is the temptation to gamble a little more than you otherwise might if you weren’t staying there, but really a very nice place. Be aware that on the weekends they sell out. Best to go on a week night in the off season.

Beautiful room. Very spacious, including a large bathroom with a huge shower. The layout allows for the entrance to be off the main hallway, resulting in a quiet stay. My only complaint are the numerous LED lights (every switch, phones, microwave and air purifier) that make the room too bright for sleeping. I had to cover most of them with hand towels.

Everything about Twin Arrows was great. The service was wonderful, and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The shower is enormous! If you like casinos, stay here, because they have a great one on the main floor that stays open until late in the night.

The wall are a bit thin can hear people in rooms next door using the bathroom. Other than that this is our second time staying here and we will for sure comeback

We enjoyed Twin Arrows in all aspects except for being ignored after being seated at a table in the sports lounge. After waiting for 20 minutes, watching other guests being served who had arrived after us, we decided to leave. On the way out, we. Told the host what had happened since he seated us. He was apologetic, but it was rude of the wait staff to walk past us and not even say hi.

Almost a perfect score from my end, but the housekeeping staff was very pushy — they were knocking on my door at 8:30 a.m. for cleaning, even though my checkout time was 11 a.m. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Front desk failed to return my ID. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for it to be returned. Idk maybe write a note by the front desk to give it back. This is ridiculous I’m ready to go to sleep but had to hunt my dumb license down. Very unprofessional.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facility was spotless and beautiful to the eye. The resort had everything you needed so you wouldn't have to leave the facility. Unless you wanted to dine or explore out side the casino. The only negative is that it is a little out of the way from downtown Flagstaff.

Only downfall is that the food quality was mediocre at best and was horribly expensive! $40 for a traditional 2 egg breakfast and OJ, buffet of old food for dinner $30+. No healthy fresh food options available to grab and go.

Large, quiet bedrooms in casino hotel. Bathroom was large with double sinks and excellent shower. Good casual sport bar restaurant with wide variety of options. Also more expensive steak house. Courteous and helpful staff.

Our room was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful and comfortable. However dinner options were a very expensive steak house or a really subpar buffet (actually the worst buffet I’ve ever had). One little boring salad option, way overcooked prime rib. The Mac and cheese was good, the fried chicken not bad, dessert selection sad. Define not worth $25

The hotel rooms are amazing, clean, and the beds are good for a night or two stay. What isn't amazing is the options for food. Besides being overpriced, the buffet was terrible. Worst buffet food I have ever had. They need to have a Cafe with a menu not a buffet and have it opened into the evening to give people more options. We have stayed there numerous times and love the hotel part, but the lack of food to eat is something that will keep us from staying again.

King suite was expansive, quite and comfortable, great room. Dinner at Zypher not so much but mostly on us due to our choice. Shared the seafood platter. The shimp could have been cooked a little more and were pretty flavorless. Salmon salad was ok. Lobster salad was fine. Sauces were fine. Shared a chopped salad which was fine. Grabbed a latte (fine) and muffin (horrible) at the cafe the next morning.

Everything about the hotel and casino was excellent except for the food, breakfast and seafood dinner buffets were so-so. But otherwise this was great, so glad we discovered it. Last time i was in this part of the country this resort didn't exist, so this was a pleasant surprise. Set far back off of I-40 so no issues with traffic noise.
