We had such a great time staying at Sunrise Remal Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, and we felt relaxed throughout our entire stay. Our room was amazing, and having our own private pool made the trip even more special. It was always clean, and the pool was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Hazem, who took care of our room during our stay. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. No matter what we asked for, he was happy to help with a smile. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Staff like Hazem are what make guests want to come back. The food was another highlight. We absolutely loved eating at the Posh Club, the quality was excellent, and every meal was delicious. The buffet was also fantastic, with plenty of variety and something different every day, so we never got bored. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and created some great memories here. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere, it had everything we were looking for. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Hazem, for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Bel resort, ottima camera, struttura principalmente scelta da clientela russa, ristoranti inclusi senza infamia e senza lode (quello greco mi è piaciuto di piu, giapponese al secondo posto anche se ovviamente la freschezza del sushi non ottima a mio parere, thailandese insignificante, italiano non visitato per ovvi motivi di nazionalità). Il ristorante principale a volte era sovra affollato (di solito a pranzo) e il cibo era molto monotono, ma comunque non pessimo (a parte il pesce che non era buono anche se i russi ne andavano pazzi). Lato negativo è che essendo gemellato con sunrise remal 4 stelle, quelli di quel resort alla mattina invadevano dentro e occupavano la spiaggia e il ristorante a pranzo, lato negativo secondo me. Ingresso in mare solo con pontile. Abbiamo passato una settimana in piscina per evitare affollamento e avere piu tranquillità, e per facilità di bagnarsi senza dover camminare. Personale squisito e disponibile, anche se come in ogni posto le mele marce ci sono sempre. Palestra ottima e istruttore stupendo e amichevolissimo. Consiglio vivamente il resort soprattutto se trovato a buon prezzo.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sunrise Remal Beach. A magnificent setting, top-quality services and activities, and restaurants where décor and food quality naturally go hand in hand. And what can we say about the staff: they are full of kindness, attentive to every need, caring, smiling, and above all deeply and naturally kind. We absolutely loved this time spent in your company. In addition, we needed to carry out health tests urgently requested by the doctor of my wife; the hotel management was very responsive in offering us a solution on site.
