酒店整體十分雅潔，員工服務態度非常好，英文水平甚佳，房間寬敞，早餐及晚餐非常特色及豐富，房間有海景，日落時非常美麗，露天溫泉也可以看海景日落，酒店有免費泊車，整體感覺非常良好。

露天風呂からの景色もきれいでとても良かったです！ お部屋から海が眺められ快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

Make sure to use the pay phone at the train station to call the shuttle to pick you up if you don’t have a local phone. So other than that stress, this is a beautiful, peaceful place with a wonderful separated onsen and amazing authentic Japanese food.

設備自体は古いとは思いますが不満はないし、露天風呂から見える景色は絶景で満足しました。

行く度にホテル施設がリフォームされていて凄く良い感じになっています

チェックインして入った男子浴槽が小さすぎる。 翌朝男女入れ替えして入った方は室内風呂も露天風呂も並みのサイズだったけどもう一方はその半分以下で三人入ればいっぱいの感じでした。浴槽を拡張すべきです。

Location are great with million dollars ocean view. Even when you book mountain view, you can still enjoy oceanview because there are outdoor ocean view restaurant for sunset view or anytime. Of course, oceanview while you do onsen.

温泉も魚料理もサイコーでした。

海邊夕陽美麗，車位充足，服務態度佳。被安排住3樓舊翼，沒有電梯，但職員願搬行李箱至房間。露天溫泉可以看星空，男湯女湯每天互換，適合自駕遊，性價比高。

部屋は新しくて清潔でした。食事、風呂も申し分なく、良いホテルです。難点は7月の蒸し暑い時期だったのでエアコンを入れていたが、温度が上がった時のファンの音が大き過ぎて何度か夜中に目が覚めた事かな。

一階は改装してて綺麗になっていたが\u3000部屋が雨漏りで凄かった

今次係第二次入住。環境舒適，海景，食物豐富美味，但今次入住2間房間都有水渠異味，想更換房間，22:00 前台已関，整晚不能好好入睡，失望！

スタッフさんの接客が素晴らしかったです。 お部屋も広く清潔で、申し分ありませんでした。 食事も美味しく、お腹いっぱいになりました。 またお邪魔したいと思っています。

一泊兩食非常美味，住宿環境乾淨舒服。溫泉環境不錯，望大海。

酒店員工禮貌周到。有上百年歷史的酒店甚有風味。餐點豐富美味。睡房寬趟舒適。

一泊兩食的食物很好。但清潔度真是有點恐怖😔房間很破舊，床下底的灰塵亦非常厚，整間酒店清潔令人很難接受。如果能夠裝修一下，這是一個很不錯的地方。溫泉很好，泊車亦很方便，食物不是自助餐形式，令到整個旅程很完整。但可惜房間真的很污糟。如果能夠裝修一下就很好了。

Our room was generous and the ocean view was spectacular. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and generous. The staff was friendly and the service excellent. The nearby jinja was delightful.

スタッフさん達が若く丁寧な接客でした。ただ、隣りの部屋の話し声とトイレの音が筒抜けで何度も起きてしまいました。

在氣溫35°C以上下房間冷氣壞了沒有冷風送出，偶然冷氣機也停止運行，工作員努力調節冷氣遙控也未能改善温度，但仍不斷說冷氣沒有問題，我要求換房，但他們說客滿沒有空房，然後搬來兩把風扇，要我接受這客房，攪了幾小時，已是夜深，人太累了。後來經理通知我有房可供我換，其實酒店是有房間空缺，但沒有在第一時間為客人安排，令客人身心不安，不能接受這怠慢服務。

여긴 딱 두가지로 나뉩니다. 첫째, 아무 생각없이 온천만 하면서 휴양하기엔 최고! 온천수 너무 부드럽고 매끌매끌..2박정도 추천합니다. 조,석식은 건강식으로 깔끔합니다만, 두번 먹기엔 뭔가 아쉬움.(개인생각) 온천 후 1층 매점 병 우유 꼭 추천!!-마시고 병 반납해야 함 둘째, 와이파이 도시락, 호텔 자체 와이파이 너무 약하고 잘 끊김. 주변 편의점, 식당 없음. 간식거리 와카야마 시 역에서 사가지고 가야합니다. 카다 역 부근에도 못봤어요.

スタッフも、温泉も、料理も、全て、大満足。 部屋も、キレイでしたが、とても、寒かったです。エアコンが、あまり効いていないのか、時々冷風に変わったりしていました。 ジャンパーを浴衣の上に着ながら、眠った点が、残念でした。

友人4人で利用しました。 海に面した素晴らしいく広いお部屋で感激しました。 お料理も夕食のお魚・お肉もボリューム満点で美味しく頂きました。 朝食のお惣菜のバリエーションも豊富で、ビュッフェのように何度も席を立つ必要がなくゆっくり楽しめて満足しました。 また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

早餐難食 WiFi 很差，收不到

Just got back from a trip overseas, including 2 nights at this onsen hotel. We booked a non-smoking ocean view room, with kaiseki breakfast and dinner. We booked a room that could have up to 6 people. We were unprepared for how luxurious this room was! We had a huge tatami room looking over the ocean, very nicely appointed, and a separate room with a couch and massage chair, overlooking the ocean as well. Our bedroom had 2 double sized beds, and there was an extra tatami room that we never used because we were always enjoying the seaside room. The downstairs has a lovely covered porch where barbeque dinners are held, and the resort gives daily yukata changes with belts. They were so comfortable and nice! And the onsen was amazing, there are two side (mens, womens), and they both overlook the sea. We sat and watched a spectacular sunset during our stay. The kaiseki meals were fabulous!!! I kept worrying that we were going to have a humongous bill because there were 9-11 courses, and during the dinner we had a private dining room. I suppose this might have been part of the price of our room. The breakfasts were no different--excellent! I have to say that I am often wary/suspicious of the kinds of photos that you might see online that exaggerate aspects of a place. I was prepared to have a nice stay, but had no idea that it would be above and beyond. The Japanese friends with us were just as impressed as we were. Service was exceptional in every way!

We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)

夕食の時、周りの席の子供がドンドンと音を立てて走り回ってうるさかった。朝食も隣りになってうるさかった。従業員さんがやんわり注意する術を持ってくれていたらうれしい。料理は夕食朝食共、とても良かった。満足です。

Le transport vers la gare de Kada est bien organisée. La réception nous a appelée un taxi puisque nous etions a l'exterieur des heures de navettes. Environ 1000 ¥ cest raisonnable. La vue est imprenables et que les repas traditionnelle (souper et dejeuner) délicieux.

I send messages many times but always no reply, poor customer service .

酒店環境非常美麗，可以一面食晚餐一面欣賞晚霞，大自然的美境成為晚餐的主角。 酒店提供shuttle, 但記得在加太站請加太站的服務員致電酒店，收到電話後，他們便安排shuttle 往車站接載。每次外出，也可在前台要求他們用shuttle 送你往加太站，同時預約回程shuttle 的時間，所以就算不是自駕遊，都非常方便。

食事の場所での従業員の方はとても親切でした。 ただ、お会計の時の年配の方は、愛想がない感じでした。 館内はとても寒かったです。 客室もとても寒く、エアコンをつけてもとにかく寒かったです。

海水浴場まで結構距離があったので送迎があれば夏に来たい\u3000コンビニやスーパーがないので買い忘れたときに困るなと思った

Very quiet place to have leisure time

這個價格享受海景大浴池及早晚餐，非常超值。酒店雖然很舊，但房間闊大，住得非常舒適。 由於不近加太車站需要安排接送，但酒店電話接待員不懂英文，在和歌山站上車打了幾次也溝通不到。同埋接送司機不會幫忙提取行李箱上落車，我不是要求全程協助搬運行李，只是女生提取行李箱上落車不夠力，此項Urber 司機也會照顧，我不明白會不照顧住客。

상대적으로 저렴한 가격으로 료칸 이용 가능한 곳. 온천 수질은 좋고, 식사도 나쁘지 않음. 다만 낡은 료칸이라 군데군데 시설보수가 필요함. 특히 주차장은 도랑이 뚜껑없이 위험하게 방치되어 있어 와이프가 걸려 넘어져 꽤 심하게 다침. 조용하고 한적한 분위기를 좋아한다면 추천하며, 렌트카 필수임

海側のお部屋でした。眺望がとても良くて夕景を堪能しました。また食事もとてもおいしかったです。

酒店門口沒有英文名稱招牌，我們去到時已天黑了，在它前方1，2 分鐘車程也有一間類似同名的酒店，所以汽車導航指引去錯了地方，花十幾分鐘時間轉了一大圈才找到正確的 seaside hotel. 晚餐很好吃，早餐看似很豐富，但味道一般而矣，只是食物樣子好看，不太合胃口，所以也吃得很小。

とりあえずご飯が美味しい！！海の幸だらけで満足出来る！温泉も最高！！湯上がりのビールも最高！！ リピーターです。笑

お部屋からの景色が最高でした。お食事もとっても美味しくて、特に朝食のおばんざいの多さに驚きました！

Amazing experience! Although a little difficult to get to, this ryokan was totally worth it. We got the fish meals and they were extraordinary - nothing was in English, so we had no idea what we were eating. But that’s part of it!
