Lovely guest house, warm welcome and thought of small details, such as breakfast choices every night for next day, large DVD collection, squash in room and games collection. Great shower !

Our first stay in a guest house with our teenage children . We only booked a few days before ( learned we’d got a cancellation ). Check in was easy as we’d already paid upfront with hotels.com . Room ready and warm and clean .wasnt expecting little extra touches in a guest house but we were spoiled with kettle , coffee machine , biscuits , water , juices and a great range of glasses and cups too . The room was a great size with plenty of storage and a lovely view . Very centrally placed in the area . We had room 5 -family room . Games were also on floor one and DVDS Breakfast ordered the night before . Was impressed with it being ready the exact time ordered and lovely to have little extras to get from the buffet too -breakfast took with a view too . A very small car park to hold three cars is quite hard to get into due to terrain - we managed but easy to park outside on the little road . Little garden area too for warmer , drier days . This place has set the bar high for guest houses .thank you to the lady who checked us in and the very hospitable lady who brought our breakfasts and cleared up promptly - also making sure we were comfortable

Couldn't find anywhere within our price point and came across here. What a lovely place to stay. Clean with a great breakfast and all the commodities needed for a comfortable stay. A very short walk into town and very handily placed. Highly recommended and will come again

Stayed for 2 nights. Was going to arrive late so rang and spoke to host who explained where key etc would be. Room was on the top floor. Good sized room with everything you need. Very high standard of cleanliness. You have to pre-order breakfast by completing a form each night. Breakfast was lovely. All in all a lovely place to stay.

The host was so friendly. She really looked after us. House is beautiful and room was so classy, cosy and warm. Felt really at home. You can really tell its a four star. Even has music in the breakfast room so it's not so silent. They have thought of everything. Even a ironing board and iron in your room. Absolutely stunning and such a reasonable price too. Breakfast was amazing! So much variation and the full welsh was cooked to perfection. It's the little attention to detail that really impressed us. Thank you and will definitely be back.

Fantastic location, rooms and beds comfortable although bath towels need replacing. Very small and threads hanging off. Lovely views from the hotel. Breakfast was good variety , cooked breakfast could have been cooked a bit more , but personal taste maybe as sausage not browned much. Overall would recommend and would stay again

Betws-y-Coed is a perfect base camp for exploring the region and we were so fortunate to have picked Coed-y-Fron as our accommodation. Easy access to hiking trails, very good restaurants and a warm and friendly family run B&B. We stayed four nights and loved our room with a comfortable king size bed and updated private bath with shower. A memorable highlight of our cross country adventure in England and Wales!

The hut was luxurious and comfortable despite being in the middle of no where. It combined tranquility and peaceful countryside conditions with the comforts you’d expect from home or a hotel. The views were to die for and were well looked after by our hosts.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The location in N. Wales was very convenient for us, and we very much enjoyed the community around the town, as well. The room was very nice, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect for our stay in Betws-y-Coed. Quiet, clean comfortable. The breakfast options are ideal, and we also took advantage of the Inn's pack lunch service when we went on day hikes. Very convenient to the central village, as well as trail heads. Please note, if you manage to arrive in Betws with a week's worth of dirty clothes like we did, this property cannot provide laundry service. There is, however, a small coin-op laundry in Llanrwst, which is the next town up the trail line. It really wasn't a problem for us to get there, take care of business, and return.

Lovely guest house, warm welcome and thought of small details, such as breakfast choices every night for next day, large DVD collection, squash in room and games collection. Great shower !

Really friendly welcome with instructions very well explained. The room was absolutely spotless. My sister and I have thoroughly enjoyed the freshly made breakfast. Excellent hotel!

Our first stay in a guest house with our teenage children . We only booked a few days before ( learned we’d got a cancellation ). Check in was easy as we’d already paid upfront with hotels.com . Room ready and warm and clean .wasnt expecting little extra touches in a guest house but we were spoiled with kettle , coffee machine , biscuits , water , juices and a great range of glasses and cups too . The room was a great size with plenty of storage and a lovely view . Very centrally placed in the area . We had room 5 -family room . Games were also on floor one and DVDS Breakfast ordered the night before . Was impressed with it being ready the exact time ordered and lovely to have little extras to get from the buffet too -breakfast took with a view too . A very small car park to hold three cars is quite hard to get into due to terrain - we managed but easy to park outside on the little road . Little garden area too for warmer , drier days . This place has set the bar high for guest houses .thank you to the lady who checked us in and the very hospitable lady who brought our breakfasts and cleared up promptly - also making sure we were comfortable

Stayed for 2 nights. Was going to arrive late so rang and spoke to host who explained where key etc would be. Room was on the top floor. Good sized room with everything you need. Very high standard of cleanliness. You have to pre-order breakfast by completing a form each night. Breakfast was lovely. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Stedet ligger dejligt roligt og alligevel midt i byen. Værelset var rent og pænt, vi boede tre voksne på værelset. Sengen til den 3. person burde været udskiftet for mange år siden, madrassen var så slidt og der var kun fjedre tilbage, vi ville have sagt det, men vi mødte kun husets pige, en genert pige, der helt klart gjorde sit bedste. Vi så ingen "rigtige" voksne som vi kunne nævne sengen for. Der mangler også et opholdsrum man kan sidde i, hvis man har lyst til at spille et spil, eller drikke en kop kaffe, uden at det skal foregå i sengen. dog var der mulighed for at sidde udenfor, hvis vejret tillader det.

Nice big room. Equipped with tea/coffee and fruit cordial. Very nice touch. Room clean and lovely home ccoked breakfast. Beautiful location, convenient to all shops, restaurants and pubs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

What a gem! Cannot fault this b&b at all. We stayed in Room 5. We had such a comfortable stay - one of the best nights sleep in such a comfortable bed and room Great quiet location, handy to have parking too. Check in quick and easy. Great touches like fresh milk being available and pre-choosing options for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Shower was lovely and powerful. Such a great stay, an example of how b&bs should be. Absolutely would stay again and will recommend.
