Where do I begin? Bathroom was old and smelt like urine, towels were stained. Place was freezing cold making sleeping difficult. Elevator not working properly and made me stranded on another level. I asked to reschedule my booking to one night after due to work changes and they refused. Never again.

Was a great location, but could drop the 200 extra deposit until cleaned properly and everything works properly, but kids had fun using the spa bath and the quietness of the room, and the friendly staff were amazing.

The rooms were extremely dirty, smelly and not maintained very well. Not as described on the webpage. We were on the 5th floor and the lifts were not operating. The reception was a joke, the computer froze as soon as I walked in and had to wait for them to get an internet line connected. Very disappointed.

Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs.. had to check out early because my partner had surgery and couldn’t use the stairs.

We booked this property well in advance as we had booked a theatre show. Upon arrival we are told that the elevator is out of operation. This could have been told to us in advance and we would have cancelled our booking and re-booked with another property. We are seniors and do not cope well with stairs.

Our room was just above reception, very noisy, no block out curtains, flashing street lights all night. Pieces of plastic rubbish was in the hallways from when we checked in to when we checked out. Bed has seen better days. Reslly needs replacing. Laundry facilities is very poor and outside the hotel.

Very convenient to the Princess Theatre and restaurants and bars and train. Parking available close by. Had everything we needed. Comfortable and affordable. Only negative it is a bit old and tired whiich is probably why affordable. Fridge wasn't very clean but we didn't need it.

Shower fluctuated from cold to very hot. Nearly got scolded. Staff need to check couches when cleaning as my husband found various items including a cigarette butt when looking for for something under cushions

I will not stay at this hotel again. The apartment was dirty and dusty. I was informed by the front desk that it had been serviced that morning. There was rubbish on the balcony and dead plants in pots. Nothing like the photos online. It was just not great. They were fully booked so i couldnt be moved till the next day and only after i complained again to the front desk. The whole responce from the staff gave the impression they werent that bothered. When i contacted wotif to see about compensation. They tried but nothing came of it. I am very disappointed.

from a damaged coffee table , damaged wall and chipped plate , our first impressions were not good . Later discovering A/C was not working , with thermostat display showing "fault ", though (we could thankfully open windows to let cool breeze in ) , then discovering a sizeable puddle growing in a corner of the bathroom that we assumed was from a leaking toilet , it appears that quality control was not high on a list of priorities. This was a pity because the location of hotel was fantastic, close to the theatre we were visiting as well as withing walking distance to many other visitor destinations.

A little dated the rooms on floor 4 and 5, the bathrooms could do with some love, beds were fine, the carpet in the hallways of floor 4 and 5 is very old and has crumped up so its a potential tripping hazard, fine for location, price was reasonable

I was incredibly disappointed with this accommodation. We were there early December and the A/C wasn't cooling the room down at all. They had 1x oscillating fan for 2 bedrooms, so the kids had to sleep in the hotter room, with no form of cooling the room down. The balcony was ontl top of the foyer to reception and people had thrown cigarette butts and rubish on top of it, so it felt incredible dirty. The king bed had very uncomfortable springs that popped up asnyou rolled over. The fridge was broken, so our drinks and milk disnt stay cold at all. I reported the A/C & Fridge issues to reception.

Great location, especially for the theatres or the football. Apartments were ok, a bit dated and the carpet looked like it was falling apart. The shower didn't drain properly, so filled up and leaked onto the floor. Told management one morning, but nothing done.

Staff member wasn't around at check in at 5.45pm, had to stand in the door waiting for them to return. Rooms are tired and the bed is very firm. Some lights not working in the room.

Check in and out was fast and efficient, staff were polite and explained the parking and room information clearly. Walls were thin and noisy neighbours made for a very poor sleep, blind in bedroom broken so light in the face in the morning woke me earlier than I would have liked especially after poor sleep. Deposit hold can take 7-10 days to be released from your bank, that’s ridiculous in this day and is a big motivator in staying elsewhere for our very regular trips to the area.

Made payment for extra two nights stay and car park , somehow it wasn’t recorded on system. It resulted trouble when I continue using parking facilities. Made enquire at reception, they questioned me that Why I didn’t make the payment .Once the payment receipt presented, they just started to look into. Finally, have parking ticket validated. Their explanation was just “ system error “ but no apology for it. Stated the words to the effect of “ I didn’t take your payment, so I don’t need to apologise to you!” Will not return to this place and recommend no one for it.

Initially had an issue in the room we were allotted to, but after speaking wuth the helpful guy at the desk hevpromptly offered us another fully refurbished room without even asking for it. We would certainly recommend this place and stay there again.

The staff were friendly. It’s located in quiet side of town and close to restaurants and public transport. The room was dark and property is quite old. Overpriced on weekends.

Stayed here to access the Princess Theatre and was very close! Was also walking distance to the Regent Theatre. Rooms were neat and tidy, kitchen had utensils and crockery that worked. Missing a few towels for our four person visit but was quickly rectified. Happy to stay here again for the next show coming to town.
