The place was a complex of a few cottages surounded by greenery and flowers. Very nice place, close to the lake kawaguchiko. The house was spacious and suited us in size. The house had a fully equipped kitchen and we could prepare a meal. There was a dining room with a large table and very comfortable chairs. The shower and bath were also comfortable. The bedrooms were on the top floor of the cottage which was led up by quite steep stairs. One room had two beds, and the other room was traditional Japanese style, sleeping on tatami mats. The owner was very nice, explaining about the house and the area, giving us some ideas for our day trip. This place was the highlight of our trip because we woke up in the morning to see the beautiful mount Fuji, very clear with its snow cap on top. By the lake it was even more impressive. We loved the house and the whole area of lake kawaguchiko.

I normally don't leave reviews but this is an exception. The village was amazing. Aesthetically it's gorgeous, the view of mount Fuji was breathtaking, the house is clean and has many amenities. A big plus is that the owners know English and they helped us a lot finding places to eat and gave us a lot of useful advices on where to go and what to see in the Kawaguchiko area. Overall an amazing experience and I can't recommend enough.

這次的住宿體驗非常的好，入住時間剛好遇到了下雪，但屋內暖氣、地暖、空調常開，一點都不覺得晚上寒冷。 安靜的環境，走路不用幾分鐘就可以到湖邊拍照。 事後才知道，因為住宿期間遇上下雪，老闆還很貼心的提前聯系我們，可惜因為我們是外國旅客，所以沒有聯絡到。

We had such a pleasant stay at Lakevilla Kawaguchiko! The place we stayed at was so clean, comfortable and came with everything, including a kitchen, dining area and living room. The whole area was so peaceful and safe with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi nearby. Most importantly was the hospitality and excellent service we have received. We were treated like family. We would definitely recommend Lakevilla Kawaguchiko to anyone who would like to visit the area of Mt. Fuji!

寝巻きが無い、3人の客にタオルが二枚しかない。あじ首にダニに噛まれた跡があった、水のボトルがゼロ(小さいホテルでも有る、お風呂のバスタブがヌルヌル、コンセントのプラスチックが欠けている、3人で7万円ではかなり悪い、惜しい、狙いは良いが基本ができていない、おお風呂は誰も居ない。 ご参考まで。

スタッフの方々は皆さん感じが良く、説明も丁寧だった。部屋の設備は決して新しくはないものの、とても清潔で快適に使えた。特にトイレが綺麗だった。何より河口湖のすぐ傍にあり、富士山がよく見えて最高だった。しかも周囲は静かな雰囲気で、非常に心地よく過ごすことができた。

Amazing stay at Lake Villa Kawaguchiko. It was around a 6min walk from the bus stop (check bus times as they often stop running quite early in the evening). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful during the check-in process. They provided us with pamphlets and tips about local sightseeing destinations, how to travel to each place, and food recommendations. It's also only a ~5min walk to the lakefront, where it is popular to see the sunrise over Lake Kawaguchiko with Mt Fuji in the background (highly recommend). And there's often a food truck that stops outside the villas for breakfast in the mornings. The area itself is a small group of villas (super cute layout). Our villa was very clean, warm, spacious, and homey. There were only 2 of us, so we had the choice of staying in either the normal beds or their futon beds. The villas also had a shuttle service for our luggage after we checked out which was incredibly helpful (they transported it to Kawaguchiko station for us - need to liaise the timing of this with the reception staff). Highly recommend this stay!

２回目の利用でしたが、以前と同様に施設はとても綺麗に管理されていて、大変快適に過ごすことができました。ヴィラの入り口からは富士山が目の前に広がるのでお勧めです。

Lake Villa was excellent. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. When checking in, they ensured we understood the area and shared an infirmation booklet, even offerring to order take out if we liked. I highly recommend.

It's also only a ~5min walk to the lakefront, where it is popular to see the sunrise over Lake Kawaguchiko with Mt Fuji in the background (highly recommend). And there's often a food truck that stops outside the villas for breakfast in the mornings. The area itself is a small group of villas (super cute layout). Our villa was very clean, warm, spacious, and homey. There were only 2 of us, so we had the choice of staying in either the normal beds or their futon beds. The villas also had a shuttle service for our luggage after we checked out which was incredibly helpful (they transported it to Kawaguchiko station for us - need to liaise the timing of this with the reception staff). We had such a pleasant stay at Lakevilla Kawaguchiko! The place we stayed at was so clean, comfortable and came with everything, including a kitchen, dining area and living room. The whole area was so peaceful and safe with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi nearby. Most importantly was the hospitality and excellent service we have received. We were treated like family. We would definitely recommend Lakevilla Kawaguchiko to anyone who would like to visit the area of Mt. Fuji!

這次的住宿體驗非常的好，入住時間剛好遇到了下雪，但屋內暖氣、地暖、空調常開，一點都不覺得晚上寒冷。 安靜的環境，走路不用幾分鐘就可以到湖邊拍照。 事後才知道，因為住宿期間遇上下雪，老闆還很貼心的提前聯系我們，可惜因為我們是外國旅客，所以沒有聯絡到。

スタッフの方々は皆さん感じが良く、説明も丁寧だった。部屋の設備は決して新しくはないものの、とても清潔で快適に使えた。特にトイレが綺麗だった。何より河口湖のすぐ傍にあり、富士山がよく見えて最高だった。しかも周囲は静かな雰囲気で、非常に心地よく過ごすことができた。

Lake Villa was excellent. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. When checking in, they ensured we understood the area and shared an infirmation booklet, even offerring to order take out if we liked. I highly recommend.

The place was a complex of a few cottages surounded by greenery and flowers. Very nice place, close to the lake kawaguchiko. The house was spacious and suited us in size. The house had a fully equipped kitchen and we could prepare a meal. There was a dining room with a large table and very comfortable chairs. The shower and bath were also comfortable. The bedrooms were on the top floor of the cottage which was led up by quite steep stairs. One room had two beds, and the other room was traditional Japanese style, sleeping on tatami mats. The owner was very nice, explaining about the house and the area, giving us some ideas for our day trip. This place was the highlight of our trip because we woke up in the morning to see the beautiful mount Fuji, very clear with its snow cap on top. By the lake it was even more impressive. We loved the house and the whole area of lake kawaguchiko.

The location is incredible! Stunning views of Mount Fuji right from the cabin. The facilities were also amazing. Two Twin beds as well as traditional Japanese futons on tatami mats. There was a nice onsen that would have great views of Fuji, however it was cloudy while we used it. The host was incredibly kind and responds super quick to messages. They even offered us a free shuttle to the train station after our stay. On top of this, they recommended a great traditional Hoto restaurant as well as an e-bike rental place. Would definitely recommend!

Like a lot of Japanese apartments and houses, this is run by a local Japanese family for over 30 years. The owner came out to welcome us when we were parking our car. It is very thoughtful to provide a small wagon to transport luggage’s from the parking lot to the house. The front office has lots of cat decorations and the whole villa has several cats sitting or walking around which adds fun and has amused our kids. Owner also recommended many attractions and activities in Fujikawaguchico. The house is big for the family of 4 and has floor heating in the dining room. We liked there are 2 washrooms, and they put towel supplies for both days of our stay. There are seasonings and cooking oils provided, and EVEN plastic wraps which is very useful for packing sandwiches for our lunch. The hot spring is comfortable and there were very few people after 8 pm. The villa is a few minutes walk from the lake. There is the cherry blossoms festival during our stay so several streets are lightened up at night. We couldn’t get up early so didn’t get to see the reflection of Fuji mountain (6-8am). Overall, we highly recommend this place.
Like a lot of Japanese apartments and houses, this is run by a local Japanese family for over 30 years. The owner came out to welcome us when we were parking our car. It is very thoughtful to provide a small wagon to transport luggage’s from the parking lot to the house. The front office has lots of cat decorations and the whole villa has several cats sitting or walking around which adds fun and has amused our kids. Owner also recommended many attractions and activities in Fujikawaguchico. The house is big for the family of 4 and has floor heating in the dining room.
