Our room smelt like someone had been smoking prior to us, but leaving the window open when we went out fixed this issue. Reception staff were nice and friendly, easy check in and check out. I stayed at this b&b while I was visiting my cousin in Lublin. It’s walking distance to Lublin centre. Clean. Value for money. There is a small shop in the lobby that is reasonably priced and has wine and soft drinks. Enjoyed the breakfast. Good options of local cuisine and full English. Checkout was at 1200hrs. P/s use bolt and not Uber when going around the city

Certainly should be more than 2 stars! Great location, 10 min walk to the City gates. No problems with us checking in after 10pm or getting back after a night out at 2.00am! Room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. I did not try their breakfast, but a friend did and said it was good!

Good location and good for the price. A spacious room for what I paid and it was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed was that there were a couple of someone else's hairs on the carpet and some of the paint peeling in the bathroom, but nothing major. The staff overall were helpful and friendly however 2 times I had to use reception (to buy a couple of things from the shop and checking out) I had to wait ages for service as the people in front were taking a long time. If it gets busy it would be helpful if there could be someone else on hand to prevent guests having to wait so long. Especially with the check out process, I was in a bit of a rush to catch a bus and it turned out all I needed to do was tell the receptionist my room number but had to wait behind other guests for a while. Surely this process could be sped up? Other than that the hotel is great value and I would stay here again if visiting Lublin.

O unico problema é que o carpete cheirava um pouco, e como tenho problema alergico, isso nao foi bom para mim. Mas localização é excelente, quarto grande, chuveiro bom. O travesseiro era ruim, mas pedi mais 01 e resolveu. Fui atendida prontamente.

I was extremely uncomfortable. Had two nights reserved, stayed only one and left - did not even bother asking if i could get a refund for the night i did not stay. The beds look nice, but are super small single beds. The curtains are not long enough to cover bright sunlight. I could not sleep. Terrible stay.

Although on a hill the hotel was only 500m from the main square in Lublin. Perfect for me and access to the city. The staff at the hotel were great. Also spoke English so made life very easy. Rooms perfect for a short stay. Clean and quiet. Loved it.

Hotellet var bra, rummet var stort och rymligt vi hade ett fakulteten för fyra. Det som kan bli bättre är frukosten. Frukosten hade flera val vilka va ok, finns potential för att skapa ännu mer hotellfrukost feeling.

It’s a safe quiet area with a nearby nature preserve that just beautiful. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Peter the manager treats you like family. Everyone else from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff and front desk all go above and beyond to help. Alexandra was especially helpful one night providing us extra waters we needed. I will always stay at the property when passing thru with my family thru Poland.

Our room smelt like someone had been smoking prior to us, but leaving the window open when we went out fixed this issue. Reception staff were nice and friendly, easy check in and check out. Would stay again for easy, well priced option.

This hotel worked well for us (two adults and a teenager). Our room was small but clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located (just several minutes' walk to the old town and city center), with easy access to restaurants and buses.

Although on a hill the hotel was only 500m from the main square in Lublin. Perfect for me and access to the city. The staff at the hotel were great. Also spoke English so made life very easy. Rooms perfect for a short stay. Clean and quiet. Loved it.

There is a small shop in the lobby that is reasonably priced and has wine and soft drinks. Enjoyed the breakfast. Good options of local cuisine and full English. Checkout was at 1200hrs. P/s use bolt and not Uber when going around the city

Second time in this hotel. Great value for money. Close to the old town but in a quiet area. Cafes, restaurants etc. a few mins away. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Comfortable and clean room. Bathroom could do with a bit of tlc but it was also clean. Water pressure in the shower was superb. I'd definitely stay again.

Certainly should be more than 2 stars! Great location, 10 min walk to the City gates. No problems with us checking in after 10pm or getting back after a night out at 2.00am! Room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. I did not try their breakfast, but a friend did and said it was good!

Hotellet var bra, rummet var stort och rymligt vi hade ett fakulteten för fyra. Det som kan bli bättre är frukosten. Frukosten hade flera val vilka va ok, finns potential för att skapa ännu mer hotellfrukost feeling.

The location was great. I really like the idea of a key code instead of a keycard - but writing it on a card with one’s room number is a big red flag towards safety. They should not be on the same document. The room is average - a few minor things (hand towels, Kleenex) could really improve things. The room was sweltering and when i mentioned it to the lady at reception her response was just meh- open a window. I had the breakfast on my last morning. For 59 zloty I expected better. The eggs were ice cold, they ran out of rolls and didn’t restock and as a vegetarian I wasn’t interested in the meat - in fact the smell of boiled sausage is quite off putting. The final thing is that the hallways were over perfumed with air fresheners and gave me a headache. So overall the stay was ok. Given the location and price, I would consider staying again - but I just need to lower my expectations.

Modern room and friendly staff. Quiet are close to the city centre. Only thing I'd add is small capsules of milk that would go perfectly with the coffee from the machind in the morning. Highly recommended this place.
