I traveled to see my son, and his family of 5, with their dog, who were staying at the motel, for a few days. They let me check in early and managed to give me a room close to my grandchildren, which I thought was very accommodating. The pool was great and the staff are very pleasant.

Customer service was great bed spread had burn holes in it pillows were flat as the sheets carpet in room has stains all over them seen roaches coming out from the mirror and some in the bathroom.in the pool area was an ice machine and soda machine ice machine did not work and sodas 2.50 each

What I didn't like was that when I walked into my room after cheeking in was that it was a non smoking room but it smelled like someone that smoked and the bed was very hard that I did have a comfortable sleep. But overall the facility was fairly clean and had a pool that was clean.

The pool was out of service the last 2 days of our stay. The internet was absolutely terrible and never worked. The beds were too small, they only have us 2 pillows on each bed. I had to go buy pillows. The curtain didnt shut all the way. I had to tie them shut with a hair tie.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking lot, pool, exterior safe,well lit, and maintained. It is a price friendly motel, so you shouldn't set high expectations staying here. Mattresses were comfortable but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room was less than desirable. Constant strong smell of weed and cigarettes throughout our stay. It served its purpose for a 1 night stay.

Absolute disgrace. This is not a rating of 7 which is seen online. And the photos online are not what you get!!! I will be requesting a full refund. We were in the room for maybe 2 hours and left. After the frost room I was given that had a toilet running and disgusting smell and cigarette burns in the blanket I was able to “look” at 3 other rooms. All other 3 were the same smelled, broken things, cigarette burns, etc A spider/web hanging from the ceiling. Absolute disgust!

Total dump. Lots of warnings about not smoking yet the room smelled like it had been smoked in and was covered up with air freshener. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, burn marks on the sink, stains on bedding and mattress, furniture not updated since the 80s, dirt in all corners of the floor especially bathroom, scratches on the headboards, slashes in the barstools, scratch marks all over the sink, the door seemed like it had been busted open before and didn’t shut tightly, loose drop ceiling tiles, a drooping shelf, etc etc.

Room has carpet and large pee stains. Smelled like urine. Large stain on matress. No matress pad cover just a flat sheet. Was given refund for 2nd night I didnt stay. Lots of people coming and going next door late @ night. Noisy!

Upon arrival, we found roaches in the room.. when asked for a refund, it was granted, except for ironically the $50 cleaning fee. Front desk staff did not seem at all surprised by or apologetic for the fact we encountered bugs in the room.

It was a small room but that's all we needed fir an overnight sleeping. Bathroom is small, we were 3 people but only 1 set of towels was available. Beds were high but found it comfortable. Pillows were fairly flat but were asked for extras and we got them.

This motel while aged appears well kept and clean. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The issues are bugs and noise. Lots of bugs crawling around on the furniture. The other patrons near my room were up beyond 2am in the morning and noisy on a weeknight.

I’ve never stayed in a motel before and try to avoid them at all costs. However this motel was pretty decent. I felt safe being here and did not have any real interactions with any of the other guests. There was a hole in our ceiling, some chips behind a dresser but other than that things were okay. It’s less than an hour to ocean city and 20 ish minutes to the Delaware beaches

The location is wonderful if you\'re visiting anyone in the Pot-Nets communities...and that\'s about the only pro outside of great air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, and water pressure. Upon arrival, we immediately requested new pillow covers because ours were stained yellow. We counted approximately 10 bugs throughout our four-day stay, including what looked to be a cockroach that crawled back underneath the gap in the walls. We were missing a tub stopper and asked for one in the office and were told, "I guess we don\'t have one for your room. Here\'s a rag to shove in the drain. You can purchase a stopper at the store if you really want one." Seriously?! Our neighbors were clearly drug addicts and made our stay quite entertaining (in the worst way). We almost called the police one night due to a domestic dispute as it kept our 2-year old son awake late at night. They even proceeded to set off fireworks in the parking lot right next to our door one night. Their pitbull also got into a fight with another dog in the parking lot. Good luck calling the office at night to report anything because no one is there. We will never stay here again!

The place was a great little place for our long weekend. But we booked a king bed room 6 wks prior to our trip and we were put in a 2 double bed room. When questioned about it, the response was we dont have anymore. There are reasons why we chose one big bed not two smaller ones, and that is comfortabilty. Sleeping was not as comfortable as it should have been.

More parking spaces around the motel would be nice. The "emergency number" is a voice-mail that's not regularly checked. Carpet definitely could use replacing. Staff is friendly. Location is quiet, nice rural town.

Exactly as expected for what I paid, no complaints at all. I think people giving bad reviews need to be realistic about what they're paying for. This isn't the Mariott. It served it's purpose, the people were friendly and responsive, and I had zero issues.

The location is wonderful if you\'re visiting anyone in the Pot-Nets communities...and that\'s about the only pro outside of great air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, and water pressure. Upon arrival, we immediately requested new pillow covers because ours were stained yellow. We counted approximately 10 bugs throughout our four-day stay, including what looked to be a cockroach that crawled back underneath the gap in the walls. We were missing a tub stopper and asked for one in the office and were told, "I guess we don\'t have one for your room. Here\'s a rag to shove in the drain. You can purchase a stopper at the store if you really want one." Seriously?! Our neighbors were clearly drug addicts and made our stay quite entertaining (in the worst way). We almost called the police one night due to a domestic dispute as it kept our 2-year old son awake late at night. They even proceeded to set off fireworks in the parking lot right next to our door one night. Their pitbull also got into a fight with another dog in the parking lot. Good luck calling the office at night to report anything because no one is there. We will never stay here again!

It is an older motel so expect there will be signs of wear. Our room was clean. The fridge worked, the Keurig worked, the WiFi worked, the TV worked and there was hot water. We just needed a place to rest our head for a day or two while in the area and we didn't want to spend too much money. It served the purpose.

More parking spaces around the motel would be nice. The "emergency number" is a voice-mail that's not regularly checked. Carpet definitely could use replacing. Staff is friendly. Location is quiet, nice rural town.

I’ve never stayed in a motel before and try to avoid them at all costs. However this motel was pretty decent. I felt safe being here and did not have any real interactions with any of the other guests. There was a hole in our ceiling, some chips behind a dresser but other than that things were okay. It’s less than an hour to ocean city and 20 ish minutes to the Delaware beaches

Too high priced. Nice pool. Nearby fast food. They could provide a light breakfast for the price we paid per room. The coffee was low quality, could not tell it was coffee.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room had “seen better days” The headboards were scratched up and the room smelled of smoke despite the room being designated as non-smoking. There was a dead bug underneath the pillow on my bed. I had been warned by locals not to stay here but read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I would NOT recommend.

We got here after the front desk closed and they were still very prompt about getting us checked in. The pool was nice, the pizza place next door was decent and the room was great, especially for the price. We will definitely be staying here on our return visit

Got to hotel raining cats and dogs. Hotel was brightly lit making it easy to get things out of truck. Room was sufficiently cool, had every appliance you can ever need. They have a restaurant on site open until 10. That’s a great idea! Food was good. Really comfortable memory foam mattress!!! Slept great and wasn’t hot. Woke refreshed. Grounds appear nice, swimming pool was a beauty, but it was raining. Tremendous savings. Comfortable sleep. Clean w/attention to detail, but a bit dated. Only negative for us was carpet. I can take it for the savings. Appreciate the value. Thanks.

We loved the location the size of the room and the bed was soo comfortable. Just needs a little maintenance deeper cleaning and the pool wasn’t maintained at all . We saw no one shocking or putting chlorine in the pool the entire time we were there

No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.
