One mile from the town of Okehampton and all local amenities, half a mile to walk in by Tarka Trail public footpath. Three miles from the A30 trunk road. Quiet and peaceful with ample free parking. Est. in 1970 since when the family have welcomed people from all over the world for holidays, business, educational while on a course of study, stop gap between house moves, and winter lets. Traditional Devon country cottages with a beautiful 6 mile panoramic view of the Dartmoor National Park. Set in an acre of parkland like grounds, with benches, picnic tables and BBQ in summer. All year round accommodation with log fires in winter. Good 4G signal here on the top of Hook Hill. Okehampton is 100 miles from both the city of Bristol and Land's End the tip of the South West Peninsula. Easy to reach by public transport
