Stunning property and fairly convenient to downtown Bozeman. Friendly staffand good proactive communication via text. Some of the property features are off limits to guests (fire pit) which was a little off putting. The room we had was nice but not quite up to what I’d expect from the cost. A shade in the only window was broken rendering the window dark.

Beautiful location, outstanding customer service. Cross country skiing onsite. The Bar/dining room staff and food were incredible. I felt like a queen with all of the luxuries in my room, including a complimentary bottle of champagne. This will always be my first choice when I'm looking for a place to stay near Bozeman.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. Lodge and the surroundings were beautiful. Even had an opportunity to cast a line in the pond and sat outside our room in the evening and watched the wildlife. The restaurant was closed due to a boiler issue but Max was a great host and provided us recommendations for dinner. Close to the airport was another big plus. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

This was a nice place. If you like peace & quiet & not much to do, this is your place! Very comfortable bed but pillows too puffy for us. We would have liked a microwave though. Excellent staff, extremely friendly!

This is my first experience other than city hotels. The Hotel located in rural area. Quite far from city even you don't see any light of city. In the morning if you wake up early you may have a chance to see some ducks, turkeys and deers. Especially deers may come close to your room. Lastly the restaurant of the hotel really good. And one can must taste Montana Mule and Crème Brûlée.

The Lodge was absolutely wonderful. Rooms were comfortable-clean- and super quiet. There is a restaurant on site. Due to our schedule, we were unable to dine there, but given the number of people there on a weekday night - it must be very good. There are also XC trails on site for winter visitors.

I was familiar with the property prior to booking. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff was great. The location for us was great. The restaurant on site was good. Some things people should know is you do have a short drive in on a non- paved road- but the views are worth it. Parking can be a little difficult due to busy resturant and you may have to walk a short distance to your room especially if you are in a back cabin facing the lake, but no more than I have at other large hotels. Breakfast is just a continental they place in your fridge with an apple, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, a pastry and cereal. Coffee and tea in your room. We love the peaceful atmosphere, and would stay here on our next visit to Bozeman

What a beautiful setting for a great small fishing lodge in Bozeman Montana. The restaurant is first rate, the rooms are western comfy and they have a wonderful continental breakfast left in your room to snack on.

Lodge is a beautiful rustic-style building in an open-field setting. Location was just a mile off the highway and convenient to the airport. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. French Doors provided a great view of the open fields and early morning deer sightings. November was probably the wrong choice, a little too "off season" for us after all. Guess I should have paid more attention that breakfast would be cold items in the refrigerator. Had to drive for breakfast and lunch. Restaurant only open 2 nights of our 3-night stay, and in our opinion, a little too pricey and too fancy for this setting. Staff that we did see were pleasant and friendly. Very low key stay.

The Gallatin River Lodge is a hidden gym. Our stay here was for just one night to get closer to the airport. Just 12 minutes away it's worth the xtra few minutes out of town to stay here. Beautiful clean, comfortable rooms. Breathtaking property and outside patio seating. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Max at the front desk and Jess seemingly doing "all the things" to make sure things ran smoothly and making people feel welcome were above and beyond with customer service. Our server LW was wonderful and Dinner right here at the Lodge was delicious! No reason to go into town. We drank champagne on the outside patio (with a random 50 degree day in December) while watching the sunset when several deer came out from the woods and were feeding right in front of us. Just a spectacular spot. If ever here in the Bozeman area again this will be our first choice of where to stay! Highly Recommend!

What an amazing place to stay! It was a perfect winter wonderland. The rooms are incredible, the lodge was gorgeous and everything was perfect. We recommend this place as a perfect couple get away-or for any reason! We cannot wait to return.

This was such a lovely place to stay! The breakfast provided was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful. My room had a pond view and saw some animals too. Highly recommend.

The lodge is one building that includes your room, the restaurant, the bar, and the kitchen. The night we stayed they were hosting a private event so only a limited bar menu was available to guests and it was loud music and people walking on the wood floors downstairs until 11:30 pm. It was not an ideal stay for us for sure. We had an early AM flight the next morning so no true rest till around midnight was not ideal. With the extreme price tag of a one-night stay, we expected so much more. Needless to say, we won't be back and wouldn't recommend it.

I love that it's a boutique property with lot's of personalized touches. Staff was amazing, love the fireplace and jacuzzi tub in the room, and the views. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staying at gallatin river lodge was an outstanding experience for our family of three. We enjoyed the peace of the property while being able to easily access MSU, downtown Bozeman and the ski mountain. Staff here was very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner the first night at the restaurant. The food was excellent, atmosphere conducive to conversation and service responsive. The in room amenities were outstanding as well with nespresso offered and also a basket Filled with solid breakfast items. Their in house granola was excellent. We highly recommend a stay at GRL.
Staying at gallatin river lodge was an outstanding experience for our family of three. We enjoyed the peace of the property while being able to easily access MSU, downtown Bozeman and the ski mountain. Staff here was very friendly and helpful. Stunning property and fairly convenient to downtown Bozeman. Friendly staffand good proactive communication via text. Some of the property features are off limits to guests (fire pit) which was a little off putting. The room we had was nice but not quite up to what I’d expect from the cost. A shade in the only window was broken rendering the window dark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. Lodge and the surroundings were beautiful. Even had an opportunity to cast a line in the pond and sat outside our room in the evening and watched the wildlife. The restaurant was closed due to a boiler issue but Max was a great host and provided us recommendations for dinner. Close to the airport was another big plus. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The Gallatin River Lodge is a hidden gym. Our stay here was for just one night to get closer to the airport. Just 12 minutes away it's worth the xtra few minutes out of town to stay here. Beautiful clean, comfortable rooms. Breathtaking property and outside patio seating. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Max at the front desk and Jess seemingly doing "all the things" to make sure things ran smoothly and making people feel welcome were above and beyond with customer service. Our server LW was wonderful and Dinner right here at the Lodge was delicious! No reason to go into town. We drank champagne on the outside patio (with a random 50 degree day in December) while watching the sunset when several deer came out from the woods and were feeding right in front of us. Just a spectacular spot. If ever here in the Bozeman area again this will be our first choice of where to stay! Highly Recommend!

Extremely nice staff and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast basket was perfect for early morning to airport..The lodge is decorated for a perfect destination and its not far from airport but still countryside.

Staying at gallatin river lodge was an outstanding experience for our family of three. We enjoyed the peace of the property while being able to easily access MSU, downtown Bozeman and the ski mountain. Staff here was very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner the first night at the restaurant. The food was excellent, atmosphere conducive to conversation and service responsive. The in room amenities were outstanding as well with nespresso offered and also a basket Filled with solid breakfast items. Their in house granola was excellent. We highly recommend a stay at GRL.

I was familiar with the property prior to booking. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff was great. The location for us was great. The restaurant on site was good. Some things people should know is you do have a short drive in on a non- paved road- but the views are worth it. Parking can be a little difficult due to busy resturant and you may have to walk a short distance to your room especially if you are in a back cabin facing the lake, but no more than I have at other large hotels. Breakfast is just a continental they place in your fridge with an apple, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, a pastry and cereal. Coffee and tea in your room. Beautiful location, outstanding customer service. Cross country skiing onsite. The Bar/dining room staff and food were incredible. I felt like a queen with all of the luxuries in my room, including a complimentary bottle of champagne. This will always be my first choice when I'm looking for a place to stay near Bozeman.

The Hotel was gorgeous and quiet with wildlife around. The staff were friendly and super helpful. And the restaurant attached is truly amazing and very tasty. The only thing I was disappointed by was that they said breakfast was included but it was not a hot meal, it was little breakfast items included in the fridge. But they did give us a good recommendation for a hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful setting for a great small fishing lodge in Bozeman Montana. The restaurant is first rate, the rooms are western comfy and they have a wonderful continental breakfast left in your room to snack on.

Lodge is a beautiful rustic-style building in an open-field setting. Location was just a mile off the highway and convenient to the airport. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. French Doors provided a great view of the open fields and early morning deer sightings. November was probably the wrong choice, a little too "off season" for us after all. Guess I should have paid more attention that breakfast would be cold items in the refrigerator. Had to drive for breakfast and lunch. Restaurant only open 2 nights of our 3-night stay, and in our opinion, a little too pricey and too fancy for this setting. Staff that we did see were pleasant and friendly. Very low key stay.

Our room was smaller than anticipated. The staff was great but there were just some things that should have been in better condition. Portable a/c in the room took up space, just kind of clunky. Wew DID thoroughly enjoy happy hour and dinner. All the staff was great for Wednesday dinner. Just not sure the whole experience was worth over 400.00 a night

This is a place that has charm that is more and more evident as you spend time here. Out in a private quiet place with gorgeous views. Very comfortable room and just right amenities. Great restaurant. Best trout I have had in a year, at least. Country house feel.

Awesome staff, and very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was there was a room above us and the children staying there were doing laps. Not the fault of the property of course, but made it hard to relax. And they were up around 6 am…. Also, not sure what the $35 resort fee covered. There was a sauna and that was about it from what we could tell. Recommend bringing your own breakfast. Limited options available at the resort.
