The rooms were quite small but beautiful views. The pool was definitely very hard to get to if you had any mobility issues or were elderly. Drinks and food were very expensive compared to Milos and other islands.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location in central Fira was perfect. A stones throw from the hussle and bustle of the streets and shops but quiet enough to be peaceful at night (albeit with some music from nearby restaurants which is unavoidable in Fira). The view of the caldera from our private balcony was spectacular, the pool was serene and also enjoyed the same impressive views. The included free breakfast was amazing and delicious with healthy options as well as tasty indulgences. If I had any negatives, it would be that the pool is quite a long way down several flights of stairs, but again I can't really fault the hotel for this - it is Santorini after all. The pool was also very cold but this is quite refreshing in the hot afternoons. The toilets would benefit from having a bidet (bum gun) too but again, just nick picking at this point. I would definitely recommend this hotel. In particular room 402!

Excellent property, beautiful views. Easy to get to the bus station in 6 minutes. Beautiful view from the resteraunt . Staff very fun and happy. Bed super comfortable. Pool not heated, but so refreshing. Bar at the pool, always nice.

Very comfortable accommodations with the view of a lifetime. Definitely not for someone with mobility issues and there are many stairs and elevators to negotiate. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Go for the view and stay for the rooftop breakfast and bar! Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel in Fira with amazing views. We had a Superior Room with an amazing balcony overlooking the caldera and phenomenal sunsets every single night. My wife and I could not have picked a better hotel for our week in Santorini. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend anyone considering a stay in Santorini to consider Panorama. If you stay in the Boutique part (not studios) you also get access to V Lounge upstairs for breakfast with another amazing view while eating. It's easy to get to, there are some elevators, access to a pool (with a bar). Depending on the type of room you have you will have some stairs you need to do (especially if going to the pool which is below), but overall it isn't too bad considering it's Fira.

The view from the room is amazing. The hotel perches over the cliffside dwellings of Fira. The rooms have a nice, clean, modern decor. The hotel is vertically organized, and the pool is many levels below the entrance level. The lobby at the street level seems a bit modest.

Hotel é muito bem localizado, perto d absolutamente tudo , a vista do quarto magnífica. Solicitamos checkout um pouco mais tarde pq nosso Transfer iria demorar e fomos prontamente atendidos . Pontos negativos : Wi-Fi quase não pegava no quarto , piscina nem usamos pq era bem longe d quarto e muitas escadas . No café d manhã muito bom , mas com restrição de quantidade no suco d laranja ( 200 ml ) .

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panorama Boutique Hotel. The room was nicely arranged and very clean. We had a great view of the caldera and enjoyed the golden hour sunset with drinks and food in privacy. The hotel location is ideal, very close to the Fira center and bus depot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, served on a balcony again with the caldera view - what a great way to start your day in Santorini. This hotel will be our first consideration whenever we return.

Beautiful hotel perfectly located to explore Fira and access to busses or rental vehicles. Room was adequate size, clean and had an exceptional view of the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and also overlooked the caldera. Staff were extremely helpful and were willing to assist in making many reservations. Although we had checked out, the front desk held our luggage all day and gave us towels so that we could shower before leaving for our ferry transfer. Since we had gone horseback riding this was such an amazing bonus!

Beautiful room had everything we needed and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Not much to fault apart from the fact we thought it was adults only, however there were kids at the pool so didn’t find it very relaxing to sit there. Part of the reason we booked here was because it was adults only. So a bit confused about that being advertised.

**Hotel Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering spectacular views that made my stay even more enjoyable. The fully loaded mini-fridge was a nice touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift of wine waiting for me upon arrival. The hotel is perfectly centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Santorini. Beautiful hotel, friendly hotel employees, very very clean, beautiful rooms with awesome views. Hot Breakfast included was delicious. Location is amazing, couldn't be better, very easy to get to, and very close to many shops and restaurants.

One word to describe this hotel, "wow"! It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we got out of the airport to the moment we left on the bus to the ferry port, all thanks to this beautiful family owned boutique hotel. The airport transfer was quick and pickup was easy. The gentleman who met us at dropoff to help us with our luggage was so sweet and you can see how hard he works. He also helped us bring our luggage to the bus terminal! The staff at reception was super helpful and efficient with all my requests. The room was very clean and perfect. Last but not least, the view! We stayed in rm 201 and the view of the caldera is just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Pictures do not do it justice! If I go back to Santorini, I will be booking this hotel again!

This hotel is beautiful I got my room with the balcony and it was totally worth it. However, like everything is so close by which was convenient. There were a lot of bars/clubs near by with loud music. It was hard for me to sleep. Staff was friendly and rooms were spotless.

The room had an outstanding view in general but also the famed sunset view as well! Really great staff and the breakfast was a very nice surprise! It had a cooked portion of choice and a large variety of delicious bites! This place was great!

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view and a dining table. There is a jet-tub which serves as shower, but that is not very convenient and you have to be careful getting in and out of it. The restaurant was good, but only breakfast and may be lunch. Overall, good place to stay, but could use some updating.

Besides offering a good balcony view of the sea, we couldn't find anymore positive aspects of the accomodation. The bed wasn't comfortable. The bathroom is a big let down. It was very cramp in space. The water just sipped out to the floor when showering. Making the floor wet & slippery. The washing basin sat on a low wooden table. With the powerful water pressure, water just splashed out everywhere. The bathroom door is hitting the toilet bowl each time it is opened. The space taken up by the bath tub next to the bed could have given better space to the bathroom? Breakfasts were decent though.

Besides offering a good balcony view of the sea, we couldn't find anymore positive aspects of the accomodation. The bed wasn't comfortable. The bathroom is a big let down. It was very cramp in space. **Hotel Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering spectacular views that made my stay even more enjoyable. The fully loaded mini-fridge was a nice touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift of wine waiting for me upon arrival. The hotel is perfectly centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Hotel é muito bem localizado, perto d absolutamente tudo , a vista do quarto magnífica. Solicitamos checkout um pouco mais tarde pq nosso Transfer iria demorar e fomos prontamente atendidos . Pontos negativos : Wi-Fi quase não pegava no quarto , piscina nem usamos pq era bem longe d quarto e muitas escadas . No café d manhã muito bom , mas com restrição de quantidade no suco d laranja ( 200 ml ) .

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panorama Boutique Hotel. The room was nicely arranged and very clean. We had a great view of the caldera and enjoyed the golden hour sunset with drinks and food in privacy. The hotel location is ideal, very close to the Fira center and bus depot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, served on a balcony again with the caldera view - what a great way to start your day in Santorini. This hotel will be our first consideration whenever we return.

Clean place. Very near main market square. Very good views. Their open roof top Lounge has great views. For Fira, we felt, it is an ideal place to stay. Our check in experience was not good. We were informed that our room is upgraded, but the AC ( heating ) was not working. The next room we got was a smaller room, original booking was a Suite, we stayed in a standard room. We assessed later, that the photos on the booking platform are not of the actual rooms, they are a mix of various rooms. Which is not good at all. We had expressed this to the manager, but no response.

Beautiful hotel perfectly located to explore Fira and access to busses or rental vehicles. Room was adequate size, clean and had an exceptional view of the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and also overlooked the caldera. Staff were extremely helpful and were willing to assist in making many reservations. Although we had checked out, the front desk held our luggage all day and gave us towels so that we could shower before leaving for our ferry transfer. Since we had gone horseback riding this was such an amazing bonus!

The property has a great view and location. Staff reaction to problems terrible. The pipe of our bedroom jacuzzi broke, causing a terrible flood in our bedroom. They had to cut the water and make repairs and clean which ruin our night and the reservations we had. The manager was very rude and zero empathy about all the situation

One word to describe this hotel, "wow"! It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we got out of the airport to the moment we left on the bus to the ferry port, all thanks to this beautiful family owned boutique hotel. The airport transfer was quick and pickup was easy. The gentleman who met us at dropoff to help us with our luggage was so sweet and you can see how hard he works. He also helped us bring our luggage to the bus terminal! The staff at reception was super helpful and efficient with all my requests. The room was very clean and perfect. Last but not least, the view! We stayed in rm 201 and the view of the caldera is just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Pictures do not do it justice! If I go back to Santorini, I will be booking this hotel again!

Location is probably the best in Fira. It’s close to the Fira main bus station, and the taxi drop off station, so no need to drag your luggage to lots of stairs or the cobblestone pathway. The view was amazing! Service was good, room was clean and nice. The balcony showed th e best view! We love that they have an elevator as well. The staff were very helpful. We arrived on an early flight, and the staff checked us in as early as they could which is nice. Hotel is close to all amenities in the island. Would stay here again next time we visit Santorini.

Located right in the middle of Fira - restaurants, shops right outside. Easy access to car/taxis. Very clean, wonderful balcony with view and nice pool. Service was helpful and friendly. They even helped us find a tennis club for a lesson with a pro!

This is my second time at this hotel. It is very convenient to all the sites in Fira and the staff is amazing. The only thing I will caution is that due to the location, it is surrounded by night clubs and the music goes until 3 or 4 in the morning. It was pretty noticeable in my room. Problem mostly solved with ear plugs.

We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi. The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They were able to make change for us several times as the ATMs would give us big bills. The locks were a little tricky at first and not as conventient as modern key cards but the rooms were still fantastic although we could hear wind wistling through the door on our first day when the wind was out of the East. We did not try the pool but it was a deceptively long walk down to it.

This is a fantastic hotel in Fira with amazing views. We had a Superior Room with an amazing balcony overlooking the caldera and phenomenal sunsets every single night. My wife and I could not have picked a better hotel for our week in Santorini. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend anyone considering a stay in Santorini to consider Panorama. If you stay in the Boutique part (not studios) you also get access to V Lounge upstairs for breakfast with another amazing view while eating. It's easy to get to, there are some elevators, access to a pool (with a bar). Depending on the type of room you have you will have some stairs you need to do (especially if going to the pool which is below), but overall it isn't too bad considering it's Fira.

The staff, location in Fira, and views of the Caldera especially from my Hot Tub were incredible!!!! They really went above and beyond to accommodate us and we even extended our stay because two days was not going to be nearly enough. Highly highly highly recommend staying here! Hope to come back someday. I think it was 400 for the room with the Hot Tub but when you think about what you pay in most cities, that’s an unbelievably good price for a huge suite with Terrace and Hot Tub view. The bellhops were amazing walking to our taxi since the cars can’t go up there and carrying our gigantic suitcases up all that way and then down all the steps of the hotel and multiple elevators. The front desk staff was amazing booking dinner reservations when we were not able to get them and helping us out in so many ways.

Absolutely amazing hotel operating well above its star level! The staff, particularly at the pool bar were fantastic, and the property was spotless. Incredible views and the pool area was a welcome area of calm away from the bustle of the main streets. Location was perfect, with everything in Fira just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
