We loved staying here. Fanny was wonderful, helping us throughout the entire visit with museum bookings and restaurant reservations and generally looking after us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this lovely spot complete with a fabulous breakfast each morning and a quiet sunny garden.

A last minute trip to Palermo. Wow, in the old town, close to everything. Clean, beautiful and stylish. But more, the staff were interested and guided is through what to do and where to go. A great in house map with help on tourist locations and places to eat. Just clock on the QR code. Breakfast great on the large patio and garden

Absolutely loved the room we stayed in, had a full terrace and beautiful views of the city! Andreas was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was also amazing!

The BnB is situated in a great part of the city. There is a lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk and a great supermarket within 5 minutes, too. The apartment is large. It has a large living area with a dining area, a functional kitchen, very big main bedroom and a further additional sleeping area, also it has two bathrooms. The best area is the terrace which has a great view, great to watch the sun rise, however the broken parasol is a shame as there is no shade from the hot sun, and the patio, and furniture, needs a good clean. The apartment was meant to be serviced daily but on day 3 no one turned up and also we had no water delivered during our stay. Overall the inside is tired and needs a good clean, especially the heavily stained sofa. Its a great location but needs some attention.

We really enjoyed Sant'Agostino B&B! The accomodations were great and the garden is fabulous. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and we appreciated the coffees that could be had any time of day. Fanny was just wonderful and helpful! We'd stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

Lovely hotel in the middle of everything. Within walking distance of all the sites and many great restaurants. Our room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was great! Lovely assortment of pastries, fruit, and cheeses. Fanny and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Would stay again!

This bed and breakfast is lovely once you walk in the front door. The staff could not have been nicer, the property and room was immaculate and breakfast was wonderful whether you enjoyed it in the dining room or outside on the terrace which was like an oasis. The area immediately outside the property is rundown and a bit dirty but that seems to be the case in alot of areas of Palermo. Once you get out and walk around you realize that the property is very centrally located and close to the heart of this city which has many faces . Overall it was wonderful and i would recommend it highly. Note if you are driving, paid parking is a few blocks away. Do not plan on street parking because of the markets.

Breakfast was great and varied. The hotel was cozily nestled along a side street in the center of many walkable sites. While the humidity seemed to impact the ability to keep the bathroom completely spotless, the cleaning staff were very attentive daily. Most of all, the front desk staff took the time to help identify sites to see, restaurants to eat at, and places to avoid. In addition, they also went above and beyond by making sure we had good travel and stay accommodations after our departure and even put us in touch with local tour guides for our next stop in Agrigento. Recommended for any future travelers who may need English speaking accommodation!

Palermo is rather noisy city but lots to see. 2 days was perfect as we went to the Mondreal Cathedral a must do. This was a wonderful BB. The location was perfect. The staff great. We had trouble with the locks. We were informed the front due/ entrance key needed to be b pulled out part way. Our. Why don’t they fix the lock? Our room key was a problem we couldn’t open it one night and had to call for help. The next day we couldn’t get out. This lock needs to be replaced Olive oil doesn’t work. There is a wonderful garden for breakfast. If you love pastries this is your breakfast place! They also has fruit and some lambs lettuce which we loved. The staff was amazing. AC works great. Shower leaked Bed was comfortable. Fireworks go off at all hours in the city and the children are running strings outside screaming at all hours all over the city. Gorgeous property in the heart of Palermo. Super friendly and responsive staff. Andrea was an outstanding and helpful host. He went out of his way to assist us all the time. Property has its strengths and weaknesses. The location is fantastic, but the rooms are quite simple and lack some amenties like rugs, slippers, and mirrors in the lower chambers. AC doesn't work properly, making ut hard to cool down. The stairs feel a but rickety and aren't entirely safe when wanting to go to the bathroom if you sleep in lower chambers. Andrea was the most amazing host and hotelier we could have ever imagined. His communication style was kind, genuine, and calm from before we even met him. He took the time to let us know everything about the hotel and went above and beyond to give us special knowledge of the city and how to navigate its richness. The hotel was in a perfect location, tucked away on a quiet street not too close to the hectic center but in ideal reach of it, and all of the corners of this diverse and sprawling place. We loved staying here. Fanny was wonderful, helping us throughout the entire visit with museum bookings and restaurant reservations and generally looking after us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this lovely spot complete with a fabulous breakfast each morning and a quiet sunny garden.

While the humidity seemed to impact the ability to keep the bathroom completely spotless, the cleaning staff were very attentive daily. This property is centrally located in the heart of Palermo and easily walkable to the major historical attractions, sites, shopping, dining, etc. The staff went above and beyond, helping us secure a stroller after the airline lost ours. This bed and breakfast is lovely once you walk in the front door. The staff could not have been nicer, the property and room was immaculate and breakfast was wonderful whether you enjoyed it in the dining room or outside on the terrace which was like an oasis. The area immediately outside the property is rundown and a bit dirty but that seems to be the case in alot of areas of Palermo. Once you get out and walk around you realize that the property is very centrally located and close to the heart of this city which has many faces . Overall it was wonderful and i would recommend it highly. Note if you are driving, paid parking is a few blocks away. Do not plan on street parking because of the markets.

We really enjoyed Sant'Agostino B&B! The accomodations were great and the garden is fabulous. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and we appreciated the coffees that could be had any time of day. Fanny was just wonderful and helpful! We'd stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

The bathroom was quite old. Hence, there was wear and tear. in addition, to dirty tiles and faucets. in the corners of the rooms there was dust and dirt. The lift didn’t work and there was steep stairs we also had a two year-old with us three large suitcases and a pram with no working lift.
